Description of Work: Was having a problem with reduced hot water flow throughout the entire house. They quickly diagnosed the cause as a clogged outflow pipe from the hot water heater. The clog was cleared and full hot water flow was restored. The whole process was completed in under 1/2 hour. Very satisfied!

My first error after I considered buying the Angie's List "Big Deal" was not asking the trip charge, thinking an estimate in my mind of other trip charges I'd seen for around $60. Their trip charge was $120. I bought the Big Deal due to reviews I read and for $150 thought that would help with the number of items I needed help with. Other items: one toliet would loose water. I had bought a new seal, but couldn't get it to work. Dave simply twisted it and it was fine & held water. I had a leaky hose bib. He quoted me $400 to replace with new valvue and pipe, saying that it was limited access where located in my storage room. Kitchen faucet sprayer was not working properly. Said he couldn't fix my Moen faucet without damage and although could locate part he thought was needed, preferred to install new faucet for $280 labor. Asked advice on new toliet for my powder room that often clogs. Offered price of $730 for Toto toliet with elongated bowl (which I said I did not want elongated bowl in my home... Prefer round, I do not live in a restaurant or gas station) plus install price of $280. So, I ended up with one adjusted toliet for my purchase price. I had purchased the seal, and a $30 credit with lots of advice which none of it I felt happy with. I think I learned a lot from the visit but think I will use a coupon to get a second opinion from a competitor and compare services. Not really pleased but perhaps not all of it was the plummets fault. Maybe my expectations were off base. It seems add on sales was the focus of the visit when I had maintenance in mind for the faucet & hose bib. Tabling this until next month when I have more time to deal with it.

In both cases Randy came out and quickly solved the problem. They did a great job with fast response time and good customer service
