SERVICE TECH DID A GREAT JOB. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND DIDN'T WASTE ANY TIME.

It went just fine. They did a good job.

I was a little concerned with the cost. But the faucets look good. He tooks 60 dollars off for me. Everything is fixed.

He got the work done quickly. Overall, they are reliable. They know what they are doing and they are neat about their work.

Initially, there was a bit of a scheduling issue, but it was quickly remedied. They did a good job.

It went very well. It took four hours to seal all my duct work. The gentleman was very professional. The only slight ding is in the beginning. The company did convey that there was a emergency service call. But that was an 1/2 hour after the appointment. They wound up being hour late. Luckily I am off work today. Just be mindful of the encounters that take place.

Walked into the utility room to see water on the floor and determined it was a leaking water heater. Checked Angie's List for plumbing companies open on Saturday. B&W came up and had Saturday hours. Called them around 9:30 or so and the receptionist said someone could be out between 1:00 and 3:00. Received a call from Randy saying he was about 20 minutes out and he arrived around 1:00 p.m. I had told the receptionist what size heater we wanted and she gave me a price on the phone. Randy had a replacement tank on his truck. He explained about the heater and since we didn't want to go all weekend with no hot water and possibly a utility room mess, we had him go ahead an install it. He removed the old one - laid down cloth runners and wore booties to protect our wood floors and carpet. By 4:30 he was gone and we had hot water. We didn't call around trying to get the "best deal" on a heater, but assume B&W is a competitive company since they've been in business so long and have good ratings. We just wanted the issue taken care of and they did it. Randy was very professional and we were totally comfortable with him. Thanks, again, Randy! We did use our $25 Angie's List coupon. They also cover their labor costs for the term of the heater warranty.

The experience I had with B & W's HVAC department was top notch. I called on Labor Day evening when I came home to an 83 degree house without AC. I spoke with their emergency service and, within minutes, was contacted by the manager Dave to schedule a service repair. The repairman made it to the house early the next morning but they did offer to come out that evening if needed. The AC unit is almost 10 years old, so I naturally worried that this could end up costing some cash or result in a new unit. I was relieved to learn the capacitor needed replaced. The repairman was awesome - prompt, quick, clean and thorough. We were up and running soon thereafter.

I called B & W and spoke with Chris who scheduled a repairman to come to our house in-between 3pm and 5pm to fix our garbage disposal. Chris was professional and flexible with our schedule. The repairman, Randy, and Chris both ended up calling prior to Randy's arrival to alert me that a project had run over which moved our service time to about 5:45pm. This was no big deal since we were at home for the evening. The work turned out to be a fairly minor repair as there was some clogging/jarred particles in the disposal which Randy fixed right away with a flashlight, a screwdriver and his hands. I ended up feeling like I could have done the work without spending a little less than $100 bucks...but better safe than sorry. Randy gave some good tips on how to clean the garbage disposal to prevent odor along with general upkeep info. I'm not sure how the total came up to what it did...repair vs. service call. Either way - it's fixed and it was painless.

During the very cold winter last January, one of the crawlspace doors had opened just to where it was ajar. It had exposed the master bathroom pipes and they froze. We called around and B&W was the only company able to come out and helpful. They were able to send a technician that day by noon. He did a wonderful job! He stayed with us and ensured that he got the job done, even in the cold and deep snow. He was excellent! We were so grateful that they were willing to come out on such short notice when no other company would come out.

Emailed B&W about leaking water heater. Chris called me within a couple of hours. We discussed replacement costs of going with tank or tankless. Scheduled tank replacement for the next morning. Michael called 30-40 mins prior to arrival. Did an excellent job. Used drop cloths on basement stairs and wore booties while in the house. He even put booties on the wheels of the dolly when bringing in new unit. He checked for gas leaks on all supply pipes, not just the one for the water heater. Left no mess. Very professional. Will use B&W for all future plumbing issues. I've used another company in the past and was not happy at all with them.

B & W is the one stop for plumbing. Over the past year they have installed a commode, replaced a water heater and cleared a floor drain. Everyone they've sent is good, but Plumber Dave is the best. They are professional, and punctual. Great to be able to call a local business.

Jason Forthman, the HVAC technician was on -time. He answered numerous questions that I posed regarding what he was doing and why. My landlord had used this company for many years with complete satisfaction. No issues with furnace since it was serviced.

Went to B&W's showroom to select the product. Had it installed the following day. Plumber called ahead and was on time. Knew we were going to pay more than buying at a big box store, however we wanted a professional job. That's what we got, so money well spent. Outstanding product and service. Had used B&W before for our water heater. Will use them again. 100% satisfied.

Called to schedule an appointment for the following day and both people I spoke with were very nice and helpful. Randy called me before going to my clients home as I requested, and he arrived 10 minutes early. He began clearing the pipe and it turned out there were multiple clogs. Randy went above and beyond to get the old pipes flowing again (he was covered in nasty water). Once everything was working again, the trap and components under the sink were in too bad of shape to put back together. We discussed the issue and he replaced everything for a reasonable price. I would definitely call Randy if I need a plumber in the future.

We have historically always used them. We have not had any complaints though we have been through all kinds of problems like water heater problems and plumbing problems. They come in the middle of the night or whenever we ask them. They don’t seem scary like the scary plumber at 4:00am. They haven’t had to come back for the repair. When the job is done it is done and the problem is fixed.

Excellent service, professional tradesmen, and QUALITY work.

All went well except for not having all supplies and the unexpected costs.

It went great. They came out and gave us a quote and came back out and did the work and it went real well.

Overall job was good. ARS- previously wanted to replace everything (old provider). B&W actually tries to fix everything rather than replace everything.

Asked for information if they would be willing to work with us, a property management company, on pricing and estimates. I guess the receptionist didn't understand what I meant when I said I needed estimates before the work could be approved and was trying to send emergency plumbing teams to do the work that day. She failed to mention that they had a person that would do the estimates for free until the end of our conversation. I told her that that is what we would want and that we would have approval for the work generally around an hour or two after we received the bid. She informed me that I would need to send our company's credit information and I provided her with my email address to send the forms we needed. It has been over a week and I have yet to hear from them.

B & W gave us a quote to have the work done. They had to cut through the backs of two cabinets and deal with some issues that could not be seen to the time the quote was given. Much of the pipe was original from 1940. The job took extra time and required extra material, but they did not go above their quote, despite the hidden issues. They did a great job cleaning up as well. Wonderful service!

Technician was very polite and professional.

Requested a detail invoice a everal times but never provided. I did not have them do the work because it wasn't clear to me that they had given a full 'accurate' assessment.

Service received on Saturday evening June 21, 2014, to replace water heater. Service was outstanding and professional. Great communication from Beth prior to service technician arrival. Randy installed the water heater and was professional. This is my first time using this company for plumbing needs --- and due to their customer service I intend on using them for future needs.
