Excellent. They came the same day we called, although it wasn't an immediate need. Randy was very thorough in his explanation and took the time to check a few other areas we were concerned about. I'm not sure about pricing, but he was at our home about 2 hours and had to buy new line to run from the softener, so we were pleased with the charges.

Plumber arrived at scheduled time, repaired the leak and cleaned up after himself. He was courteous and efficient. The price seemed high, but all plumbing seems to be expensive. I used Angie's List coupon, which influenced my choice of this company over others. I would call again.

The plumber was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price seems a little high for the amount of time spent, but we have no basis for comparison.

Tim came out to give us a quote. He faxed the quote a few days later. He was punctual, very thorough and professional. We got several quotes and B&W's price was reasonable. The guys that installed the water heater were a joy to work with and very polite. They cleaned up when they were finished and left my garage cleaner than it was when they started. I would highly recommend them!

If you are looking for a quality plumbing company your search is over because B&W Plumbing is it!!! The pipes that I needed replaced had to be replaced while the roofers were replacing my roof to prevent any possible leaks. It was wonderful the way Doug, the dispatcher, & Dave, the plumber, went out of their way to be available when I needed them. They are definitely seeking customer satisfaction & not only seeking it but achieving it!!! Thanks a lot guys! Bill Townson, remodel specialist was very professional & patient in answering questions & cleaning explained details in giving estimate. Zack, installer, was professional, did not hesitate to answer questions while performing work of tearing out & installation. Arrived at approximate stated time. Removed all debris & was very polite. Very satisfied with work completed!

I feel the work was very well priced and the the quality of the work was excellent. Bill Tomlinson gave the estimate and worked with me to get what I wanted and within my budget. Jason who did the majority of the remodeling did a excellent job, and asked appropriate questions. I feel Jason worked on my bathroom as if it was his own. Only a couple of mistakes were made but were promptly fixed, for instance the trap was installed a little to low so a basement ceiling tile wouldn't fit back into place. Bill came out and checked and promptly sent a plumber out to move the trap a little higher. During the installation at some point a very small chip of the bathtub enamel occurred which I did not notice until the job was essentially completed. Bill arranged for this to be fixed at no cost to me, I must say the repair was beyond my expectation (see Custom Fiberglass Repair (they do enamel work too).

B & W did a great job with installing the new shower faucet...came back to drywall the open areas to the tub access. Nice job there as well. Provided a quote based on the worst case scenario - worked with me on the final bill. Happy with the job.

I would highly recommend B&W Plumbing & Heating. I requested the repairman, Dave McDonough, who was skilled, honest, and careful. He did a fantastic job! The first faucet stem was difficult to remove, but he was careful and precise. The tub strainer was difficult--but Dave took the time needed to do the job right without tearing up my wall to do the work. I would definitely call B&W again. Dave explained the cost of each repair before he did the work. Good work at a fair price. Mary Parker honored a coupon that was submitted a few months later. I thought that was very nice and I appreciated it.

Unfortunately, I don't have the plumber's exact name because I'd like to mention him by name. (He came to the Crooked Creek Housing Edition on 3/1/06 and again a few days later.) He was very respectful, and he did his job quickly and efficiently. He was great, and working with him was very satisfying. Less than an hour before, another company had given us an outrageously expense estimate and sent a noticeably intoxicated individual to our home to provide the estimate. Their ''low estimate'' was close to $800.00. Needless to say, B & W deserves an extremely high rating for their fair pricing, quality of work, and professionalism.

THEY WERE FINE. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN. THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME, THEY DID FINE. THE SECOND TIME, SOMETHING WENT WRONG, AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK. THEY WERE FINE FROM THEN ON.

They came out immediately when called. I know nothing about my furnace so I can't judge the quality of their work, but it seems fine. I trust they didn't sell me something I don't need. No hassles, which is always wonderful in life.

Quite satisfactory, price is a little on the high side. They are prompt. Courtesy is great. Cleanliness is a little lacking.

Great company! We noticed our water heater was leaking on Friday. We called B&W, they were in a position to make a service call on Saturday. Old water heater was removed and a new one installed. We also had a new unconnected water softener. Technician gave us an estimate on installing it, and offered some tips to save some money. This is our second experience with B&W; had a great experience both times. Highly recommend this company.

JOB 1:HELPED US CONSIDERABLY OVER THE PHONE LATE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT, SUCH THAT WE WERE ABLE TO FIX IT OURSELVES. EXCELLENT! JOB 2:OTHER THAN TAKING A FEW HOURS TO GET THERE DUE TO OTHER EMERGENCIES ON THEIR BOOKS, WE WERE COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE ABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OF B&W. THEY MINIMIZED THE DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE AND WERE CAREFUL NOT TO MAKE A MESS AS WELL. EXCELLENT AND EFFICIENT WORK.

I CALLED THE COMPANY'S ANSWERING SERVICE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BECAUSE MY BASEMENT FLOODED. I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT FOR RIGHT AWAY THE NEXT MORNING. AT A TIME WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY STRESSED OUT (OUR FINISHED BASEMENT FLOODED), RAY FROM B&W WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. THE MORNING AFTER THE FLOOD, MY HUSBAND AND I PICKED UP A SUMP PUMP FROM LOWE'S BECAUSE WE SUSPECTED THAT THE OLD ONE WAS THE CAUSE OF THE FLOOD. RAY AND HIS ASSISTANT DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND INSTALLED THE NEW PUMP IN ABOUT A HALF HOUR. EVERYTHING IS GOING FINE SO FAR, BUT I WILL BE SURE TO CALL THEM IF I HAVE QUESTIONS, AS THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.
