I have used B&W on several occasions and have always been satisfied with their work. "Plumber Dave" arrived within 2 hours of initial contact and performed the work quickly, neatly, and with advice on preventing future problems. I felt the price was a bit high for an hours work, but I can always count on B&W and "Plumber Dave" to do the job right. I will use them again.

I have used them for about thirty years. I have never had problems with them. They are very efficient. They do the job well. We have never had to call them back about a job. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.

They did a wonderful job. They were efficient and it didn't take them too long to do it. They weren't very good painters but, I don't know if they were considered painters.

We use B & W on an ongoing basis and are always VERY happy with their work. Brian came out to locate the source of the water damaging our kitchen ceiling. It turned out NOT to be a plumbing problem but a problem with our grout. After determining that it our plumbing wasn't causing the problem, Brian continued looking for the source of the problem until he found the answer. We had to bring someone else in to do the re-grouting work, but wouldn't had found the problem without our plumber's assistance.

On time; very knowledgeable, polite & neat.

I took off work at 1:30, in order to be there at 2, but he didn't show up until 5. He didn't apologize when he was three hours late, and just told me, "I have to go where the office tells me." I even called the office at 2:15, and they told me he was on his way.

I called B & W on 6/10 to come check on a toilet that started leaking at the base after I flushed it. I was given a time frame later in the day and was told that the plumber would call before arriving. The plumber, Mike Kelley came and flushed my toilet. He then told me that since it didn't leak when he flushed it the problem was probably that something was stuck in the pipes and it was now fixed. I asked him to look in the crawl space and he told me that he didn't need to. The plumber looked at a couple of other issues that were concerning us, including a leaky faucet and a toilet with missing bolts; every time he told us that it didn't need to be fixed or looked into any further. The plumber told us that if the toilet leaked in the next week we should call back and the service fee would be free. I paid $88.50 and he went on his way. The toilet started leaking again about 9 days after he left but only intermittently. I cleaned the floor and hoped for the best. It then started happening more frequently so I called back today 7/3 and the same plumber came back. He again seemed reluctant to do the dirty work of diagnosing the problem. He did go in the crawl space this time and he did discover that water was leaking into it from the toilet above and had been since the first time he came to the house. He then had to pull the toilet and fix the problem which involved a wax ring. Our bathroom got quite wet in the process, the carpet outside the bathroom got wet, a magazine was ruined with water, and our toilet got scratched and dirty from the snake thing he put down it. The only good things that happened are that the toilet doesn't leak currently and B & W was appropriate with the charge for the work. I have never been dissatisfied with B & W before and in this case I am only really dissatisfied with the plumber, Mike Kelley and the fact that he was sent to my house a second time.

B&W is our service company for our a/c heating. They're always very good with coming to our house whenever we call, at least within a few days. When things haven't worked, they've been very honest about a good price for repairs. I've used other companies that don't compare.

Sean, the tech, was polite and professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. Best service we've had from B & W in 5 years.

The sinks backed up after a terrible storm on a Saturday. No one else I called would come out until Monday. Dave came within two hours of my call and worked until the job was done. He was willing to explain the process and gave me tips for avoiding future clogged drains. I'd use him again in a heartbeat!

Done business with them for 20 years and they came out and looked at it and told me it need a new compressor. When I talk to the office guy and he let me know 1000 replace the complete heat pump.

Quick response, next day service. Had issue with bill amount, which they corrected without issue. Only complaint is that they didn't fully clean up after the work was complete.

Plumber Dave McDonough and a helper arrived to snake the main sewer line. "Plumber Dave" worked quickly to fix the problem and offer advice to prevent it from happening again. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional from start to finish. I have always had good service from B&W and will use them again.

Great. Plumber was here within an hour after I called. He fixed the problem in less than an hour and didn't charge an arm and a leg.

He came back and fixed something when the toilet started leaking again. They charge by the job. Everything was done so quickly. We were very happy with their responsiveness and how quickly they were able to schedule everything. Everything was done so professionally.
