My house was currently pending sale in which a couple of issues needed to be fixed before it could pass inspection. After getting stood up by a couple of other contractors, I had a great experience with B&W. They came out and fixed a small gas leak from my furnace, as well as a water leak from the laundry hose bibs. In addition, they confirmed the water heater's drain tube material was okay to use, despite being flagged during the first inspection. I would recommend B&W for any of your plumbing needs.

They repaired the control valve in our shower that controls the flow of water. I've had them out to do several projects in the past involving plumbing, heating and cooling jobs. I've used other companies in the past, but have been using B & W for the past eight or so years because they are always professional, punctual and courteous as well as innovative. I once had a tough plumbing job for them that they found a creative solution for. It might have involved completely removing the water heater to get to the plumbing in the back of the shower, but they cut a bigger hole from the inside of the shower and then fashioned a larger cover plate to cover the hole. It looked natural and professional. Great company to work with.

I had a water leak behind the wall in a rental house that I own. I called B & W because I needed it fixed fast, and was not confident in my limited plumbing ability. They sent Dontril out the same afternoon and he got into the wall and found the leak. I ended up needing to take a bathroom sink cabinet out to access the leak, so the cost of the job was mounting. I talked to Dontril and we agreed that he would do the cabinet removal and fix the leak, and I would finish the job the next day. He did a great job, and I saved some money doing part of it myself. I have used B & W before for both plumbing and heating in my home and rental units, and I will use them again.

I highly recommend these people. The technician Michael came on Friday afternoon in the time frame they said. He immediately noticed that the way my sump pump was set up would require some different products that he didn't have with him. Since it would have been difficult to get it done in the time frame, he offered to come back Saturday morning to fit my schedule and finish the work. He was very professional, efficient, and got the job done cleanly and quickly. I was impressed with the overall experience and highly recommend.

We use them quite a bit. They're very professional and they come the same day you call. The staff are quite knowledgeable and very friendly.

It was fine. The plumber was only replacing a broken main water shut off. Single valve replacement. I would have thought that $300 (valuer of the offer) would have been enough to cover the cost. I was told total cost would be $325, or $25 more then the offer. I didnt ask for but wasn't offered an itemized receipt. Service was fine, a bit expensive and I would not use them again due to cost.

Plumber Dave was very professional and offered to fix some leaking pipes while on an emergency call for another issue. We were charged a reasonable fee for completion of both projects and was at the quoted price. We were very happy with this service and will use Plumber Dave for our future plumbing needs.

My wife was actually at home during the term of the service, but she said that they were pretty efficient, gave recommendation that it would needed to be replaced and have their pricing on the new garbage disposal. Called company first thing in the morning. They had a guy there 30 minutes later. Ray came in with clean shoes and shoe covers...efficiently diagnosed the problem. Very professional. Laid down clean tarp over the floors and augered the pipe clean in about 30 minutes and then he cleaned up quickly and we talked about our dogs. Good guy! Would definitely use again. Used their Angies list coupon to save some money.

First off, I've never seen a plumber so dressed up - black dress pants, shirt and jacket. Don't know if it's the standard B&W uniform but that's how Dave showed up. I plan to replace my 19 year old washer and dryer with front loaders.as the dryer recently died. Since moving here the hot water has just trickled into the washer. Dave quickly assessed the problem. Cleaned out the lime build up and replaced the non-functional hot water valve. Works just fine now. My appointment was scheduled for between 9-11 and he arrived at 9:30 - this was after we'd had an ice storm the night before.

All went well except I was to be refunded the initial purchase by Angies List as that service was not provided.

We had eight people coming for lunch on Sunday and all of a sudden water started backing up in the kitchen sink and onto our wood floors. To make a very long story short, we're on a well and finally cut off the main water valve to stop water from coming into the house. We called B&W and they said they would have a plumber out but were honest when they said it could be two-three hours. We got the water mess cleaned up and partied on:) The plumber ran into a problem at a previous job and was later than anticipated, but when he arrived, he finally tracked down the clog and got it cleared out. He had to get in the crawl space to check where the lines connected because of an iron filter and water softener. After checking to be sure everything was okay after turning on the valve to get water back in the house (he was here about an hour and a half), he was off to another Sunday emergency. Randy is becoming our new best weekend friend as he also had to replace a water heater on a Saturday last year. With our Angie's List discount, we paid $216 which included the weekend rate for Sunday. We felt that was very reasonable. We've used B&W several times for a variety of reasons and feel they are reasonable and their plumbers are efficient and knowledgeable. We trust them in the house, they clean up any mess and wear booties to protect the floors. We will continue to use them if we have more problems.

It went well. This was a routine operation, and therefore, not much in the way of details. By the way, the $150 includes our annual AC chekup next Spring.
