Bryan was great. He answered all questions. He explained things well. He initially wanted to go under my water heater to find leak but I questioned him on ways he could make sure that he was in the right location. He then decided to look in my attic to be more precise. It was a good thing he did because he was about a foot off location. The hole in the concrete started out being about 1 1/2 foot long but the whole underside of pipe was bad so the hole ended up being 5 1/2 feet long. It took 3 days to do everything. The only issues are that there was an incorrect coupling on my tub floor drain that he replaced since it also had a leak. That pea gravel was wet and it did not get replaced so I have to get some lime or bleach to rid my bathroom of that odor myself or pay to have it done. He tried to rebuild my floor heating vent and concrete walls that he had to bust through to get to the pipe. That rebuild looks pretty unsightly. I will end up getting someone in to redo that area.

Great. However, it I had known how to plunge a bathtub and basin drain myself, it would have been a lot less expensive. This company was much less expensive than other companies. I definitely will use them again for repairs I cannot do myself.

Dave did excellent work. I would recommend him and will use him again. He called afterwords and made sure things were still going well. They cleaned up afterwords and were very punctual.

We called B&W and asked for Dave by name because that's what we do now. He was on time, performed the work perfectly and professionally, as always. This time, he also showed us how to make a small repair so we could do it ourselves in future, because he is an honest man. He was very conscientious about explaining the work done and the reasons. He brought another plumber whom he was mentoring, which shows good sense on B&W's part. They did the smaller repair without charging for labor.

They showed up on time and did they job at the price they quoted. It was very reasonable. They were courteous and did great work.

Excellent. Called B & W in the early a.m. to schedule a service call. We were informed that a truck would reach us by mid to late morning-technician would call when on the way. Received call that truck would arrive shortly after 10 a.m.; job was completed in less than 15 minutes.

Before I called B & W, I checked Angie's List and saw that B & W had great reviews and several reviews mentioned Dave the Plumber. Dave the Plumber was the plumber who came to our home and he was fantastic! The gunk in my drains and disposal was like Play-Doh and he was able to unclog everything! Instead of replacing my disposal (which I was prepared to do), he worked hard to clean it out and get it working again. This saved me several hundred dollars! Without question, if I ever need plumbing work again, I will call B & W and request Dave the Plumber. It is hard to find service people you can trust, but I found one in B & W Plumbing and Dave the Plumber. Thank you.

Plumber Dave arrived on time and was very efficient. He found the source of the problem with the dishwasher, repaired it & politely left within 20 minutes. He also reminded me of the $25 coupon I could use from Angie's List. Wow!!!

My primary reason for joining Angie's List was to see who might be on it for just this purpose! My furnace had died last Spring and my house had never had A/C. One of the firms that seemed to have a pretty good rating on Angie's List was B&W. One neighbor had recommended that I contact them, so I took her advice and gave them a call. Mike worked with me to find a time that would fit with my schedule to come out to do an estimate. After looking my entire property over, he provided rough estimates for multiple levels of service. I was then able to choose the one that best met my needs and stayed within my financial confines. When I'd done that, I phoned Mike back and he provided me with a formal quote. He even helped me arrange financing when I ran into a snag! And he came back out, introduced the installers and made sure I was comfortable with what they would be doing during the install. Mike was very personable, very knowlegable, and able to explain the systems to me in language that I could understand. I also felt he had my best interest, as well as that of his company, at heart when he was helping me put all of this together. The installers, James and Cory, were extremely polite, very prompt, and seemed very efficient. They were willing to answer all my questions. And at no time did I feel unsafe or unsettled at having them in my house. Yes, I got estimates from other companies and the prices were comparable. But they just didn't match up to the more personalized attention and genuine friendliness I got from the folks from B&W. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install heating/AC. And I'll probably even call them when it's time for new plumbing!

Called early in morning. Service person arrived quickly. Even called prior to coming to home to say he was stopping to get a part that he thought he would need but did not have on truck. Estimated $750.00. We did job ourselves.

The work was performed about a month ago and we haven't had any problems since. I called in the morning and Dave from B&W was there later in the day. He was very pleasant and explained to me what the problems were. He gave me an estimate for the repairs before he did any work.

They did a good job and were quick - actually took care of it the same day. They let my 6 year old son watch and even help a little which he loved! They have worked for us on various occasions.

Sean is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous service man. He gave us the facts and options. Never once did he suggest putting in a new furnace, as several other companies had done. He knew our furnace could be fixed for a fraction of the cost of a new furnace and that is what we did. We are so pleased & anticipate that we will get another 5 or more years out of our furnace. Also, B & W worked with us on our appointment dates & times for our convenience. We used their Angie's List discount coupons on all their visits. This was a great savings for us. This was a great experience, giving me confidence once again that there are good service people out there that provide great service.

Our toilet started leaking over the weekend, Monday morning I called B&W to repair the toilet. They were at our house by 10am and fixed the problem quickly. The technician was very professional.

He was very prompt after calling me this morning. He was here just over 30 minutes. The price was reasonable, and he did his work neatly.

Dave came out to figure out why the pit was filling with H2O. We tried to shut off sprinkler system and now we are testing H2O to see if it is sewer or fresh water. There are no visible leaks. One fee until the problem is figured out.
