Everything went very well. Ray was very timely, courteous and professional. He worked efficiently and cleaned up when he was finished. When he had some difficulty relighting our gas fireplace, he reviewed the manual and figured it out. The grill works perfectly and, in fact, was used that night! When we subsequently could not get the gas fireplace to light using the wall switch, another serviceperson from B&W came out (Ray was on vacation) and had it working right away at no charge. All in all, a very good experience.

We had on-going problems getting enough water /water pressure to use the shower in our Master Bath. After having three different plumbers look and repair the problem (for a short time each fix), I went to Angie's list and called the #1 company on her list. I was lucky to have a conversation with Beth from B&W Plumbing. She actually listened to my problem and recommended a plumber who came the next morning. He took the existing valve apart and located the problem. Then he worked to temporarily fix the problem until I could get the parts needed for a permanent fix. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was. He seemed to enjoy explaining how things worked. Plumber David stayed until he had diagnosed the problem (the valve was a cartridge type pressure control valve and not a temperature control valve needed for our shower) and gave me a reasonable solution given our shower location. When I had the correct valve he came a second time to look at the parts and how they were best going to be installed in our bathroom. He recommended two possibilities. One way was to move a AC unit that was sitting behind the shower wall, and the other was to remove a few tiles David recommended a tile person that could possibly remove the tiles and grout and replace them, so that matching the tiles would not be an issue. After looking into both options, we decided to remove the tiles as it was going to be much cheaper. Once Plumber David knew the tile was out, he came right away and installed the new valve. The difference in the amount of water we now have in our shower is great. I think we finally got the correct parts working together. He looked at our water heaters as well to make sure we were getting the right amount of pressure and hot water as directly as possible. The shower tile will be returned in the morning and be done! After trying to solve this problem several times, it was great to meet Plumber Dave and work with B&W Plumbing. They went above and beyond to answer any of my questions while they were here and I am confident that this fix will be a lasting one. I would highly recommend them!

Overall it went well. The plumber very quickly found that there was a loose handle on the sink sprayer. When we went outside to trace the gutter drain lines, he used equipment (a camera and line) to find where the drain lines were plugged with tree roots.

I've used them for several years. I have a program with them where they do the furnace and the air conditioner for us. They are very accommodating and professional. They seem to know what they are doing. I don't feel like they are trying to sell me a new furnace or air conditioner. I really appreciate their punctuality and doing business with them. They are great and I'll keep going back to them.

There installer did an outstanding job. He had noticed that I had a bad gas valve. He replaced it with no extra labor charge. That shows a very professional employee. He was prompt and friendly. He cleaned up the work area and hauled off the old heater.

The service was very timely (arrived within a couple hours of calling in the afternoon) and very thorough and professional. The clog was a tough one and Dave had to snake it more than once and very far into the line. He kept a great upbeat attitude and was very friendly despite the difficulty. In the end, he won out and the drains cleared successfully. I believe the price was lower than a previous service call from another company to clear the same drain a couple years back. Dave is the rock star of plumbers!

They were professional and prompt at getting back to us but they didn't have the proper licensing to address the water main line break issue we had.

Called, said I came from Angie's List. They came out twice, once to fix the starting issue, realized there was a leak and ordered the part the first time. Said they'd be out the coming Saturday, but gave me a call on Friday when they had an opening and got it fixed that week! This was great because we had no A/C and were expecting 90 degrees plus on Saturday. They were professional, down to earth, good people. I paid for the service contract, which got me a great discount on the parts and labor and covers an additional 'tune up' when it comes time for me to turn on the furnace. Great people, highly recommended.

The service was great! Plumber Dave was quick getting there, and had everything needed to complete the job. He also took the time to explain everything to me.

The lady at the office scheduled my appt. to work around my need to leave town by noon. The plumber assessed the problem with sump pump and gave us 2 options for a replacement. No pressure to buy. Aaron has worked for us before and we like the job he does.

I placed a call to B&W on 5-16, asking them to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. The woman on the phone was very professional and asked me several questions to ascertain the type of faucet, where the leak was, etc. The plumber, Aaron, arrived at the promised time, late that afternoon. He was able to partially fix the faucet, but lacked the exact parts he needed. I told him the manufacurer and model of the faucet, so he could get the right parts. He returned the next day (5-17) with the parts and finished the repair. This took about 1.5 hours and a lot of effort on his part, since even the new parts did not initially stop the leak. Finally, the leak was stopped, the repair completed and the client (me) happy.

Our water heater went out after 5 pm, and the first plumber we called wasn't able to come until the following afternoon. B&W arrived in a couple of hours, and we had our new water heater less than four hours after we called. Service was excellent.

They did very well. The quality of their work was excellent. It took them a lot longer than they thought because they had not done too many Arzel Zoning Systems and we understood that.

They responded to the request within a couple of hours, during a time when demand was very high. The gentleman who responded (Randy) was extremely knowledgable, courteous and helpful. He actually returned to add the alarm which wasn't in the original request. Can't say enough good things about the responsiveness, service, courtesy and quality.

They did repair the issue, were on time, and were professional. They were a little pricey which would be my only complaint but they did a good job. He noted that the previous work that was done by another plumber removing the drywall was unnecessary.

They have a deal where you purchase a service agreement which you pay just once and it entails two service clean-ups and ten percent on service if you need any repair work done or any parts replaced. I have only had to pay the service contract and nothing else and they come out twice a year to do the service. I have used them for over 20 years before we even moved here. I have never had any complaints that could not be resolved by talking to them.

It was quite a bit of work. I've used them several times. Their prices are a little high. They definitely had the parts to do the job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very fast response and service. I called because my sump pump would not stop running, something that had never happened before. I unplugged it so the motor would not burn out. A day later, when I plugged it in, it would not start up at all. I called B&W Plumbing in the late afternoon and was hoping to get service the next day but i was told that someone would come out the same day and at no extra charge. Plumber Dave M. arrived within 30 minutes and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He checked out the pump and ran water to try to get the pump to begin. After a while, it started but sounded so bad, not the normal sound. Dave suggested replacing it because it was almost 10 years old, older than the usual life for a sump pump. I agreed to that. Dave installed the new pump and had it running in less than an hour. This model is much quieter than the old pump and also has a multi light indicator to show any possible problems. So, within less than 2 hours of calling for service, my problem pump was replaced by an excellent technician, Dave, and I am one very satisfied customer.
