The man came from Kokomo and arrived on time. I explained what I wanted and that I was getting estimates from three different companies. I wasn't sure if I would finance or pay it in full. He spent no more than 10 minutes at my house, measured and wrote down my email address. He didn't sit down with me to discuss options I wanted. He never gave me a business card. AND he never sent me the quote to my email address. I checked my email daily including my spam and no quote was ever sent nor any follow up phone call from his company. Needless to say, I will never call them for anything nor recommend them to anyone.

I've used B and W twice, and both times the technician has called prior to the appointment to let me know about what time he will arrive, has arrived when he said he would and has been professional.

We developed issues with our garbage disposal one evening. We called B & W hoping to get on the list for the following day, but they were able to send someone that evening. He was prompt, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. He was professional and did excellent work.

Overall went great. Randy arrived early and was complete in no time at all. Everthing worked was installed professionaly. Randy was very professional and made sure everthing was working before he left.

Technician was delayed by prior customer but I was updated on his arrival time, he was to come between 3 & 5 & arrived @ 6 pm.

Time from call to hot water was 9 hours on a Saturday. They did a great job working with the quirks of a 72-year-old house. Very professional; cleaned up and removed all items; adequately prepared for job. Others tell me that the final price was high, but I feel that you get what you pay for (generally). Added two items to service at my request (directly related to water heater). Excellent in all respects.

I don't believe I will use B and W Plumbing again. The service call was $118, which would have been reasonable if actual work was performed.

Everything was fine on installation. They came out very quickly. I requested an itemized bill, but when they were leaving they did not provide one. My wife asked the technician for an itemized bill, but he said they don't do that. When we called the office we got the same response. This leads me to question their honesty.

Heat went out on Sunday, called Monday and told them we needed work done, but not an emergency due to weather being above average. I received a call about 8:00 a.m. the next morning and set up appointment with Dave for between 12 and 3. He said they would call when about half hour out or so, which he did. Then, John, the tech called as well. John showed up around 2:00p.m. John was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He seemed to know what was wrong from my very brief and elementary description. He went to work immediately. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part on his truck that was needed, so he had to make a trip to pick one up. Once he got back, he was right back on task. When he had the transformer on the air exchanger fixed, he couldn't get it to come on and then realized that our thermostat had been fried. Again, he didn't have the necessary part. He did give us the option of going out and getting one ourselves, but we decided to go ahead with the quote he offered us. He left to go pick up the part needed. Again, upon his return, he went straight to work on it. He did an excellent job and he had to make numerous trips up and down our basement stairs between the air exchanger and the thermostat in the living room to get the exact calibration. We were very pleased with his overall job. My only complaint(and it's not really a complaint, just couldn't think of a better word) was that he had to leave to get parts. I understand they can't carry every part for every type of furnace, heat pump, plumbing job, etc. We really felt bad for the guy, because he had to leave twice to pick up parts, which made the call even longer for him! Considering the length of time he spent on our call and the professional and friendly way he handled everything(including our small dog) we couldn't have been more pleased. we would certainly recommend B & W to anyone. For the length of time he spent working on the furnace, making trips to get parts and running up and down the stairs, we really got our moneys worth of service.

I was impressed when Plumber Dave called on the phone to say he was on his way. Plumber Dave reviewed my problems and began to work on them. Tightened the faucet and advised that the pull-out sprayer just needed a vinegar treatment to remove the lime build up. Plumber Dave worked on the disposal and removed a penny and a plastic ring. Plumber Dave turned it on and it worked perfectly.

They came to my newly purchased home for an estimate for plumbing repairs and promised an estimate that day (1/3/2012) none was delivered. I called 3 days later they promised an estimate the next day by 9 am again no estimate. unreliable 3309 Ruckle, Indianapolis 46205

The technician was excellent and very nice. He did not try to sell us anything like other companies I've used in the past. He just fixed the unit and did not overcharge when he could have. We will use them again.

B & W Plumbing Heating And Air Conditioning Co Inc I called B & W, because my heat pump had blown up, so then I had no heat. They were a distributor of the type of heat pump I use. I had called them at 2:00 am in the morning and they actually answered the phone and was here by 7:00 am in the morning to repair the problem. He had worked on it all day so I had some heat, he had to order the parts and came back the next day to finish. I think they are a good company! They are coming out tomorrow for annual check up, and I am going to renew my contract with them.

They came out asap and replaced the old sump pump with a new better one, He gave us many options of different types and warranties and I believe we chose the middle ground. He was very friendly and helpful. He wore booties on his shoes and took them on and off each time he had to go in and out. I thought that was really thoughful of my floors. He cleaned up after himself and was done in a couple hours. Great service, quality and we are very happy with the job. We would use them again.

The job went fine and there were no problems. They were fast, seemed to know what they were doing and got the job done right. I will use them again in the future.

Contacted B&W based on positive Angie's list reports and a positive service call two months ago. Mike showed up as scheduled at 8:30 AM. Work took about two and a half hours. Everything looks good. Had Mike do the water jacket fixture becase these pipes will be behind new kitchen cabinets that would be difficult to remove. He suggested the approach and it seems sound. Nice work. Plan on having B&W do the new sink install when needed.

The company service was quick and reliable. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. We would recommend their company to anyone needing HVAC, plumbing, etc. to anyone.
