The Aventus Group did an amazing job designing and constructing new built-ins for our family room! The crew, lead by Saul, worked with a great deal of craftsmanship (dealing with difficult to work with materials) and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend them.

Mario was very responsive and easy to get in touch with for any questions. Everything happened in a very timely manner. I was expecting for the project to take a while from when I contacted Aventus to when it was done but, given the smaller scope of the work, we were done in no time. Having remodeled a bathroom before with a different company this was very unexpected but very appreciated. Fortino and Brandon were the ones completing the work and were very good about stopping at various stages to show me the work that had been completed thus far. Part of the remodel was to fix a leak and they made sure to show me how they were fixing the damage so I was comfortable with what was being done. They even made additional suggestions unrelated to the project to help control water coming from the shower which I appreciated. The completed project looked great! We would definitely have them again for another remodel if one were to come up.

Project was completed in a timely manner. Everyone I interacted with from Aventus Group was great to work with. I appreciated the communication and clarifications as the project was going on. We had our fireplace painted and re-tiled as well as a bathroom vanity painted with a new countertop. Both look so much better!!

The work was absolutely superbâ ¦top notch skills. This company worked with us until we were satisfied with the job. The owner was excellent at responding to any questions and personally made certain that we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this company.

If you are looking for hardworking, honest people, Mario and Alex are you guys! They were great at checking in with us before work was done (which we appreciate as tile is very permanent). They communicated well throughout and you could really tell our complete satisfaction was important to them. We will use them for other projects as they come up!

Aventus did an exceptional job. They brought to life our fireplace design with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. The crew was kind, hardworking, and would not rest until they felt the work was perfect. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They did a great job taking out a tub/shower in a guest bathroom and putting in a tiled walk in shower. They also did some painting for us in other areas of our house. Elio and Jose were very professional and never left a mess. The customer service started out a little shaky because of staffing issues but they reorganized and Mario was very responsive and on top of everything. Would definitely hire again!

Mario is professional and easy to work with. He took the time to understand all of our needs and was very patient with all of questions. His prices are fair and honest for top quality work. Will be hiring for more phased work in future.

I rated the quality low because the job has not been finished. That is low quality to me. The work has been okay. They advertised your dream as my reality or something like that. I hired them for quality because that is what you want no matter how much your home is worth. I wanted to feel like my home was a vacation spot. I think if you are going to have a slogan like that, the job should be closer to perfect. The painting and trim quality are shotty work for what they are advertising.

The crew was amazing. The invoice was lacking in detail, and for one project we wanted done, they wanted us to buy the material. It was to raise a large sunken floor. How would I know what material is needed and how would I get it to the house? We canceled that project as the price was unreasonable. We had been given a start date; they did not arrive that day, and no one reached out. I called and messaged them and finally got through to someone who knew what was going on. We had been pushed because another project went longer than expected. We threatened to cancel if they did not give us a new date within 2 weeks, as we needed the project completed. Overall, the work is solid; we had a full demo of a bath and a half to turn it into one bath. They did an amazing job getting this project done, but good workmanship does not undo poor customer service.

There were quoting issues, they gave us a quote that was not the description for the items that we asked for.

The people they have working for them were great. Hardworking and punctual. They cleaned up afterwards before they ended their workday.

They remodeled my entire house. Floors, paint, new bathrooms, updated kitchen. The works. They were great! Very transparent with the financials and we are good at making sure I was satisfied with the items they installed and built.

Aventus Group did a beautiful job on my bathroom and I couldnâ t be happier! My entire bathroom was gutted and transformed in only 8 days. They totally saw my vision and made it a reality. Itâ s just beautiful! Also, Aventus group hauled away everything from my old bathroom and cleaned up every night after they were finished working. The Aventus Group renovated 2 bathrooms at my house. I called them when another contractor I hired didn't show up for the project, and Aventus started the next week. They were professional, friendly and hard working. The quality of work was excellent. I already have plans for them to do two more bathrooms and have referred Aventus to several friends. I look forward to working with the team again in the spring.

My deposit was taken a full 5 months before the work began. During this time I was given a mans name (BL) at ProSource to help me select my materials to be used on the job. He was very irresponsible in returning my calls and never bothered to look for OR order the materials I selected. Then he blatantly lied to me about the materials all being on backorder with the vendor. I had to contact Aventus about his irresponsible actions. They fired him and connected me with another person within the company. He caused the project to get rescheduled repeatedly. The communication between Aventus and the materials guy and then with me was ridiculous at times. I was left upset, frustrated, or plain angry. The guys that worked on the project either spoke no English or had a difficult time understanding me. However, they did a good job for the most part. There were only a few visits to check on their work by management though. The job supervisor loved to argue with me like I was stupid but in the end, he did one of the biggest parts of the job and did as good of a job as he could. I was told the job would take 3-4 weeks to complete but it took almost 2 months and again, no thanks to the original materials guy and communication. One of the owners did a last **walk-through** with me and I pointed out some pretty bad workmanship. He offered to make things right but honestly, I did not want them in my home again. They had already been back a few times to fix things they missed. In the end, I deducted (with the approval of the owner) money from the balance due. This was my first time working with an in-home contractor. I do like my new bathroom.

The Aventus team did a great job and worked quickly and efficiently. The team was kind, timely, and did quality work. I received quotes and met with over 5 contractors to complete a master bathroom remodel and the clear winner was Aventus because of the feeling I got when meeting with the team, combined with their quote and methodology for getting the work done. Will hire them again if needed in the future
