We enjoyed using Aventus. They were easy to work with and allowed us to perform some of the work ourselves. Whenever issues occurred they were willing to take responsibility and fix the problem.

Definitely plan to use them in the future for additional projects!

This company is awesome. I feel I hit the jack pot. The team that put the floors in was amazing. Very detailed went above and beyond. The owners Fatherâ s on site and helping install the floors. What a great guy. His passion to ensure the customer was satisfied about the quality of work and just a heart of gold.

We contracted Aventus to build a large 2-story addition onto our home to add about 1000 sq ft. Bottom-line, we love the final product and would hire them again. We worked with our own architect in advance of getting bids from contractors so we had a detailed, specific idea of what we wanted done, and could make an apples-to-apples comparison between different bids. Mario, the owner, was very responsive throughout the bidding process, and we revised the bid several times to try to ensure everything was covered and we were on the same page. It was a complicated build involving matching existing floor and ceiling heights, new HVAC and plumbing systems, a steel support beam, and connecting different rooflines. Aventus' final bid was competitive with the other bids, and Mario's communication The highlight of the entire experience, and why we will work with Aventus again, is the network of craftsmen that Mario brought onto the project. Each of the subcontractors did really high quality work. We stayed in our home during the entire renovation, and were impressed with how respectful and thoughtful the workers were throughout construction. We had no concerns with them being around our children, they routinely cleaned and organized the site during different construction phases, and clearly took pride in the quality of their work. In particular, the project manager, Saul Fuentes, was worth his weight in gold. He listened to what was important to us, and it was clear he did not cut any corners in any stage of the process. Our 60+ year old house foundation had settled, sloping more than an inch across some stretches. Saul and his crew were able to build a level surface, connecting the old to the new, and matching up to our floor and ceilings. Working with him felt very collaborative, where we were able to solve design problems together to get things the way we wanted them, while still being secure, to code, and built solid. The flooring and trim carpenter, Jorge, was meticulous in getting finish details perfect and matching up to our existing house. Bumps: The permitting process was agonizingly long. Some of that is undoubtedly bureaucracy from Marion County (compounded by our home being at the edge of a floodplain zone). Permits for our project were subcontracted out by Aventus to Rivera Group, who we were *not* impressed with, and both we and Aventus had to reach out to them multiple times to shepherd things along. There were also some additional costs incurred during building that we didn't become aware of until the end, but we were able to work with Mario in reaching an agreement we felt was fair. These issues are not unique to Aventus, and Mario was transparent about the things they learned during the process too. We would happily work with Aventus again!

The work that was performed was exceptional We were extremely fortunate to have picked Mario Barron to be our contractor.

Mario and his team did a great job with some renovations we needed! We got a new kitchen backsplash put in and some repairs to our walls and crown molding around our fireplace where we had installed bookcases prior! The work was done fast and efficiently. The workers were wonderful!

My overall experience with Aventus Group that they are an A+ firm. This by far is one of the most professional firms to work with for a total bathroom renovation. The owner Mario provided great guidance and suggestions as this was my first renovation. I appreciated his prompt attention to my needs as well as his collaboration with my partner. I was able to go into this project with great confidence. Mario has a team of meticulous craftsmen which sets him apart from other firms. Because of the hard work, creativity and eye for detail I have the most gorgeous bathroom in the state of Indiana. It was great to have a team that partnered so well, I loved the communication as well as the commitment to getting the job done right and on schedule. They did a great job helping us renovate our previous railings into something that was much safer and it looks amazing.

Aventus completed a major master bath construction for us. Their tile and marble work was excellent. The project took several weeks. The workers were very friendly and responsive.

It went great. The work started a month after I hired Mario (the owner), and once started, the job only took three days. It was great for my timeline to move into the house (I just brought the house and wanted the work done before I needed to vacate my apartment). What I appreciated the most was the advice Mario and the foreman in charge of my project, Saul, gave me concerning how things would work best (floor plan, resources, etc.). During the initial consultation, I had a lot of ideas, and Mario brought me down to earth, which actually saved me money in the long run. During the job, Saul gave me great recommendations on improvising when the crew found obstructions in the walls, and also had fun ideas which made my son's closet kid-friendly. I love how everything looks.
