Went fine except car was not ready until next day despite having an appointment and having dropped car off first thing in the a.m. There were no problems and work was of a routine nature.

While running errands on Saturday morning, I noticed my Engine Service Light was on; after trying several basic items including turning the engine off and on and checking and retightening the gas cap (it was loose), the light remained on; I decided to see if ASG was open and if they could at least check the code with their computer so I would know what was wrong and could determine if it was safe to drive or if I needed immediate service; Craig was able to check the code right away (it was the loose gas cap), cleared the fault and had me on my way in a few minutes with no charge; Craig told me the light would have gone off eventually but the fault would have been stored; I have used ASG many times in the past and they always have gone the extra mile in providing customer service.

They called me within a couple of hours of having dropped the car off. The found the problem. Also did an oil change.

Perfect. Extremely quick check up, accurate quote, and short turn-around. Will use again.

They told us when we bought the contract that we would go to the front of the line on the service work and that if it required more than a day, they would provide a rental care. Every time I take my car in, they keep it close to a week then, as soon as I get the vehicle back, all of the service lights come on again. I’m having break trouble right now but they don’t want to fix it because it’s a pretty big job and they’ve already done some work. Adam used to own the place but he has since left and we had been one of their best customers. We didn’t read every little fine print on the contract because Adam was answering all of my questions. Since then, they have refused to give me a print out of the work they have done, they haven’t provided rental cars, and now they are saying they only have to do work up to the value of the car and I have an older car. They are just out to get our money.

I had my oil changed at ASG, instead of at the BMW dealer because I received a free oil change coupon and because it is closer to my home. The coupon specified "semi-synthetic" oil change, and since I usually use all synthetic, I asked about the difference in price. I was told it would cost me $50. Since this would result in a not-so-free oil change, I opted to go with the semi-synthetic. I can't complain about the service. It is what it is, and I have no reason to believe that anything was done wrong. However, being used to the environment at the dealer, I was a bit dismayed at the size of the waiting room and the general lack of cleanliness (since I was one of the first customers that day.) It was also quite noisy, since the only thing between the waiting room and the service area is a pane of glass. But, free is free, and I don't mean to imply that I've never been in a less than pristine waiting room -- especially when having my car serviced. Although I indicated that I would use this company again, that isn't exactly accurate. I would only use them if the cost was appreciably less than it would be elsewhere. If it costs $90 at ASG for a synthetic oil change and $95 at the dealer, I will continue to have my oil changed at the dealer. The reason is strictly one of comfort. The dealer provides a large, very clean waiting area. ASG's waiting area is smaller than my bedroom, which under ordinary circumstances might not be that bad. However, I had the misfortune of spending my hour waiting with a woman, a toddler and a baby. While the woman played on the computer provided (nice touch), the baby cried, and the toddler (in my opinion) was ill-behaved. Even after her mother asked her to leave me alone, she persisted in standing 6" from me. When I asked her to take the pen she was holding away from my skirt as it was making ink marks, her mother became suddenly attentive. She told her daughter (not soto voce) that some people don't know how to treat children, and are mean. She went on that way for some time, and I chose to ignore her, which is somewhat difficult when you are sitting only a few feet away. Had the area been larger, I would have had the option of moving away. I mention this incident only to point out that my overall experience was negatively affected by the particular circumstances, and not so much by the service itself. That being said, if you are at all claustrophobic and/or don't want to risk getting stuck in an small room with less than pleasant company, I'd recommend you go elsewhere.

They are very thorough. I am confindent in their work. They are also very knowledgable and answer any questions that I have. I will continue to use them for future work.

We have used them to service both of our foreign cars over the past couple years and were initially quite pleased. However, then it seemed like every time we took it in it to fix something it either wasn't fixed right (2X) or something else needed fixed immediately after we took it in (2X). Needless to say we finally decided it was too coincidental and will be taking our cars elsewhere in the future.

They do a very good job working on everything. They are very courteous when we go in there. They done us by our name. They call us when they car is done.

They refused to give me an invoice stating what all was replaced and repaired when everything was all said and done. The people who did the work didn't seem very qualified or experienced for the work they did. They had rude customer service. The owner was incompetent and was not very professional at all.

Their estimate was a little over $200 less. I didn't have the work done here as I got rid of the car, but they helped me about 3 or 4 times. They were very helpful.

They were very nice about it. Diagnosed the problem and called me before they started the work. Advised me not to drive the car far if I chose not to get the work done so I authorized them to do it. I have used them in the past and have always been satisfied.

They have very high quality service. If they make a mistake they will make it right for no extra charge. They rarely ever make mistakes and they are very professional.

I like them alot. We can call them up and get in the same week. They call us back and give us an estimate. If we think that there is a problem with their work, they do what they can to fix it. They tell us straight up if there or if there is not work needed to be done.

We use this garage for all of our car's needs. I love them! They work with our schedule to get our car in. They have even shuttled my husband to work for us. I feel comfortable going into the garage and telling them what the problems are with the car. They listen. Then you car runs like butter.

I have been going to them for about 5 years. They have good customer service and always stand behind their work. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They are always courteous.

He is a single proprietor and a local business man. This company offers services such as coming to pick you up from your house when your car is finished. I feel they have always treated us fairly. Price varies depending on the job.

They are fantastic and honest with the service.

No other service that I know of is selling contracts like this. I would recommend them.

They've done very well except for one time. They did fix their problem though. They are not cheap but they do very good work.

THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. IF THERE IS EVER ANYTHING WRONG (WHICH WAS ONLY ONCE), THEY MAKE IT RIGHT. THEIR PRICING IS FAIR. THE ONLY BAD THING IS, THEY ARE TOO FAR AWAY! THEY ARE REALLY TOP NOTCH!

The owner of ASG was actually there taking calls and helping customers. Very nice to see. Kind assistant as well. Have 50,000 mile tune up coming up, and owner gave print out of EXACT cost, and what it all entailed. For MUCH less then the major import competitor.

I took my 12-year-old SUV in because the check engine light was coming on sporadically and I was about to leave town and needed it to be reliable. They diagnosed the problem (a faulty oxygen sensor), called to let me know what the problem was and how much it would be, and I authorized the repair and also a routine oil change and fluids check, letting them know that it was going out of town in two days. They did the work promptly and I picked it up the next day. The service was impeccable, the front desk staff is both friendly and efficient, and they always leave the truck at least as clean (if not cleaner) than when I took it in. Their prices are reasonable (a little higher than the quick-change oil places, but way cheaper than the dealership) and they take pride in their work. Personally, I'm happy to pay a little more for mechanics who really know their stuff, and that's what I get at ASG.

Very polite at reception. Very personable cost, compared with other estimates. Will continue to go there for any future car work.

Very professional. I have since then returned a few more times due to minor issues. I won't go anywhere else.
