Artistic Marble & Granite

I worked with the sales representative who helped me pick out the granite that was used for the countertops. The owner measured my kitchen for the template and the installers installed the countertops. The whole process started approximately 2/17/2014 and was completed 3/14/2014. They installed the countertops within the time frame promised , showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone I dealt with was professional and polite. I would highly recommend Artistic!

It was great! I feel they were very fairly priced for the level of quality. They were very flexible with allowing me to pick out the exact pieces of granite I wanted and cutting it exactly how I wanted it. I feel that with a lot of granite places, you don’t get the exact piece you pick out and that’s how Artistic is different.

The granite itself was about $5,000. I feel the pricing is competitive for the workmanship and the quality. They were very good. No problems at all.

Bill was outstanding from start to finish. However, feel the installers should have wiped cabinets before they left(dust everywhere) from drilling holes for faucets and they gauged my new cork floor.

Super nice and great communication. The whole experience was wonderful and my bathroom granite top is simply beautiful! Installers were prompt, very nice and did a great job.

Project was meticulously executed with great attention to detail. Fair estimates and great finish work. Workers really care about the quality of their craftsmanship and were careful about preserving the area around the project and minimizing any wall damage. Would use them again without hesitation.

Met us at the place for quartz slab. Did n't rush us to pick out our quartz. Explained the process and reenforcement of quartz top. Measured and met all our concerns. Made suggestons for areas that I had not considered ,but were awesome. Installed tile backsplash. Cleaned their work area. I love my kitchen. The whole crew of this company were terrific and I would recommend them to anybody. Awesome. This company has a lot of good old fashion experience. NOT a "just get it done and get the money" place. Wonderful to work with. . .

Bill Brown, our sales rep, understood the type of granite we were looking for & spent time with us to be sure we found what we liked. The workers came to our home as scheduled and were thorough in their work.

They measured and installed the countertop when they said they would. The countertop looked great except for two rough spots. I called and asked them to check and reseal those spots. THey were to respond. Finally, they did the repair.

WE LOVE THESE GUYS! We've used them for bathroom and kitchen renovations, and I doubt I would use anyone else. We called for information and they had us come to the showroom to get a feel for what we wanted. We picked out the second stone we saw, within a week they came to template, and within another two weeks they were out to install. Fun, professional, and know their stuff. You won't be disappointed!

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Artistic Marble and Granite. We'd visited another granite supplier to inquire about soapstone previously, only to be told immediately by a very opinionated salesperson that we didn't want soapstone because it was far too high maintenance (despite our having researched and considered this choice thoroughly). We were also told that they wouldn't install marble in our kitchen because it stains too easily and 'no one is ever happy with it.' Undeterred, we found Artistic and gave them a call. I spoke with a knowledgable and friendly associate, who let me know that they have extensive experience with soapstone and marble, and that such materials are not a problem at all if installed and sealed properly. When we visited we were educated about the qualities of soapstone and marble, how to care for them, and what having them in our kitchen would entail. We were shown small samples of soapstone on-site, as well as larger slabs on a computer (as they didn't have any slabs on hand). They understood exactly what we were looking for--a black slab with minimal veining--and promised to find us something as close as possible. As for our island, they agreed that marble would be a nice contrast, but at the last minute our salesperson remembered a remnant from another job and asked us to look. It was a gorgeous piece of something called Donna Sandra granite, which he explained is much more on the 'marble' side of the granite spectrum. We said yes immediately. When they came to do the templating, based on past experience I was expecting to see a balsa wood template assembled, or perhaps some of the newer computer templating technology. Instead, our salesperson and his associate took out tape measures and paper. I was slightly concerned, but they assured us that 'you don't need computers if you know how to measure.' It turns out they were right. The people who came to install the stone were different from who I'd spoken with before, but were also super knowledgable and skilled, and very friendly. All of the pieces fit perfectly, and the seams are almost undetectable. We're so happy with the outcome.

I am very happy with the results. From contacting about a quote to checking in the day after the counter was put in everyone was professional and on time. The attention I received as a customer was excellent.

Excellent. These guys have been around for a long time and it shows in their professionalism and their attention to customer service and quality. They are not a fly-by-night operation like some of the companies out there. They take pride in their craft and it shows. Every step of the process went according to plan and each person we dealt with was great to work with. Steve runs a great operation with great people.

They were fabulous. They had a rare attitude. They will not hurry and . They will not tell people what they want to hear; they tell the truth. They were the best installers. If everyone worked like them it would be wonderful.

Our first choice of granite had too many gold streaks that couldn't be cut around. Steve Ferry, knowing how I felt about the gold, showed me what would happen and suggested we choose another stone. He was absolutly right and the one we ultimately chose is so much better. He made sure we saw exactly how it would be cut beforehand so we could see how the design came together at the seam. I really appreciate his attention to detail and concern for the outcome. Only a true craftsman would go to such lengths.

Atristic was very prompt in responding and quoting the job. We chose to go with another company that quoted a lower price.

BUDDY WAS OVERLY RESPONSIVE TO OUR MANY CALLS, AND VERY QUICK WITH QUOTES AND QUESTIONS AND CHANGES. FROM CALL #1 TO INSTALLATION WAS LESS THAN THREE WEEKS. THE INSTALLERS ALSO WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COMPETENT. VERY PLEASED WITH OUR NEW KITCHEN.
