Artistic Marble and Granite does outstanding work. The countertops look terrific. The installation was done when promised. Staff were easy to work with, friendly, and responsive to questions. We would highly recommend them for your next project!

We had a wonderful experience working with Artistic Marble & Granite. We were able to hand pick our vanity top and talk out the cut. They did a great job through and through. We will be back!

They were very responsive with a huge stock of remnants to choose from. This made the pricing reasonable and they had a much quicker turn-around time than others we reached out to. Nice, professional people who even stayed open a little later to let us shop their remnants. Installation went smooth and the finished product looks great.

Everyone at Artistic was fantastic. Megan, Steve, and the whole install team was responsive, helpful and understood our needs. We selected remnants from their warehouse shop to save where we could. We visited the warehouse on several occasions, each time being helped by Steve or Megan. If you are needing to visit a "fancy" showroom of quartz or granite this is not your place. But if you want quality workmanship, friendly service and affordable stone then Artistic should be your first choice. Our GC was impressed at the seams and built in brackets. The price was similar to a big box store but we had more selection and I believe in supporting local businesses. We are so glad that we chose Artistic.

Bill met us to pick out the specific granite slabs and was very helpful. The installers were very detail oriented and did an excellent job. We're very happy with the service and results.

First, we did not contract with this company, as part of the process of building a house, we were told where to go to chose our countertops. This company subcontracted Artistic Marble and Granite to do our countertops. The problem we have with the countertops are the seams and how visible they are. Photos attached. After we complained about the seams, the builder agreed they needed to be "buffed out" more. Two men from Artistic Marble and Granite came out as promised, they were actually a little early. Even after they arrived they argued there was nothing wrong with the seams, they said, that is just the way they are. This irritated me, in that they knew what they were coming to do, so why repeatedly say they are good seams and working on them will not improve the appearance, but we will work on the seams if it will make you happy. I just didn't like their attitude. In our opinion, they did improve one of the seams, the other one, not so much. As far as price goes, we don't know the final price, we know that these countertops resulted in an overage of our countertop allowance of $5900. We approved this amount before the countertops were installed. It came down to, this is the cost if you want quartz. In the end, they want to make us believe our expectations are too high, and perhaps they are, perhaps they aren't; but one of the most important features of our new home is a big disappointment.

What an awesome company!! They did an amazing job on my countertops. We went and picked out what we wanted and they took it from there! Workers that came to the house to install were very nice and professional. They even installed my sink! Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Price was great too!

Wonderful! I found my stone & Bill from Artistic came out to measure & got the job. Installation was completed on time & we are very pleased. I would definitely recommend them.

Very friendly people. Installers are great! But they never explained how the edges will look. I was expecting round edges as I had in what they took away. But installed pointy plain edges. There is a lack of communication with the client.

From start to finish everyone was professional, helpful, and patient. We selected a slab of granite and ended up with a beautiful kitchen. very impressive!

Bill Brown was great to work with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about granite. He always followed up with us in a timely manner and answered all of our questions We didn't feel pressured into buying from this company. Everyone that came out to our house was very nice and professional. They did a very good job on the layout and installation. The size of the granite required seams and they did an excellent job with how they looked. I would definitely use this company again!

Started with protection of carpet from door to bath. Great quality and personable installers and salesmen.

Visited work place, showroom, on a recommendation from a friend. Choose a pattern and color. Quote was reasonable and we went with their offer. Installation was short and sweet. Crew was polite and professional.

Andy with artistic arrive on time as scheduled, very neat. Cleaned as they installed. Took the amount of time, install as they indicates. They removed the old one piece sink/counter top and did a fabulous job. Will definitely use again. It was a pleasure to do business with them!

Brent didn't talk much but clearly knew what he was doing. Our counter has a curved edge and could not have been an easy job to fabricate. It looks great and there is virtually no gap between the back edge and the wall.

My husband refinished a marble table 40+ years ago. We always believed that the original table had a marble top. So as a surprise Christmas gift for my husband, I asked Artistic Marble to make a marble top Bill was very responsive to all of my request. even hand-delivering the top to my son's apartment to ensure the surprise. The finish product was perfect and now this antique table has its marble top. Although mine was a small job, I was always treated like a preferred customer. I would highly recommend this vendor.

Our experience was fantastic all the way. From our initial visit with Steve & Bill to discuss what Artistic does all the way to install with the crew, Mike, Billy & Barad who were very professional and over came several issues with bowed walls and unlevel cabinets. We are extremely pleased with Artistic and our new counter tops.

We looked into many different granite fabricators before deciding on Artistic. Our two main requiements were that we wanted to pick out our own slabs from the supplier, and also wanted someone who could fabricate our island with a 3" thick mitered edge. We really liked the thick edge granite look but didn't just want it stacked (which is what cheaper and less-experienced fabricators do) creating a very visible line/break in the pattern. Artistic was absolutely fantastic! They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions ahead of time. They came out measured with our old contertops in still in place. Fabrication took about 4 weeks and we had about 70 square feet of granite installed (almost 2 full slabs). The color is "Thunder White". We felt the pricing was very fair. They installed an undermount sink that we purchased. I cannot say enough good things about all of the guys that we worked with. The attention to detail was amazing. An example is how they notched the granite on-site to go around our cabinet trim perfectly (versus our builder who simply installed straight cut laminate tops, leaving large gaps). Creating the 3" mitered edge (using two 45 degree cuts laminated together) was very precise and they did an excellent job of matching the pattern and continuing the flow over the edges. We would recommend Artistic very highly.

My experience to date has been horrible! Very unprofessional, totally unresponsive unless it is in their best interest.. I call and call and get responds like "I'll check on that and get back to you" only they never ever do. I signed a contract in March and now it is June and no counter tops. I'm sure once they see this they will call right away and say they were just now going to call me and set a date for the install. I wish I had given my money to some other business.

Brent Mitchell and helper arrived promptly and went to work to tear out my old countertops. Unfortunately they were liquid nails fixed and thus were very difficult to pry up and remove. This was accomplished reasonably quickly and was well done. A third colleague arrived to help the first two carry in the heavy countertops. The counter tops were placed, secured and cleaned. The the back splashes were placed and secured. All items were finished off and the faucet and soap dispenser holes were drilled. All particles and dust were carefully removed leaving my kitchen looking neat. I was very pleased with the skill and care taken with this job!

Across the board they were great to work with - from the helpful people in the sales area to the excellent installation job that was done.
