Called Stacie and she appraised our house within 2 days of our call, and she had the report within 1 or 2 days. She was very detailed, professional and extremely nice. Also, she was very attentive of our situation which she also shed some light to a few overlooked issues with the pricing of the home. Would hire again!

Stacie arrived and asked a few pertinent questions about my homes infrastructure, i.e. new wood floors, water proofing, furnace age, etc. She proceeded to measure and capture the general size and shape of all the rooms. She also took snapshots of both the interior and exterior of my home. Stacie also compared my home to those in nearby neighborhoods. The report was emailed to me promptly, and sent copy to appropriate mortgage agency.

All service providers should be this good. I called on a Monday to have the appraisal completed. She performed the work two days later and had my report to me a day after that. It was well done and professionally packaged. She even followed up with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Stacie.

Excellent, a very enjoyable experience and a well researched document to present the tax appeal board of Marion County. She walked the property and asked the questions that need to be defended in a tax appraisal review.Very professional,but not intimidating.

Stacie came out on a Monday after we had called the previous week. She was very responsive and gave us a complete appraisal report within a day or two after the visit. She was very thorough, but didn't require a lot of our time. I would definitely use Stacie in the future and would recommend her highly.

Stacie showed up at the appointed time. She was very personable and professional. She toured our home and asked questions. She explained the process of how a value is obtained and also said it typically took 2 business days to receive the report back. This was on Friday. I was quite surprised when I received the report the following Monday morning. Fast and efficient. I would definitely use this company again.

Stacie Johnting was most professional and detailed. She looked at every nook and cranny of the house, both inside and out. She measured this and measured that and asked many questions so that her report could be as accurate and fair as possible. Her report was in my email within 48 hours. It was lengthy and very detailed with many pictures and comparisons of homes near my parents home.

She came to our house, spend an hour on the property, looking around, taking measurements, asking lots of questions and taking some pictures. She then went off looking for comps in the neighborhood and took pictures of those properties as well. She did other research and emailed us the complete report in two days. She was friendly and thorough. I paid her by check and she provided me with a receipt by email when she sent the report. I was very pleased with her service and would recommend her.

Stacie was able to come to my house within 3 days and then I had the report by email 24 hours later. She was friendly and thorough. I was a bit anxious by the fact that she wanted only a cashier's check or cash but had read another report on Angie's List mentioning the payment arrangements so I hired her. She provided me with a receipt by email. I was very pleased with her service and would highly recommend her.

I requested the appraisal be done soon, and Stacie made arrangements to do the appraisal that very week---with the finished product sent to me by e-mail on the Monday following - by noon. I definitely would recommend her to anyone needing an appraisal.

Stacie was able to appraise the home within a couple days of calling her. She was very quick and professional about everything. Helped give some advice on how to market our home. At the end of it, provided us with a very professional report. Only 2 things that could have been smoother 1) price for the estimate seemed a little high. Didn't mind it too much though because she was able to get out really fast and did a good job. 2) She didn't take checks or credit card. Had to pay in cash or cashier's check. Felt a little odd to have to carry that much cash around.

I called Stacie on Friday, she was there at 10 am on Monday and I had the appraisal by 3pm the same day. If you know anything about appraisers, that turnaround is unheard of. Thanks Stacie!!!

Stacie was very prompt in returning my initial call. Was very prompt in arrival at my home to appraise it, showing up at 8:00 a.m. in the morning on a Wednesday. Spent about forty-five minutes to an hour, measuring, taking pictures, etc. At 5:00 a.m. on Thursday the following day, I had a fourteen page appraisal in my email. I was shocked. I would definitely tell others about Stacie and if need be, use her again.
