Consult was personalized to our needs actually sat and discussed with us what we wanted didnt seem to just want to sell us the fanciest fence or something that we didnt want or need. gave advice on what would be best for our specific yard due to uneven ground. was willing be flexible with the cost used coupon and got discount by posting sign on fence free extra gate. labor was great our fence is beautiful great quality gate opens and closes beautifully. laborers were somewhat difficult to understand because one spoke no english and one spoke difficult to understand english so trouble communicating on the day of installation when i wanted to make sure everything was where it should be. but end result was great.

The fence repair was completed in a timely manner with good quality work done. Nice staff

Called two times and could not even get anyone to call me back. Spoke to a lady at the front on two different occasions. Promised both times someone would call me back asap, but 6 months later, have still not heard from them. Went with another company. Very happy with K and K

They provided a good service. The work was timely and went up within 2 weekends. We did some follow up with them and they were very responsive. We love the fence, it is beautiful and they did great workmanship. Their pricing was very competitive too.

The sales rep was very informative and easy to get along with. They showed up when they said they would, the cost matched the quote and the fence looks great.

The posts and 16' section were good. However, the 24' section was not level. They offered to pound the tops of the high side of fence. They came back the next week and did some digging and readjusted whole fence. It looks good now.

There was a little breakdown in communication with the provider initially, but once we got past that I had no problem with the quality and the service they provided. Very satisfied and would recommend them in the future.

I am very happy with the fence now. Initially there were some cracked and warped boards, which is why I gave a B for quality, but they did come out and replace those without too much hassle. Overall they are a good company to work with.

Install was good and they were on time. During the install they hit an unmarked gas line and I was notified. They said it would be uncovered so it was easy for me to find. Don't know why but they covered it anyway. When I called to ask for the location, I never received a callback. I always got callback before the job was done, and was surprised to receive this kind of post install lack of service. Also, I expected for any mounds of dirt to be removed, but found out this would be an additional charge.

Everything went great. They came out when they said they would. They finished within the day. We will use them again.

First of all the three member crew was very unprofessional looking and acting. It was apparent after meeting the one in charge that they were not at all professional deck builders as Mike (one of the owners of Amerifence) had promised would be building our deck. It took these 3 men almost 4 days to complete the Deck. On the day it was completed I was not home for a final inspection to assure it was done to our liking. When my wife and I did inspect it we found several things we did not like. We called the Amerifence office and asked to speak with Mike. Mike called and came out and saw what we were unhappy with and said his guys would be back to fix things and make it right. The same three man crew came back and did not fix what we asked for. Again Mike was called and he himself came out and fixed a few of the problems and said his three man crew would be back to fix the remaining problems. The three man crew returned and did a very poor job of fixing the remaining problems. Again, Mike was called. He returned and assured me all problems would be addressed and fixed. The three man crew returned again. This time they really did a horrible job. Again, Mike was called and again he sent the three man crew back out. Again the three man crew did a very unprofessional job. I asked the one in charge why the deck looked the way it did. His reply, and quot;I don't knowand quot;. The deck boards and slats are warping. There are gaps everywhere in the railing. The lumber that was used was low grade material and we paid for mid grade. The posts are splitting. There are numerous knot holes and chunks out of the wood that are unattractive. All in all the deck is very unprofessionally built and low quality for what we paid for it. Mike has been called again but has not returned our call or returned to make this right. We have decided to have the remaining issues taken care of by another contractor we know we can trust. We are through with Amerifence and will never use them again.

Installed and completed as agreed. Fence color and quality appears to be excellent. My only issue was they do not remove post hole dirt without an additional charge and contractual agreement. For a home owner the latter is a necessity if you are not physically able to remove dirt and have a place to put it. I only put in 100ft. of fence and there was a significant amount of dirt to be removed. I was not physically able to remove this dirt. I alert you to the latter as it may be a necessary part of your agreemet to install fencing.

It went along just fine. They showed up on time.

We had three estimates for our fencing, and we liked Amerifence's salesman the best. The prices were all pretty similar. We told him that we live in a community that requires approval for fencing, and that took 8 weeks. We then gave him a 1/4 down payment, and he said they could be ready to install it in three weeks. After 4 weeks passed, we began to call to ask about a date. We talked to office personnel, and asked to have our calls returned. We left another four messages on voicemail, and no one ever called us back. No one. Twice we asked for Mike the boss to return our call, and he never did. Six weeks later, we finally heard from them that the company was ready to install the fence. Hats off to the installers, Jorge and Rafe! They were excellent. They installed the entire fence in one day and did a great job. They did not even stop for lunch. To our knowledge, no one checked on their progress, and no one followed up with us about our satisfaction. They have a a good product, but the communication is awful.

I was looking forward to doing business with Amerifence because of their selling point of installing the fence all in one day. Having dogs, and depending on the fence to keep them in, I was looking forward to getting in and being done. I also assuymed that it being only one side, it would be an easy 1-day job. When the time came to have it installed, communication from the vendor was not good. Trying to pinpoint installation dates and times were not communicated. It ended up taking evening time of 3 days to get it installed. The fence its self, and the job that was done installing it was very, very good. We could not be happier with the end product, but what sold us on using them did not happen. I might use them again - but I would get it in writing that it was going to be a one day job, not and quot;toe-nailed inand quot; between bigger jobs. Lastly - I am not sure if it is the responsibility of the person putting in the fence to smooth out the leftover dirt before leaving. This was not done and it doesn't take long for the sun to harden them into mounds that become very hard to spread.

The quality of their fence is really good compared to a lot of other companies that had come out and quoted. Their provided a good price.

Initial contact and estimate went well. I was told that because they had some overstock fencing available, they could do my job for $3900 instead of the regular price of $4500. Installation went reasonably well, although I was unable to communicate with the crew due to language barriers. Some time after the fence was installed, a friend pointed out that a piece on one of my gates appeared to be missing. It wasn't a glaring problem, but it was evident that a side piece had not been installed. I had to contact Amerifence several times and was told each time that someone would be out to fix it. I could not get call backs, nor was there any follow-up by Amerifence. Each time I called, there was apparently no record of my previous calls. Finally, after about a month of calling, someone did show up and installed the missing board. Three years later, my fence has pickets that appear to be rotting, some pickets have cracked and split, and at least one has broken sufficiently to leave a gap in the fencing. It will be necessary to replace the split, rotted and cracked pieces. Of course, Amerifence's warranty is for only 2 years, and my fence is 3 years old. At the rate it's disintegrating, I'll probably need a new fence by the time it's 5 years old. I have to wonder if the overstock fencing and quot;specialand quot; I was sold was inferior quality wood. I'm very disappointed.

I was very please with the job. They were here exactly when they said they would be here. They removed the old chain link fence. Tey worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up everything completely. They fence looks great. They did it all in 1 day which I really appreciated because I have dogs and they need their fence.

I will update this in more detail, I just want to say this company is worth the wait time as they are busy! A+

The fence is falling apart. I can not get replacement parts or get amerifence to call me back or come back and repair it

The owner came out on a Saturday to provide an estimate for a 265 linear foot fence install. Their estimate was the lowest and he offered to upgrade the materials and look of the fence to showcase their products. He took his time, explained everything completely, and didn't pressure us. We decided not to purchase a fence at this time, but when we do, we will choose Amerifence.

Our fence is beautiful! I did not notice however, until the crew was paid and left, that there were a few issues. 1. one whole section of boards left uncut in dog ear patttern. 2.Several random uncut boards throughout fence 3. Boards were and quot;choppedand quot; to fit around tree root. 4. Latch on gate opened to the street. (the former gate which the crew removed clearly had the latch INSIDE. We have a pool-it isnt safe. I took for granted they would replace it the same.) I contacted Amerifence and sent pictures. While I was away someone came out and trimmed the random missed boards. They also trimmed neatly around the tree roots... (I had marked the boards how I wanted it to look)

I liked the guy who came out, and he was on time. But I never got a price from them. I waited a week, and I decided they did not want the job. I went with another company who gave me a price and used the existing fencing.

They did a great job, the fence is beautiful and is aging great. The old fence was taken down and the new one put up all in the same day.
