The job went as well as one could expect. The only thing I did not consider was how much dust was created due to the braking up of concrete.

I didn't have any problems with them, the estimator was professional, and the workers were clean and polite. The price was also 1,000 dollars less than another company I looked at as well.

It was a good experience. He was out for a service call and he filled some cracks and checked the sub-pump and he put in the dehumidifier and didn't charge me for the service call because I bought a product.

I think they did an excellent job! With all of the flooding this season, I am really glad I had this done! I have told my neighbors about Americrawl who had their crawlspace flood!

They offered incremental systems to eventually get rid of the crawl space water. Their 1st effort (Oct. 2007) was not successful as a May '08 heavy rain reveals. When they were called back to see that there effort had been unsuccessful they did return quickly. After business had a chance to slow a bit, they returned (July '08) and added an additional sump pit & pump; no extra charge. This appears to be quite knowledgeable about the business and appear to apply good logic to problem resolution. So far so good with them, but we still not had the big rain reappear to demonstrate how good there system is. (I do expect the return installation to work but would give them high marks on their ability to accept responsibility when things do not work as planned. They stand behind their work.

It went fine. They gave me a time frame of when the work would be done and were able to complete it in that time frame. They cleaned up well after the work was done.

The estimator (Patrick) was on time. He did a thorough inspection of the crawl space and explained the encapsulation and "turtle" system. The workers arrived about 30 minutes late. They immediately went to work. The foreman was very knowledgeable and friendly. They did an excellent job and cleaned up their mess.

That was a big dirty job but the cleanup was great. They did a really good job! They hit a water main but they fixed it within 7 hours. They did not charge us for their mistake.

I asked him to show me what he had done after the project was done and he wouldn't tell me or show me. When I called the office, another guy came out the next day and did a great job on explaining to me what he had done. We have had no problems with it at all.

They came out and explained to me that this was coming from the flashing of the chimney.

He was very kind and did a good job. It was a nice experience. He was very knowledgeable and truthful.

This company was amazing. My son is disabled and had a basement that was flooding. I phoned Americrawl and they came out the next day. The salesman put on rubber boots. Waded down into the basement and unplugged the electrical that we worried might be a safety issue and never charged us a penny. Even though they did not get the job the salesman phoned a week later to be sure we had a resolution we were happy with. What a great company with a great attitude. Money was not there first concern, our safety was. I always recommend this company when I can.

I had water in my basement that I was unable to determine where it was coming from. Americrawl came out the same day I phoned and fixed it at not only a great cost but in great time. There customer service is unmatchable with other companies that gave me two to three days before they could even come to estimate. The thing that most amazed me is that the owner came himself and did the work himself. Mark stated "It was no big deal". I would highly recommend this company not only to residential but to commercial companies.

This experience was excellent experience. They found extensive water damage in the area to the wood in my home. They could do that work, but advised me that in order to eliminate the problem there would need to be some flashing installed, and recommended we find a company that does all that work at once. I was pleased with their service. They were prompt and professional. He gave me a pamphlet regarding future services. I would absolutely use them again. I was impressed that he was not there to sell me a service. He was clear about what they could offer but gave good recommendations for other work to be done, including to hire an electrician to change out the outlet for my sump pump. I actually asked him about the other service (a complete encapsulation system) he answered all of my questions, but I did not feel his purpose to be there was to sell that to me. He felt it was a good system but also felt that my crawlspace would be adequate without the encapsulation.

I was worried about the chunks of concrete in crawlspace, but cleaned it out before they started the process. They were very neat and clean. Pretty prompt and did what they were supposed to do a little less that then a company that that we compared it with.

I was very happy with the company. They called to say theyd be late for the 8:30 appointment. When noon came, I called and rescheduled. When I forgot to be home for the morning I scheduled, they fit me in within a couple of hours of my calling to apologize. The crew (2) was quick, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure to show me what theyd done. I would recommend them to anyone with a mildewy crawl space.

Our crawl space had flooded and while the water had drained we were worried about possible damage and/or mold. Lon Davidson inspected the crawl space and said everything was OK. And we weren't charged. Very pleased.

They were excellent. They are going to come back and fix a problem in order to pass inspection.

I thoroughly appreciated the project managers honesty. I have had some trouble with water in a corner of my crawlspace, and he indicated that the water was not causing any damage, and that I did not need to do anything to correct the problem at this time. He did leave some materials and gave me an estimate if I should choose to encapsulate the crawlspace to improve air quality in my home, but did not engage in any hard sell tactics. If I do decide to encapsulate my crawlspace in the future, I will not hesitate to have this company complete the work.

The estimate and work to be done was well described. The crew arrived as scheduled, protected all floors and stairs to the basement and crawl space, and avoided damage to walls and doorways when moving equipment and materials to the job site. Cleanup at completion was excellent. The crew was polite and worked quickly.

The work was done on the scheduled day in a quick and efficient way. The floors to the basement entrance were well protected and the cleanup was excellent.

An appointment was made for an estimate to install "Clean Space" encapsulation system in a clean crawl space. They did not show up for the appointment until I called a couple hours after the appointed time. The estimate that they gave me was over twice the amount that I eventually paid to have it done by another company. ($1,530.00)

Lon was very kind, and did not use scare tactics. The price came out a bit higher than I had imagined, but I plan to get some other estimates and see if how out of the ball park they really are or if he is right on track. I like the Clean pace system, but don't know of many others out there at this time. Still searching for the best company with the best price. I would hire them based on what I know right now, but I still need more estimates.

The salesman was very professional and well informed, the work was done as scheduled, and the installers were punctual, polite, efficient, and helpful. The crawl space looks just wonderful, and is completely sealed off from the outside air by their vinyl lining. It will be used for storage. Overall, a very good experience.

Americrawl's salesperson, Rick, was very polite, on time, and good about following up after he gave us an estimate. That being said, his estimate seemed exorbitant based on THEIR charge for the same work 20 months earlier and the quotes from 2 other companies for the current job. Rick followed up with a call the day after he estimated our job, and when I informed him that we would be going with another company based on cost, he said he knew who I was choosing (because they drove up as he was leaving) and that company was "hurting" which was why they were doing it for $1200, and tried to worry me by saying that they "may not be around a year from now." This does not seem like a very professional response to me. Also, the company that he was referring to has an "A" rating on Angie's List (which is better than Americrawl) and has been in business for over 20 years.
