Americrawl did a good job. Mr. Russell, the estimator who came initially, was very friendly and helpful then and in subsequent calls to answer my questions. His bid did not include cutting up and removing the old well tanks. However, when I told him that all three of my other bidders said they could cut up and remove the tanks, he checked with his manager and said they could remove them also. The entrance to my crawl space is in my kitchen. The crew who came laid down plastic on my floors, so that any dirt or mud would not get on my floors. The crew worked very hard and completed the work in about a day and a half. I was having outdoor drainage done by another company on the same day, and they coordinated the location of the sump pump discharge line outside with the other drainage work being done. The crew chief, Josh, took me down into the crawl space to show me the work that had been completed. It looked very neat and tidy. I was surprised to see, however, that one of the tanks had not been removed. They removed two old tanks but left a newer one which he thought was still in use. The well is no longer in use, but he did not ask me to check whether this third tank should also be removed. He said that this tank was still connected to pipes and he didn't want to touch the pipes - that water might enter from them. Since this was at the end of the job, I let it go. Josh confirmed that my wood was not showing any structural damage. He also said there was some mold, and I elected to have mold spray for an additional $450. Overall, Americrawl did a very good job, but I need to see how well the system works in the next heavy rain. The scheduled work date was farther out than I had hoped for, and the actual scheduled date had to be pushed back a couple of days because a piece of their equipment had broken. This was understandable.

I didn't know it was possible to jackhammer up that much concrete and not make dust everywhere. It was done quickly and efficiently, despite the ongoing rain. We didn't have to clean up ANYTHING. I've had concrete broken up in the basement of my house before and had to clean up dust for weeks. We had covered everything with plastic, and even the plastic was clean! I was absolutely amazed. It's worked wonderfully too.

It went very well. The workmen arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. This was especially important since the access to the crawl was through the basement. We had this work performed basically to stop the excess humidity in the house and so far it has really helped. We will wait until August to decide on the recommended dehumidifier.

We are extremely pleased with them. They are very nice. This spring we had minor problems in one area and they came back for $500 to redo some things and add extrensions. They are very clean, efficient, and fast.

Asked for estimate at the Boat, Sport and Travel show. Within two weeks they contacted me for an appointment to do the estimate. The esitmate was clear and reviewed. They answered all questions I had. We received a Angie's List Discount. The work was scheduled arounf my schedule. They completed the work in about 4 hours and cleaned up after themselves. The crawlspace is very clean.

They did a good job. However, they did try to sell me an expensive job for my crawlspace. I would consider calling them again in the future.

I have a pea gravel crawlspace. To make it more usable, I had Americrawl come out and use their technology to line walls and floor with water and bug-impermeable white plastic. Did the work in one day, worked hard and did excellent job. It has now been three years since install, no problems with liner and still quite satisfied with job done.

This included drainage tile all the way around the crawl space, liner, new sump pump with battery back up, etc. This took a couple days, primarily because of weather. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely have them back.

I think this company was very professional, prompt and they did a very good job. They did a good job of cleaning up. Everything seems to be okay.

I liked the person that came out. He was very helpful and knowledgeable; however, he is not with them anymore. They were very easy to work. They were very neat, and everything went well. I have had no problems since they fixed the drain, and we have had tons of rain since.

We have not yet decided on what work to have done or the company to use at this point. They were professional with all of the questions I had.

It went well, they were a week out when I had called. But were very professional, and knew what they were talking about.

Mixed. They did an excellent job on the vinyl encapsulation, but made an error on the concrete lentel work. Then, there was no return call for several months regarding the error. But, when I finally got ahold of them, they took off a significant portion of the price.

It went fine, and they got everything done pretty quickly. We are satisfied so far, and they did well. We had a little trouble and they missed an appointment, but we were able to reschedule.

It took months to do a job that should have taken days; after the dust settled, they made the job right and we are satisfied with their work.

I didn't end up doing business with them. They were very professional and very responsive. I just decided to not take action and have the original job done. They're definitely a good company, and I'd recommend them.

I was very pleased with all dealings with this company. They were on time for the estimate and the work. When providing the estimate they also discussed with me other work that could be done to minimize potential wetness problems with my crawlspace. However, they never pressured me to do any additional work. I would definitely use them again.

They did a very good job the work. I haven't had any problem with water in the basement since they have been there. They showed up on time to do the work.

They talked me through the situation and by the end they came to the conclusion that I didn't need their services. I was incredibly impressed with their honesty.

They didn't do a very good job when they were putting up the plastic panel. They didn't do a very good job at filling in the area where the sump pump is.

The guy who came out was not that prepared and had to find brochures in his truck, which seemed a mess. He didn't do a very good job of explaining the project and tried to talk us into getting services that we clearly didn't need.

Had a very drafty crawl space connected to a large basement area, cold air made the basement almost useless. They inspected it and used their system to turn it into a usable storage area and stop the cold air. Cleaned up well. Job done in 1 day.

They came on time and were very helpful. They did the other subcontracting for some new drywall, as well. It took them a couple of days to drain the water from the basement. I would recommend them.
