Description of Work: American Leak is supposed to identify where water leaks are coming from if it's not obvious. In my case they were unable to do so. They identified a leak source that wasn't the cause of my leak. The insurance company needed to have an engineer come out to find the leak. I gave them good marks because they were prompt and professional and many of my friends have used them with excellent results. They would do well to recognize that there may be times when they cannot locate a leak and tell the customer so.

Estimate for job was $350, however person who did work said process was done in short time with no obstacles to work around so he reduced fee to $175. Would have this company again and would recommend the to anyone.

+ -1 moreThe money I spent was well worth having an expert find this leak. I thought I was going to have to tear out a set of steps, and they showed the leak was several feet from the steps. Fantastic, I just saved several hundred dollars!
