I called to inquire about service and the person I talked to was very professional and said they could come immediatly to change my locks. The locksmith arrived, quickly suggested a better solution , did his work outside of the house, redid the locks and was done in no time at all. I was very thankful to have the service done so quickly since I already had a company tell me they would not be able to get to me untill the following week which i feel is very unexceptable in dealing with a lock situation. I would defiantely recomend this company to anyone.

They took the lock mechanism out and replaced it, a rather involved job. Barry was punctual, professional, and personable as well. The pricing was very fair. I have already recommended him to a friend.

I needed a lock repaired at my business quickly and the owner of the business came immediately and repaired the problem. Something went wrong with the door a few hours later and he came back and did not charge for a return visit. The second problem was not due to anything he did.

I called Altic Lock Service based on the review I read on Angie's List. Barry (owner) responded to my request within an hour (even though our need was not an emergency). After having several locksmiths set up appointments for a service call and not show, Barry's responsiveness was refreshing. He was very thorough in his assessment and didn't try to "oversell." We are completely happy with Altic's service thus far.

Called to have a lock changed and I was offered same-day service. I was also given an exact price on the service at the time of the call without my asking (which I appreciated). I asked that the lock be changed the following day at 10 a.m. Altic arrived precisely at 10 a.m. on the following day. Courteous and professional, the lock was changed and I was asked how many keys I would like and if I'd like they key to match any existing keys. The job was completed by 10:40 a.m. Because it was an outdoor lock, Altic also lubed the mechanism and replaced some rusty screws that had been holding the lock in place. I appreciated the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of the work.

He provided same day service. On time and were anxious to help us get our locks recored. He put in longer screws in the deadbolts for extra security and did so on his own. The price was very reasonable and the service excellent. I would have them do work for us again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional. I wish all we have dealt with had the same great quality and dedication.

They do a good job, they are very reasonable, come when they say they will, knowledgeable, they get the job done. We have worked with others, but from now on will just be using Altic.
