2nd time around. Love these guys.

It went fantastic the staff was super friendly from the time i walked in the shop. They even gave me a ride to work which was so helpful. My overall experience just made me happy I would highly recommend this company to any and everyone.

I purchased a big deal through them and realized they were very close to where I work downtown. They offered a ride back to where I work but I declined. They were very friendly and professional and got the car done quickly. I am very pleased with them and I would recommend them.

Scheduling my appointment was fast and easy over the phone. I brought my car in to the shop on my way to work downtown and they had a shuttle service available to take me to work. Within 2 or 3 hours the work on my car was done. When they called to let me know, we also scheduled a time for the shuttle to come pick me up. All of the employees that I talked with were very friendly and polite. I definitely felt like I got a good deal and I would use this shop again in the future for oil changes and other services. I've also already recommended them to 2 of my coworkers since All Star is so convenient, friendly, and quick!

Everything went great. They were able to get me in instantly, so I chose exactly when I wanted service. I also was able to drop off my car and they drove me to work that was about 1.5 miles away. I loved that I was able to just leave my car there and get it on my lunch break, and not have to worry about waiting in a waiting room for 1-2 hours for the oil change to get done. The only additional cost outside of the $22 Big Deal was the tax, which was $1.91. They were very polite, professional, and trustworthy. I have been looking for a local car place to regularly take my car, and I think I've found "the one"! They are definitely my new car place! Thanks so much All Star!

These guys are awesome! They even have a shuttle to drop me off while they work and pick me back up when it's done, for no charge. They found a few things with my car that I am definitely glad I know now as well, and gave no pressure to get it done there at the time. Don't feel worried to go here and find out you "need" to have so much work done. These guys are as honest as it gets.

Very convenient to where I live and work. They are very friendly and always seem to fit me in for an oil change even when they are slammed. Would recommend to anyone looking for friendly, honest, and quick service.

I was very impressed by the convenience of this entire process! I purchased this deal through the Angie's List app, and within hours All Star contacted me for scheduling. I was able to get it scheduled for the next day, because they offered complimentary transportation to and from work. I asked them to check out a few other things, and they provided me a written estimate. Transportation and front desk customer service were exceptional. Definitely recommend!

It went great. I used the $22 deal and had to pay an extra $4 for a different filter that wasnt covered under the deal. But I still thought it was a great value for $26.

Super convenient, I dropped my car off in the morning, went to my office, and came back at lunch when it was ready. No pushy sales tactics, and no waiting around. I also had them give me an estimate on a wheel and rim job.

I was able to drop the car off before work, and they drove me to work. They called a couple hours later saying it was finished. They then came and picked me up on my lunch hour and took me to my car. The people there are awesome!! The best customer service I have had in a long time! They are highly recommended!

It went pretty well. They forgot to rotate the tires the first time, but they took me back in and did the rotation as soon as I called them. Very professional people--they are now my go to shop for maintenance!

I have been using All Star Tire for over 3 years now and they have always been great. Their costs are always either comparable or less than other auto service companies that I've used and they always take the time to explain what they did to my car. Also, since I work downtown, I always appreciate the rides to and from work while they work on my car.

The people at All Star are always really nice and friendly, and I never have to wait very long. Definitely will be going back next month to have them put a couple more new tires on for me.

It was great. The person who answered the phone scheduled my appointment promptly and was very friendly. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, the only thing I owed outside of the deal price was sales tax. They didn't try to upsell me or charge me for things I didn't need or want. They also let me know that around my next oil change, I should probably look at replacing my tires, as the tread is getting worn down. I will definitely use these guys again!

They were able to get me to work after I dropped off my car and did all services I requested. I'll definitely be back.

Everyone was friendly, the price was great, and I was able to wait while the work was done (the lobby even has free wifi, which is a great plus). My car was making a noise that started on my way to get the work done, so I asked if they could check that out as well. They right away identified it as the heat shield- an easy fix. Great experience! I just moved here and was looking for a new auto shop, and I'll be coming back in the future.

Positives: *The work itself seems to have been good. *The people that I dealt with were professional and pleasant. *$22 for an oil change and tire rotation is certainly the lowest I've seen around here. Wouldn't have expected to get that service for less than $35 until I checked Angie's List. Negative: *I did have to stand around waiting for a half hour to get my vehicle after multiple assurances (when I dropped off first thing in the morning, then just an hour before I arrived) that it would certainly be ready by the time I arrived. Overall: The punctuality was a point of frustration, but the value here was still good enough that I would go back to get my car serviced here.

These guys are awesome! They were able to get my car in the same week I called them. I was really worried about having the oil change and tires rotated before I went on a trip. Not only did they do an awesome job, they are super friendly and I was out in less than an hour.

There is a small waiting area to wait. Service was done within an hour. Excellent customer service.

I have used this company a few times and have never had anything short of a fantastic experience. I purchased a Big Deal to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. When I dropped my car off, Dave called me and told me my ball joint was on the verge of breaking. Dave knew I was leaving for a business trip and called with the information to let me know it could go bad during my drive. He never forced me or pushed me to get this replaced, but instead gave his advice and let me make my own decision. I went with replacing it for my own sanity and safety, and my car was in and out within a few hours! This team is absolutely fantastic and I will never take my car anywhere else!

I walked in and told them my issue and they went out a looked at my car. He was very honest in stating that I probably still had some time on my other 3 tires after I asked if I was due for replacing them. I personally decided to go ahead and replace them because of my mileage. I appreciated their honesty, customer service and friendly demeanor!

They are very nice and professional. The service went fine. They even gave me a lift to work in the morning when I dropped my car off.
