All Star Tire & Auto Service

There aren't enough A's on Angie's List to describe how wonderful the team at All Star Tire & Auto. After dropping my car off, they drive me to work, call me with an update and pick me up when it's done. The last time I had my car serviced it was Friday before a holiday weekend. When my car was complete they called to pick me up, but I wasn't out of a meeting at work yet. They ended up bringing my car TO ME and didn't charge me for service. You don't find companies doing things like this often anymore. They have a customer for life!

The absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I took my car in at 7:45am after I had called the previous evening to ensure there would be time to change the oil while I was at work (I usually change it myself but my birthday is next week so I was treating myself). Kevin took the keys and they had a shuttle service to drop me off at work, which was a great service. Things turned bad quickly. Within about an hour I get a call and they let me know that I need brake pads, rotars, and calipers all the way around the car and it would be $1,383 (if I bought this myself, it would cost around $350). I tell them not to do it and I’d take care of it on my own when is need and they could go ahead with the oil change. Kevin assures me, again, they will call me when the car is ready to be picked up and they can shuttle me to get my car. 5:30 rolls around and I’m leaving work. No call from them so I call them up. They’re closed and have been closed for 30 minutes. They never called and never showed up. They have my car keys which also has my house key. So no car and no house to get into. I plan to write them a bill for a hotel stay and the Uber cost to get there. Absolutely unreal. I will update this review if they ever make it right, but I can tell that won’t happen. I highly advise to stay away from this place. Look at my other reviews, I’m very fair and give people chances. Not here. Not again.

If you are looking for work to be done in the downtown Indianapolis area, look no further. After looking at a couple different places, I hopped on Angie's List. I saw All Star Tire & Auto's reviews and offers. I thought that the Oil Change pricing could not be true. I did not purchase the offer from Angie's List, because the offer was only for a regular oil change. I called All Star Tire and had a great customer service experience. I feel like I have been cheated my entire life after walking away from here. I ended up purchasing their lifetime oil change. For full synthetic oil, a lifetime oil change of $514?! Can be transferable to other vehicles, or could be transferred with your vehicle when you sell it. I understand their goal is to have me come back for the large issues and breakdowns, but All Star Auto just won over a customer and the word will be passed on. Business should be run this way. Props to you guys!

It went well! They took a look at my car and did not give me any unnecessary suggestions.

They do a great job and even give me a ride to and from work. I would highly recommend them.

This is my second time working with this business in a short time frame, this time I used a deal to get my AC fixed. Again, perfection! They are so nice and call you with updates and their dog is the most adorable front desk rep ever. You never feel that they're trying to con you or try to get more money out from you, it's truly honesty that runs the business. I will keep using this company and encourage anyone working in downtown Indianapolis to do the same. A++++++!!

It went smoothly, I was 15 minutes late to my appointment but they were able to get my car right in. The oil change was done quickly and they had me on my way.

Welllll, we ended up spending a bit more than that. My car needed 4 new tires and my husbands car was just a mess. They gave us great pricing compared to other shops and were very patient with me as I had to get my car out of the shop quickly one day to make it to an emergency dental appointment. They are so easy to work with and friendly, and as someone who works downtown their shuttle service makes everything sooo easy!!

This service was amazing! From the initial call to getting my car back was enjoyable and the price was amazing! They found my problem and fixed it for less than $100, and they were able to shuttle me back to my office downtown so I wouldn't lose any time while they checked on the car. In the end they were able to explain to me (in terms I could understand, I'm not a car person) what happened and how they fixed it. I felt they were honest and trustworthy. I'm going to be recommending All Star to anyone who works downtown now!

They offered me the shuttle service, but I decided to wait for my car. Took about an hour and some change to get me in and out, but it was well worth the wait for the price. I will definitely be reaching out soon to talk about some other car maintenance items I need to get done. Will also see about getting an estimate for the wife's car. She'll be needing new tires soon enough. Thanks for the oil change All Star!

Great. no Issues. Use multiple times a year

Perfect I dropped the car off they took me to the office nd then picked me up at the end of the day

They are excellent. I know they are pretty good, good about cars and so I knew it I was doing when I went in there. There were something that trouble my car that I thought was going to cost more and they ended up telling me that no that wasn't the case ended up saving me like $1000. They are extremely nice in not taking advantage of somebody so I chose to take my car there all the time now.

BAD! Called for a quote, made an appointment, dropped my car off to have two tires replaced. First they put the wrong tires on my car and second of all I did not receive my company discount. Keep trying to call them but I can never get the person I originally talked to or anyone else to help me. They tell me they are going to call me back and I still have not heard from them. It has bee a month.

It went great like always! They are great to work with and always take me to and from work when I leave my car with them.
