Second time we have used All Phase. Top quality work in a timely manner. Will use them again.

Overall, it was amazing! After the tear out happened, the team from All Phase (Kathy and Dave) came in a began to find many items that were done improperly and in some cases dangerously by those who worked on the house previously. While this raised our budget, these items simply had to be done and the All Phase team took care of these hurdles in quick fashion. For instance, during a rain storm, the roof was leaking and looks to have been for a while but we didn't know it until the ceiling came out. After talking to Kathy seeing this upon coming home from work, see sent a message back that they were already on it and the roofer was here the next morning. This was the responsiveness that we were so impressed by. As these surprises happened, they have a solution and plan to move forward and kept the project on task. In the 3 months of our project, there was only 2 days where there wasn't a contractor here working and that was because the sealer on the floors was setting up. It was so exciting to come home every day to see more happening and things coming together. The other main point I would make is with the quality of work. We wanted remodel to match the rest of the original house and Dave's craftsmanship looks as though this work was done when the house was built. That was the theme of this project, no shortcuts, do it right and do it with the best skill possible. What more can I say but extremely happy with the work and would hire the All Phase Team in a heartbeat for any future project.

Kathy was very helpful with design and communication was good. Her subs were great, especially her tiler. We did run into a couple of challenges in the master bath. One they handled satisfactorily and one we had to accept as there were no other options without spending more money. The painter was great until the end. We still have some painting that didn't get finished (even though paid in full for the work). Painter does a fabulous job when he's focused on the specific area; however, because we had so many areas to cover, I feel like he lost track of what needed completed. He was extremely tidy in all his work. Overall, they did a nice job with the hiccups faced in an older home. I just wish they would have finished the painting in a timely manner (It's been over a month since they were last here).

All Phase did a fantastic job on the renovation. The whole project took about four weeks--about what was estimated and just 15% over budget which was acceptable for a major renovation. Kathy Cuppy was great to work with in the initial planning stage. She offered many practical and helpful suggestions. Dave Cuppy and his crew were very conscientious workers who insisted on doing the job right. They took the time to analyze the problems and solved them as cost-effectively as possible while keeping the quality and look that we wanted. They used subcontractors who also took much pride in their work. Having never experienced a renovation of this magnitude, we truly appreciated how Kathy, Dave, and their crew guided us every step along the way while making it comfortable, stress-free, and even fun for us. They took our initial vision (which admittedly, was not well-defined in some areas), used their expertise to help us tweak and expand upon it, and produced an result which was more beautiful than we ever imagined.

I called All Phase to help me assess a historic house I was looking to purchase and wanted to determine the cost and feasibility of remodel. Kathy was prompt in her replies to my questions and agreed to meet me at the house for a tour and discuss plans and costs. She arrived 15 minutes early and was thorough and meticulous in her analysis of the work involved and cost. After reviewing all remodel options, it was determined based on the deterioration of the existing structure, the best plan of action would be to demolish and re build. I was impressed that Kathy's recommendation put my best interest first even though it eliminated her company from consideration as they do not provide the services needed. I would highly recommend All Phase.

Kathy and Dave are wonderful! Very responsive with any concerns and questions. Any problems were addressed immediately. I love my new kitchen!

The project was daunting to me but not to Kathy and David and their great crew and subcontractors. As my house is a 1938 bungalow which had undergone a major remodel 28 years ago, there were many surprises behind the walls. All the challenges were discussed and I always felt they were listening to me and my needs. They started and finished on schedule. Best of all, they have continued to listen to me and certain areas that arose and needed some tweaking.

It was wonderful. They had to raise the floor and insulate it, redo the all the walls, added a cathedral ceiling, new electrical, a fire place, and new heating and air system. Everything went well. This is the 3rd time we have used them. They are terrific people. They are very meticulous and clean as they go. Nothing is ever messy.

I am a returning customer to All Phase. Dave and Kathy (and their team) were excellent to work with! Kathy organizes every aspect of the job and keeps things moving!!! Dave did an amazing job understanding what I wanted providing designs and edits quickly and accurately. They pay close attention to every last detail, pricing stayed on my budget, there we no delays on our timeline (which is always such an issue with most remodeling). Dave is such an amazing craftsman. When the bathroom vanity I wanted could not be found from a manufacturer and another one simply wasn't functioning for the space, Dave custom built a floating vanity exactly like the one I originally wanted from my concept picture! Not only is it handcrafted and beautiful, but he saved the day in a time crunch! Honesty I couldn't be happier with the quality or professionalism of this team!

All Phase is a remarkable contracting firm. They are professional and transparent. I'm usually reluctant to recommend a contractor, but in this case I would do it without hesitation. They offer furniture quality craftsmanship, and I am totally pleased and satisfied.

Outstanding experience with all phase group. Kathy does an amazing job of communicating and keeping everything organized and on schedule, while Dave and his team are absolute craftsmen. They handled the inevitable "remodeling surprises" with ease, and their "extended team" of painters, tilers, electricians, and plumbers that they work with regularly ensured every aspect of the project was perfect. So impressed that we expanded the scope of this remodel, and will hire them again when time to remodel the basement.

Aside from some timing issues (seems to be lots of remodeling going on in fall of 2016!!) and some manufacturer issues the bathroom was completed in close to the estimated time frame. Since this was our third remodeling project utilizing All Phase Group we were not put off by the little things that happen when remodeling an older house. Some things that happened were just not controllable by All Phase try as they did to fix them and keep things moving. We have been extremely happy with all the projects All Phase Group has done in our home. they are the first folks we call when considering a project in the home.

My home was built in 1997, needless to say, it had become very outdated. I wanted to give the 3 main bathrooms a face lift. Due to my price limitations, a total remodel was out of the question. All Phase Group replaced all of the counters, light fixtures and plumbing fixtures for all of the sinks, showers and bathtubs. In the Master Bath, the shower floor grout was redone and it looks brand new! In one of the full bathrooms, the bathtub was refinished and I was amazed at the transformation, it also looked brand new! In the two full bathrooms, the floor grout was looking very dirty and after numerous cleanings, I realized the floors were not going to look any better. The grout in both bathrooms was painted with a product specifically designed for grout and the floors have never looked better. All bathrooms were completely painted on both the walls and ceilings. Overall my experience with All Phase Group was wonderful. Their crew were very punctual and very trustworthy. If I needed to be away during any of the work, I had no problem leaving my home in their care. Everyone was also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend All Phase Group for your remodeling needs.

Complete remodel of our second bathroom, shared by two adjoining bedrooms. Gutted the 6'x10' room by removing cast iron tub, 1960's era wall & floor tile, bath vanity & fixtures. Major work involved in re-plumbing for new tub, installing tub & tub enclosure, safety fixtures, new tile floor, complete paint work, new base cabinet with granite top.

High quality work done on time and to estimate.

They are absolutely wonderful. Once they start the job they are there until they finish. The quality is top notch. If there is a problem they do not quit until they make it right. I have used them on at least three separate occasions.

It was marvelous! Several years ago we had the idea to replace our stairway that was built in 1990 with the standard curvy spindles/balusters and acorn newels (posts). We put it on the back burner and finally decided this spring to do it in conjunction with other remodeling (mostly painting and flooring). Kathy and Dave worked with us with the design from various Pinterest ideas. We played with the design and with 2 slight revisions the design was finalized. Dave and his carpenters were meticulous with the geometry and math that went into building this. We are ecstatic with the outcome. It makes our house look like it was built this year. Our entry is unique, up to date, and beautifully welcoming to our guests. They combine craftsmanship, experience and artistry to their projects. We highly recommend All-Phase. This is the third project we've had them do. Each one was excellent.

In the end, after what I suspect was normal hiccups for a large scale job/remodel, we are happy with Kathy and Dave and the work that all phase completed. The biggest problem for me was sometimes the lack of communication about when showing up or even sometimes about the work being done. Fortunately, when mistakes were made all phase owned up to them and covered the cost of said mistakes. I was very pleased with Kathy and all her workers, including the sub contractors. Often, my wife was at home all day every day and they treated her and the dogs well and we're always very courteous. When problems did arise, Kathy was ready and willing to adress the problem and fix it or make a change. In the end, all phase stayed close to their original bid, and they got the job done to our satisfaction. Biggest complaint would be...the job lasted a month longer than anticipated. Also, I would recommend to anyone using all phase, that you just stay on top of the schedule with Kathy and also make sure the homeowner and Kathy are on the same page with all the details big and smallI, daily. I trust Kathy and her team with my home and I will be using them for future projects

Kathy and David did a very nice job with reliable contractors. I have always been wary of contract work, but Kathy was a great project manager - keeping me informed on a timely basis, seeking input as needed and giving me guidance with integrity. I did not feel like she was trying to get my money for the sake of it. For example, our bathroom was being remodeled, and she suggested that we keep our vanity and cabinets as they were in great shape and would go well with the plan. Kathy has good taste so her suggestions were taken ! I appreciated the partnership we established to get an awesome product !

They were fantastic. They did a terrific job, very thorough, communicated with me so I knew what was going on at all times, and cleaned up every day after themselves. They were very polite. I would highly recommend them. The finish product was terrific. They have really good workmanship.

We chose this contractor because their good faith estimate was reasonable and fit our budget $2300+. Once they started work, they did work professionally and did a nice job on our room. However, we did ask them to change and build shelving into our closet. What would have been appreciated is an idea generally what this would cost prior to starting this. We did not have any idea that the shelves themselves and labor for them would double the cost of our bill. This was a disappointment.

Provider was very friendly, but did not provide a remodeling plan that met our needs or price. Estimate was also not timely.

It went great. They were able to come by shortly after our initial call. They were prompt and pleasant to work with. The plans were varied and detailed. Unfortunately, we decided not to go ahead with any remodeling at this time.

Every single person on Cathy and Dave's team was absolutely amazing. They did a lot of work on our home and they were extremely responsive, timely and made sure that they always cleaned up after themselves. We've had other companies came in to give us quotes over the years but they were not able to capture what my vision was. On the very first day that Cathy brought in the cabinet designer, they were able to create exactly what I envisioned in my head. This happened also with the Tile contractor. I highly recommend this provider and have recommended them to my family and friends. Everyone that walks in my house stops and says, "WOW!" It's a great feeling to have this project completed and done exactly how we envisioned it. I cannot say enough good things about Dave and Cathy and their team.

Arrived on time and got right to work. Ensured that the roof was supported properly after removing screening. Accurate measurements were taken to allow for standard size windows saving the expense of custom windows. Crew was polite and professional in all dealings. Decisions not discussed in prior talks were allowed for and made with good construction advice. The subcontractors used were responsive to our needs and provided services not included in bid at reasonable cost. Overall a good experience with this group and would hire them again if needed further construction and certainly would recommend this group to others! We now have a beautiful sun room to use year round to enjoy our view of the lake.
