Stair railing renovation: The railing in this house leading from the upstairs to the basement was outdated and looked like it belonged outdoors. AllPhase designed and replaced it, leaving the original posts at my request. It now is beautiful and fitting for the decor. I had tried numerous times to have this done and could not find anyone with the artistic skill and construction ability to tackle the project. An eyesore is now nearly art

We hired this team to remodel two full bathrooms, and the end result is just what we wanted. The Cuppys are a fantastic team! Dave keeps a close eye on the subcontractors and steps in for the more detailed work. Kathy is the master of budgeting and timing. Both of them were responsive, detail oriented, and extremely fun to work with. I appreciated their thorough communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

This was our 4th time using All Phase Group and Dave and Kathy are amazing!!! They think of everything and have great attention to detail.

The entire All Phase team as well as the quality of their work was AMAZING! Our project required lots of woodwork in the living room and they took such care for our home that we saw no signs of dust or mess at the end of each work day. They had to use our front door for access to the room - going through our main living areas to get to the project - but you would never know they had been there because they were so organized and tidy and the end of every day. The project itself was completed with the exact timeline quoted and was at the exact cost. Having had a horrible experience with another project and contractor just a few months earlier, this project showed us what an expert contractor should actually be like vs. the negative experience we had before. They were professional to a tee, did masterful work, were precise with time and budget and showed us they truly cared about the outcome of the project and us as clients.

All Phase did an outstanding job. Dave and the crew paid close attention to every detail. They are high quality craftsmen. They always clean up well after every day. We couldn’t be happier with the final outcomes. We have also used them on a number of remodeling projects in the past and they always do a great job.

Flawlessly, given the supply line problems. The wine room is beautiful and was custom designed to fit an irregularly shaped room. All Phase installed a fan, a cooktop, an oven and a dishwasher to upgrade a butler's pantry to a fully functional ancillary kitchen. The existing backsplash and countertop were re-used and the whole project looks as though it is original to the home.

As is always the case with All Phase Group, the work was done professionally, on time and on budget. We upgraded the lighting in the kitchen which required repairing, re-texturing, and repainting the ceiling. The rest of the kitchen was repainted also. The more challenging aspect of this job was to route the duct work for the added external fan to the outside of the house. That task was performed without necessitating a major rework of the wall or ceiling. In addition to their own highly skilled staff, All Phase has dedicated sub-contractors that do great work and show up when they say they will. I highly recommend All Phase for any remodeling or addition work that you may be contemplating.

The project went great just like our first one did with All Phase (finishing our basement). They remodeled our loft area into an art room/homework area for our 3 little kids. It is always such a pleasure working with Kathy, Dave, and their team. They stayed on schedule, updated us when people would be onsite, and kept us informed with regards to any changes that needed to be made. Their experience and knowledge truly showed during this remodel. Everyone that was involved on this project were trustworthy, reliable, personable and just overall really great to work with. We ran into one issue installing our built ins due to the way our wall was built/angled but Dave and his team seamlessly worked through the unexpected problem our house presented and was able to finish on time while exceeding our expectations. We will definitely be hiring them again for any future needs!

Kathy and Dave are professional, honest and direct. The bid was fair and the work performed was outstanding. I had a partially finished basement and they discussed options and made appropriate suggestions, based on their expertise. My house was built in the 1930s and working through the demolition of the previous work (hung ceiling with plaster) was messy, etc. and they handled it all very well. Kathy kept me informed on the schedule weekly and worked with subcontractors (painter, plumber, electrician, flooring) smoothly. Dave's crew on the drywall/demolition/framing was excellent throughout. We ran into some old house issues in the basement (floor not level enough for exactly what I wanted to do on the floor, but found an option that was acceptable to me. Kathy was helpful with paint/carpet choices, which can be nervewracking. I'm very pleased with how things worked out.

All Phase Group went over and beyond to perfect the space as much as possible for a 1940s basement!

It was a great experience from beginning to end. The demo was very quick and very clean. The team was very punctual, professional, and tidy. All aspects of the new bathroom was handled so seamlessly. The selection of new fixtures, colors, tile, cabinets and all was made very simple and painless. I never felt pressured or rushed to make decisions everything was done well in time for each aspect of the process. The crew was always open for questions or comments and every night left the area and surroundings so clean you would never know they were there. We have an absolutely beautiful Master Bath with wonderful accessibility. We also have a fantastic steam unit in our shower and a heated marble floor just to take perfection to another level. We were very pleased with result - on time and great quality of work done.

All Phase had done the interior of my home in 2016, remodeling kitchen and bath. I was so happy with all that had been done, I started saving to have my front porch screened in. I had been to Dave and Kathy's porch and knew they were the ones I needed to make it beautiful. It is perfect! Dave knew what was exactly right for my 1930's home; it looks like it should have always been this way. They took videos, so if any screens were damaged, I would know how to repair them. As always, Dave, Kathy and their team were wonderful to work with. They even remembered my cats.

Dave is a true professional carpenter and did a fantastic job designing, framing, installing cabinets and doors, and building shelves in the utility room. All-phase works with, schedules, and manages a stable of local experts who provide specific services. These included HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, and countertops. All were able to complete tasks according to schedules despite working during a partial pandemic shutdown. One specific benefit was that when the cost of the desired sink top for the basement was high, they were able use the remainder for the upstairs master bath and install for a minimal cost. And the dinner Kathy provided was great!

Great! We have used Dave & Kathy before and have always had a great experience. They are very conscientious and attentive to even minor details. The workmanship is outstanding and we trust them completely. We highly recommend them!

All Phase is incredible. The remodel of the kitchen was so smooth and we love the new kitchen and our updated bathrooms. The plumbers, painter, electrician, tile installer and Contractor team were perfectly coordinated. Everyone was professional and a joy to be around. The biggest benefits of using All Phase was the design advice and the daily coordination of contractors and services. Kathy’s excellent organizational skills kept the project moving forward.

Fabulous. Little things that I would not notice were brought to mind by All-Phase, e.g., a wide door to the laundry room, room for extra files in the office, lighting for both rooms that is adequate, a n extra shelf in the laundry room. These little things make the new rooms so much better.

everything went as advertised. they were there when they said they would be there. they worked quietly. they cleaned up their messes. very professional.

An extensive renovation was performed on the above rooms with reconfiguration of the master bath and the den that required detailed coordination with the design and workers/ and subcontractors used. We have done other updates in the home but All Phase Group is special in many aspects. As with all large projects there are issues and delays that may arise but they were handled with aplomb. One of the best things is that David Cuppy, the principal of All Phase, is that he is hands on , on site and involved in the construction on a daily basis especially during the critical phases of the project. He is very competent and experienced but also uncompromising in execution the details to our satisfaction. The workers used were all conscious and kept the process as clean as possible. There were no lulls in the work. Kathy Cuppy is in charge of coordinating the work progress and it was exceptional that despite some unexpected delays, the project stayed on time. The end result is a beautiful renovation that we are very pleased with. If you have the opportunity to work with All Phase Group, we would highly recommend them because they are a rare find. Of course the price is always higher than one would like but they are worth it!

It was great! The work was always on schedule and performed meticulously! I also had so much help from Kathy picking out the materials which was so incredibly helpful! I would absolutely hire them again. It was a large bathroom remodel that turned out wonderful!

Dealing with the Cuppys to renovate our basement was frictionless. They had great ideas about how to maximize the space and make the room look like the rest of our home. As to the actual work, Dave Cuppy is a perfectionist. Cathy coordinated the varied jobs and the subcontractors. Everyone was professional in their work, showed up when they were scheduled, did their jobs to perfection, and cleaned up after themselves. We could not be happier with the work and our choice of contractor.

Wonderfully, We were in a very bad situation having lost a contractor and the room addition previous work was poorly constructed and we were left with a terrible mess.The Cuppy All Phase Group literally rescued us. They were professional, organized and sincere. I have not stopped passing their card around!! Decisions were made immediately and work began within a couple of days.They arrived always on time and at the end of each day they cleaned and organized their workspace for the next day. Kathy was always in communication with me about planning the next step and what to expect.Billing was done on time and itemized impeccably with details.!!!! I never had any doubts about our home being completed.From the first time Kathy and Dave Cuppy came into our home I knew we would be fine. It was so fun to have them around. Their crew was incredible as well.Polite, gracious and gentlemanly. They too, were very good about keeping me informed of their progress. Our kitchen remodel went fantastic. I love the way things turned out. Kathy was so helpful in giving ideas of how to change our kitchen into something that works for our family. She was communicative and clear throughout the whole process. We took out a wall, turned a bay window into a picture window, put all new flooring in our main level, updated our family room, painted our main level, and completely reconfigured our kitchen adding all new cabinets and granite counter. Dave and his crew are a pleasure to have around and the work they do is excellent. I was really happy with all the subs and companies that Kathy works with. While, it was expensive to do all this, I feel confident that everything was done with excellence and care. You get what you pay for! When a miscommunication came up over the flooring cost, Kathy was direct with me and we talked together about a solution that we both felt was fair. There are always things that come up in a project that can add to your cost, but Kathy and Dave were upfront with those and we felt we had options. Our job was finished on the day they said it would be. It was a busy 5 weeks but there were people working everyday, Kathy does a great job lining up the work so that it gets done quickly. I loved working with All Phase and would definitely choose them again for future house projects. They are really great people and their work is high quality.
