Description of Work: Master bath renovation, demo over spa tub, shower, wall and floor tile. Enlarged shower, tiled shower and floor, new fixtures and toilet etc. carpentry, tiling etc was excellent. Overall, it was a great experience. The bathroom turned out beautifully. We are planning a kitchen rehab in a couple of months will definitely call AllPhase!

I came on board to give an informed estimate. I came over more than once and I brought subcontractors with me. I took measurements and photographs and I got back complete information including design and drawing in a timely manner. The client paid me $100 as part of "The Deal." So this is a review of that process.

Description of Work: We played phone tag with them for a while. We were supposed to recieve an email to set up an initial meeting. We never received the email and got tired of trying to contact them. We went with a contractor who communicated with us. We cannot speak to the quality of their work, only that they show little interest in earning our business.

I think this person is confusing me with someone else. I must say...there is a flaw in the Reporting System if someone I have never heard of can post an "F" on my Business Center site.

This was "The Deal" where the prospect paid me $100 for a consultation. My husband and I spent several hours going through a very large home top to bottom room by room. The prospect was renting this house and she wanted us to give her our opinion about whether or not she could remodel it and repair it...and whether or not she should buy it. We found SO many flaws in this house; we suggested that it would be very, very costly to remodel it the way she wanted to. A tremendous amount of information was conveyed. I am sure our paths will cross again in another house...on a future remodel.

If my bid of $29,000 was six times higher than it should have been, (removed member name) is suggesting the bid should have come in at $4,833. Her Roman Bath bid consisted of a free-standing tub, enlarged tile shower, tile floor, vanity with granite top, toilet, all the fixtures, extra linen cabinet, awning window, plumbers, electricians. carpenters, drywall finisher, painter. If anyone out there can do that for $4,833 -- I would love to hear from them. I went out to her house, worked on the bid and delivered those numbers to her at no cost to her. I was polite, on time and did my best. I would like to know how it is fair for her to rate a company who has done that for her with all F's. How unfair.

THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE WORKED FOR THESE MEMBERS... WE FINISHED THEIR BASEMENT LAST YEAR. IT IS THE SUPREME COMPLIMENT WHEN PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS CALL US BACK TO WORK FOR THEM AGAIN. THIS JOB WAS A LITTLE UNUSUAL, IN THAT WE WORKED WITH THIS CUSTOMER TO ALLOW HIM TO PERFORM THE DEMOLITION ON HIS OWN BATHROOM. WE WORKED AROUND HIS SCHEDULE TO DO THIS AND MADE SURE THAT WE WERE AVAILABLE THE MINUTE HE HAD REMOVED HIS OLD FIXTURES TO START OUR PART OF THE WORK. (THIS TOOK A BIT OF JUGGLING OUR SCHEDULE!) WE WERE HAPPY TO HELP IN ANY WAY WE COULD TO MAKE THIS WORK. THESE MEMBERS KEPT THEIR COSTS DOWN BY DOING SOME OF THE WORK THEMSELVES... JUST AS THEY DID WITH THE BASEMENT. COORDINATION IS THE KEY FACTOR WHEN CONTRACTOR AND HOMEOWNER ARE PARTNERS IN GETTING THE ACTUAL WORK DONE.
