They were very pleasant to work with and very detail oriented. The quality of their work was very good. They had a very good relationship with the subcontractors they used as well.

AN ODE TO THE ALL PHASE GROUP: There once was a couple of Cuppies, Who walked like a couple of toughies, But when push came to shove, They were gentle as doves, Turns out they love kitties and puppies. The Cuppies do business as All Phase, The Angie's List groupies gave high praise, When asked to remodel, Our house at full throttle, They fixed our sad basement within days. Now at work in my office on weeknights, In a basement that used to give ghosts frights, I think of those Phase-Heads, Remarkable bipeds, Who turned our dark basement to bright lights. If you, too, need surgery for your place, Yet are wary of builders who lay waste, You will not go wrong, My confidence strong, Tells me you, too, can profit from All Phase.

I've called their number and Kathy called back pretty fast. She came out to the house and was very knowledgeable and creative. She had lots of ideas how to accomplish our need of adding one more room to the house. She send us a quote within one or two weeks. We eventually chose another company, but the decision was extremely hard to make. Based on my few talks and emails with her, this company appears to be very good, responsive and I'm sure, they would have completed an outstanding job. I definitely will consider them again when I have another job like this.

I love the work done and would use them again.

They are so reliable. They do what they say they are going to do and they get it done. They are pleasant and the people are nice, but the best part is that they show on time and they finish the work on time. They clean everything up and they are a pleasure to work with. They even came in lower than the cost of their estimate.

Oh my. I called on 3/8/06 & left a message on their answering machine re: getting an estimate for our skylight replacement. I called again on 3/14, leaving another message on their machine. On 3/15, Kathy left a message on my machine, stating that e-mails work better for her & could I just e-mail her my request. I e-mailed her my request that day. On 3/24/06, Kathy called to say that she could possibly come out Tuesday, 3/28, or the following week. She came out on Thursday, 3/30, and took a look at our skylight. She said that she'd have an estimate to me early next week. On Friday, 4/7, I called & left a message on her cell phone as to when I could expect the estimate. On Tuesday, 4/11, I sent her an e-mail asking when I could expect an estimate. She e-mailed me back, I don't have the date on that :), giving an extremely vague & inconclusive estimate. I stopped e-mailing her. If I had known how long this was going to take, I'd have waited for Maxson's.

Friendly and Answered questions. Absolute attention to detail. The floor person dripped something on the carpet. Had to have carpet cleaned. All-Phase paid for it. Use them! They are the best. Mrs. Kuppy will help with the details. She is extremely patient. I began asking questions in 12/05 and remodeling started 08/23/06. They are a great company. Perfectionists. This is the second time I have used this company and will do so again.

Absolutely the best carpenter in the Indy area. Creative. Kathy Cuppy provided dinner for us as a thank you after the job was complete and she is an awesome cook.

Kathy and David Cuppy are nothing short of amazing. Between Kathy's strong organizational skills and David's fine craftsmanship, we were able to have this project done during the two weeks that we were on vacation. Kathy kept us updated on the progress via e-mail. This group is unique in that they start a job and carry it through to completion without interruption. They work on one job at a time, and the work is outstanding. With a job of this complexity we expected there to be a few ''glitches'' as most remodeling projects go. There were no glitches in this job, and the clean-up was fantastic. They executed every task beautifully with quality workmanship at all aspects of the job. We are delighted with our ''new'' living room and highly recommend All Phase Group, Inc. We will certainly look forward to using them for future work.

They were hard working, thorough, paid attention to the smallest details & followed through on every part of the job. Custom bookcases, bunk beds, window trim were done with impeccable skill & craftsmanship. They were prompt & relentless in the investigation of the problem & fixing a problem in the water system. The quality of their work is unmatched! In addition, they are honest, trustworthy & so pleasant & fun to work with. Both David & Kathy have great vision, an incredible work ethic & on top of it, are two of the nicest people I know. David is so creative & so skillful in his design & workmanship. He is a true craftsman! He pays attention to quality of his work & the smallest detail. We have some of the most unique & beautiful window & door trim I've ever seen & an awesome custom bunkhouse in our cabin. Kathy is a master of business details, as well as interior design. The quality of their work & their business ethics are unmatched in this industry.

They make going through a remodeling project a fun experience. If you are willing to wait, they are the best. I liked the personalized service they offer.

We were very impressed with Kathy and David Cuppy and asked them to come up with some plans for our area. We paid them for the initial plans, but ultimately decided to have the work done by another contractor. (The other contractor had previous experience in remodeling a similar room for the same purpose we wanted.) All-Phase has its expertise in their attention to detail, custom cabinetry, and great ideas. But for this project, we were trying to keep it simple. We got 4 estimates for our project, and All-Phase was at the high end of the estimates. However, if we were doing another large-scale remodeling, I would definitely consider hiring this contractor.

OUTSTANDING AND POSITIVE EXPERIENCE START TO FINISH. THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK, AND ITS OBVIOUS THAT THEY HAVE A PASSION FOR QUALITY.

In short, we could not be more pleased with our experience with All Phase. They took great care to work around our lives and still managed to do great work and it get done on time and on budget. The All Phase crew was exactly what anyone would want: professional, courteous, and hard working. We were as impressed with All Phase's ability to manage the project and the sub-contractors as we were the work itself. We felt the price was more than fair for the quality of the work we received. All Phase provided detailed weekly billing that included every receipt for materials and time sheets for everyone working on the project.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY PROVIDED AN ESTIMATE FOR A BASEMENT FINISH. I FELT THE ESTIMATE WAS TOO MUCH FOR THE WORK I WANTED DONE.

REPLIED QUICKLY AND SENT AN ESTIMATE RIGHT AWAY. GREAT IDEAS, PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. PRICE WAS A BIT HIGHER THAN OUR BUDGET.

KATHY AND DAVID CUPPY ARE HIGH ENERGY, MISSION DRIVEN INDIVIDUALS WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND REPUTATION. THEIR APPROACH TO EACH JOB IS UNCONVENTIONAL IN THAT THEY DON'T START MANY JOBS AND LEAVE PEOPLE WITH WORK HALF DONE AS THEY TAKE ON NEW ONES. THEY FINISH EACH JOB BEFORE STARTING THE NEXT. KATHY AND DAVID WERE A PLEASURE TO MEET AND WORK WITH AND THEIR BID WAS ALMOST $10,000 LESS THAN ANOTHER WE RECEIVED. WE DECIDED TO PUT THE RENOVATION PLANS ON HOLD UNTIL WE MADE SOME FINAL DECISIONS ABOUT OUR SPACE NEEDS. NONETHELESS, WE WERE GLAD TO MEET THEM AND APPRECIATED THEIR INPUT ON THE PROJECT AND OTHER ASPECTS OF OUR OVERALL HOME RENOVATION. ANYONE HIRING THEM WOULD BE LUCKY AND UNDOUBTEDLY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM AS WELL.

BASICALLY THE MATTER WAS RAISED IN AN URGENT NATURE AND BASED ON ANGIE'S LIST REFERENCES WE THOUGHT THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN RESPONSIVE. THEY GAVE NO RESPONSE.

FOLLOW-UP: IN RESPONSE TO THE NEGATIVE "NO RESPONSE REPORT'' I MADE, I RECEIVED A TELEPHONE CALL, AND A LETTER OF APOLOGY LISTING SEVERAL MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND MEDICAL EMERGENCIES THE COMPANY HAD EXPERIENCED, AND ASKING ME TO REVISE MY REPORT. I WILL REVISE SLIGHTLY!

WAS PROMISED A WRITTEN ESTIMATE IN 7 DAYS. WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE IT-PHONED AND LEFT VOICE MAIL AS TO STATUS. AS OF TODAY-NO RETURN CALL OR ESTIMATE. DISAPPOINTING.
