They always come right on time; they get right down to work; they are very conscientious; they always consulted us if there were any questions. They stay with the job, and don't go off to other jobs in the middle, that is, they finish one job completely before leaving for another job. The workmen are very nice to be around.

The process was long with some unanticipated problems that they had to work around and/or fix. But they did that wih utmost professionalism, quality and excellent responsiveness. I could not be more happy with the resultsand their service and neither space is even remotely recognizable from the 'before' photos. Then to top it off, we enjoyed a wonderful gourmet meal catered by Cathy at the end of the process. I highly recommend All Phase to anyone needing remodelling.

Dave and Kathy Cuppy work as a well-oiled machine. Initially, both of them came to my house to not only give me an estimate of the work to be done but they also gave me excellent suggestions. I then worked with Kathy to fine tune my ideas and we both worked with a local lumber yard. Both Kathy and Dave were very good with communication, explaining why this and why that. They were always on time and a pleasure to work with. Dave works at the jobsite as both supervisor and worker bee. The work was actually finished a day ahead of schedule and the work place was left tidy. Their energy is boundless and their professionalism and perfectionism show in the work they do.

The quality of their work is excellent. The cost was higher that the estimate but they agreed to reduce the bill and we reached an acceptable and an agreeable compromise on price.

Great. Very responsive and personable. Worked closely with sub-contractors to get any issues taken care of. Very quick. Great work. Had to figure out some difficult problems to install a decent sized bathroom in the space provided. We couldn't be happier.

The door is through a brick exterior and after removal of the old door, changes in the last 30 years, required a modification of the brick under the door. David arranged with a mason to do the repairs the next day. Large or small All Phase Group will be my contractor of choice.

Dave and Kathy Cuppy are very nice people and clearly care about the quality of their work and reputation. They were responsive to our needs and finished the project on time. One of the subs came back to fix a missed spot within a day of us complaining. Overall we were pleased with the quality of the work. We hired them based on reviews and because they came in quite a bit lower than other bidders. However, by the time we finished the project we were back to the level of the other bidders. Some of that was changes that we made during the project, some was things that probably should have been in the original bid and also due to our inexperience with working with contractors. However, we were happy with the job and we would hire them again for other projects.

They are extremely good with all parts of their company. They came out on time, and when they were supposed to be. They are really reliable, and they do really good work. The workers make sure to communicate well with you, and will answer any questions you might have.

I was very impressed with their work. Cutting holes and running wire in plaster ceilings and walls is no small feat. The areas they worked in did not have ceiling lights of any kind. They had to run wire down walls for switches. You would never know the work was done. It is flawless!

Early in the project, we had a torrential rainstorm that flooded the excavation and footings. All Phase personnel pumped and shoveled muck to be able to continue with the construction. Once that hurdle was passed, the rest of the project proceeded on time and as planned. We are very happy with the finished product.

This was our first significant remodeling project and we wanted to make sure that we did it right. We consulted Angie s List and obtained three quotes. Kathy came out, listened to our desires, provided lots of good ideas and followed up with a detailed quote. We decided to go with All Phase because of the comfort level established in the initial visit and because the cost was competitive with the other two quotes. Dave Cuppy then came out and worked through the details of the project providing us with 2-D architectural rendering of the project and a contract. Dave was able to come up with some very creative solutions to maintain access to existing water and sewer lines such as an angled closet at the corner of basement. The entire project was finished in a little over two weeks time. Dave and company cleaned up after each day. There was minimal disruption to the rest of the house. They made sure that our two cats did not escape when bringing in materials. We are extremely pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the work. This was evident in the day-to-day progress and also in the finished project. To hold down costs, we decided to do the painting ourselves (not sure we d do that again). We did have a setback. Prior to starting the project, we had installed a battery backup sump pump. However during June 2008 floods, we lost power overnight and the back-up sump pump failed to keep up - leaving us with an inch of water in our partially finished basement. Dave helped us clean up the mess and provided us with a number of blowers to dry everything out. This in itself was a lifesaver! We received copies of all materials and supplier invoices as well as detailed labor hour accounting (the contract was time and materials). The final cost was within a fraction of a percent of the original quote.

For the tree house we went from brainstorming ideas, to seeing visuals David Cuppy designed on his computer, to viewing blueprints and then watching in awe as the project went up (literally) before our eyes. This is a one-of-a-kind "Hobbit house" that looks like it "grew" in our historic tree. Fun for us and grandchildren alike! David Cuppy is a genius in both design and implementation and he and his crew are masters of precision. A generous budget is necessary for a project of this kind!

They are a wonderful company. They always do quality work. They are a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. They start when they say they will and finish when they say they will.

They where pretty efficient. They drew up a blueprint. They did it fast with good quality. We've had complements about their work.

Very well. David Cuppy took great care to explain each step and our various options but we found we could rely on his excellent judgment. The work was difficult and usually done in very cold weather but proceeded quickly and to specification. In discovery, poor construction from a previous renovation by an unknown company twenty years ago was identified and remedied. There was some difficulty with the milling of boards from the deck that resulted in expansions and warping. When this was detected, David and his crew were on the spot to correct the problem. All Phase Inc engages craftsmen who take real pride in their work.

Kathy Cuppy was our contact for All Phase Inc. In the summer preceding the work, Kathy met with my wife and myself several times in our home, met us at showrooms to select materials, had great ideas and helped us choose floor and wall tiles, shower fixtures, counter tops, etc. In the course of the project, she also encouraged us to replace two fans. She was diligent in keeping us updated by telephone and e-mail on progress and schedule of the workers. At the end of the projects, to celebrate, she treated us to an excellent manicotti she prepared herself. The workers were very pleasant, considerate and ensured as little dust, debris and disruption of household routines as possible. They were meticulous in their work striving to maximize the esthetic presentation of the shower and floor tiles which were various in color and character. We were delighted with the work.

Not having had experience with a contractor before, we were unsure of what we would be getting into. David and Kathy were a blessing sent to us. From start to finish, David, Kathy and everyone associated with the project was nothing short of fantastic. We used Angie's List to evaluate a few companies and everything we read about them was true. They finished the job on time, on budget and were very easy to work with and adapted very easily to changes or adjustments as we went along. The quality of the work was great, they treated our house as if it were their own and I would recommend them to family, friends or anyone else that would listen.

Unfortunately, it did not work out and we ended up not having the work performed by any contractors. That is of no fault to Kathy and David though. They are very nice people and I'm sure would've done an excellent job on it. They appeared to be very passionate about their work.

This was my very short fund job which came about from a plumbing disaster (my own fault!) where I had water leaking from the upstairs bath through the kitchen ceiling. Instead of "make due" repairs, I opted for complete renovation. All Phase responded swiftly and thankfully & minimized the disaster to household waterline.

The turned my 1940's bathroom into an up to date work of art. Absolutely stunning. The company is great with listening to what the customer wants and making suggestions on things that could make it better. The entire team that was assembled were good natured responsive people. David Cuppy was a great problem solver when issues came up.

Early Forties front door was original door but had warped and was a bit drafty. They noticed that the central support beams were weak and spent quite some time making sure the house was sturdy in the end. I am extremely pleased with this group. The whole team was friendly and responsive. They're a great group who does quality high end work.
