The only step we have completed is the estimate, however I can see why All Phase is considered the best. Kathy was punctual, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. She gave us a time limit for her estimate to be written for us and even though she had major Life Events occurring we got our estimate within the time frame she told us. So far, so awesome.

The service we wanted was to install an attic ladder, add a source of light to the attic, and create flooring (just plywood) for storage space in the attic. The provider was punctual to the estimate meeting and seemed knowledgable, which was appreciated since I had to take off work to meet the provider (the meeting was in the middle of the day on a Wednesday). The provider asked me to gather some additional information regarding the current state of the attic in order for them to provide a good estimate and said that they would be able to schedule me into their workload sometime between 15Aug and the end of the month. I gathered the requested information that day and sent the provider an email answering all outstanding questions. They had all the information they needed on 06Aug in order to complete an estimate. There were a couple email exchanges informing me of when the bid would be completed. The last response I got from the company was 13Aug which indicated that the bid would be completed by that weekend 16-17Aug. I have emailed the provider twice since that weekend came and went with no update and I have not gotten a response. The provider did indicate that they had some personal matters to take care of 15Aug. so maybe that had an effect on reponse. If they needed additional time or would not be able to provide me with the services requested a follow up explaining the situation would have been appreciated and the professional thing to do. Mostly disappointed at this point because instead of having a finished attic by a company with good reviews, I have to start my search all over again and get more bids.

The demolition began on January 27, 2014. We had previously designed the kitchen and ordered cabinets, appliances, etc., on our own, prior to hiring Dave Cuppy & Crew of All Phase Group Inc. We hired All Phase because of their sincere attention to detail. After interviewing 3 other contractors, it was apparent to us that Kathy Cuppy, is VERY organized and nothing is too difficult a task for her take on. A bonus was that Kathy arranged for all of the subcontractors to meet at the same time to actually see what the project would entail. This was BEFORE she submitted her written estimate to us. (Only one other contractor had his subs separately investigate the job, without coordinating a meeting of the minds, however.) Kathy was faster getting back to us with a detailed bid than all competitors, which she did in-person. She was also very communicative and easy to reach with any questions throughout the bidding and throughout the entire process. Our home is a well-built 1950's ranch. Dave and crew did not mind any challenges that may come along with an older home remodel. One of the first tasks was to remove an unsightly beam between what had originally been 2 rooms. This allowed the ceiling to be one height and was one of the most important design elements which allowed the kitchen to be open and modern. (There is now an unseen support beam in our attic.) We also dealt with saving an original brick floor which had been previously covered, and coordinating new flooring to abut the brick. Dave and crew built a new wall in the laundry/utility room with 2 doors accessing the utilities. Previously, the furnace, water heater and softener were not hidden. They also provided a kitty sized opening, low in the wall, for our 2 cats to have litter-box privacy. Hallelujah! HUGE improvement!!! My positive comments could go on and on, really. We first heard of Kathy and Dave through our electrician. We found our electrician through Angie's List, and he is also a gem. Obviously, Kathy and Dave use only very good subs with whom they have a excellent communicative relationship. A very good team that Dave and Kathy have built! It has been said that remodeling is stressful, and that goes without saying. All Phase Group Inc made us feel as though we would get through it TOGETHER. I'm happy to say that we survived, and are truly enjoying our home now. Isn't that how it should be? PS Once the job is complete, Kathy makes a FABULOUS several-course meal for the owners! A very nice touch!

Very well. This is the second project All Phase has done for us and we really like using them. Highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the work All Phase Group did. The kitchen was a total remodel and is beautiful! They have great attention to detail. The deck was just what we wanted and is also beautiful. Kathy was great to communicate with, very detailed oriented and organized. She had a schedule of what would be done and when. We would definitely go back to All Phase for other projects.

They were just very professional, on time and acceptable when they were there. The cost stood out the most.

Very impressive and the pricing was right, but we decided against the project for reasons that didn't have anything to do with All Phase Group. If we ever change out mind we would definitely contact them.

Kathy and Dave Cuppy are great to work with, and the room looks fantastic. Dave takes pride in his work and is conscientious about doing it well, and Kathy is really good about providing updates regarding progress on the project. They completed the job fairly quickly, and it was nice to come home and see the progress made each day. Plus, it's really convenient to have all phases of the project scheduled for you. I would absolutely use All Phase again.

First of all, Kathy Cuppy is a fantastic communicator. We always knew what was going on and when. She is big on texting which suited us great. At first, the quote was for a two day job, but they revised it as we talked more about what we wanted in the room. So, we knew up front that it was going to cost more than we originally thought. As with all projects of this nature, there are logical considerations, so when a contractor says "3 day job", it will take longer than that. And it did. But we knew that because Kathy was always letting us know the night before what was coming the next day. There were a couple misfires, but nothing catastrophic. As an example, Dave (who is lead) showed us a pamphlet of door options. We talked a bit about which one we wanted. The next day, we had changed our minds, but the door had already been built overnight by them. We thought that we were getting a prefab door that could be easily switched, but that wasn't the case. NOT a big deal, but it was a hiccup. Job came in a couple hundred under the bid and we have a great room to store our wine collection. I would absolutely use All Phase again. Kathy and Dave and Mike (the right hand man) were all great to work with and I had NO qualms about having them or their subs in my house whether I was home or not.

Kathy and crew were very responsive and professional. Everything that I asked to be done was done well and the people that were filtering in and out of my house through a key code on my back door were very professional and extremely friendly. I have a dog that is a bit aggressive and annoying and I never got any bad feedback from her or the team. I'm very happy with all of my house improvements!

We were out of town when the severe snowstorm and extreme cold weather hit Indianapolis. We received a low temperature alarm on our security alarm system. Relatives confirmed that the furnace wasn't working but they couldn't get it started. We contacted our HVAC company, but they couldn't schedule a service call until the next day due to all the emergency calls. We contacted Kathy Cuppy since All Phase Group had recently remodeled our home. Dave Cuppy was at our house within a half hour and diagnosed the problem. Because significant furnace repairs were required, Dave contacted and coordinated with his HVAC contractor to help us on an emergency basis. The HVAC contractor came to our house that evening to confirm the diagnosis, then made repairs by the next morning. We quit worrying as soon as we got the Cuppys involved to help us.

We were delighted. The final product, the workmanship, the professionalism far exceeded our expectations. I worry when I give all "A's" that it suggests that I wasn't really paying attention, but I am pretty hard to please. This remodeling company and their contractors were all terrific. Another special aspect of their work is that they listen to what you want. If they don't think it is a good idea, they will explain why or counter your idea with a better alternative. But they realize that it is your home and will do what it takes to make you happy. They also have trained their contractors to know the high standard of quality that All Phase Group expects of their product. I would always use them for my future remodeling projects.

I hired All Phase to do a full gut kitchen remodel. This included removing the wall b/w family room and kitchen, changing the kitchen layout (including converting a patio door to a window to allow additional cabinet/counter run), and installing flooring for the kitchen and adjoining spaces, among other things. I chose to hire All Phase after meeting and working with Kathy to share my ideas for the project, as well as discussing specifics of timeline and budget. I had talked with other contractors and All Phase was superior to others in terms of speed and focus on the project (quoting 40% shorter timeline than others) and simplicity and fairness of contract language. Overall, the project went well, stayed on budget, and delivered just one day beyond the projected timeline. The design layout I wanted for the kitchen required quite a bit of work and expertise. Plumbing had to be significantly re-routed and a patio door had to be removed and replaced with a window, requiring exterior stone masonry. These were items of concern for several contractors but not All Phase and their subs. From the beginning, there was a "Can Do" attitude. I was on site while the crew discussed how to reroute plumbing after opening bulkheads. Dave Cuppy held the crew to high standards as they talked through approaches to make it all happen. The "Can Do" attitude was evident at the inital estimation phase through the actual implementation phase. This was really important to the success of the project. Dave Cuppy was the lead for my job. He not only supervises subs and staff, he DOES. In particular, he is a keen problem solver! He is highly skilled and committed to excellence, taking pride -- even joy -- in the finished product. I observed this first-hand as we discussed approaches to a key design feature for our space, as just one example. His right-hand man on the job was Mike. He, too, was extremely talented and committed to customer service. The All Phase team works with subs and vendors with whom they have long-standing relationships. A few quick notes on the subs: The plumbers on this project did a fantastic job! I've commented above about the complexity of the plumbing needs for the project. The stone mason also did a fantastic job! If looking at the finished exterior wall, the old and new blend together seamlessly. Electrical work was good. The work of the drywaller was less impressive than that of other subs, unfortunately. A few minor communication gaps revealed themselves here and there during the project, as expected in a large job. In each case, these were easily resolved in conversation or email with Kathy or with Dave/Mike at the job site. Any issue I raised during the project was addressed promptly. From my perspective, craftsmanship, communication, and problem-solving are key. I found these with All Phase! Overall, I felt the team at All Phase to be "good people" who valued my business and worked to deliver a quality finished product. I'd use them again, without reservation. In fact, I've already mentioned the next potential project to them!

Work was done without interruption once started. Quality was excellent. The people were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They kept us well informed on the job progress and developing timelines. We would highly recommend and would use again. The best contractor we have dealt with in 40 years.

Their service is great. They are meticulous in their work and their clean up. The workers are very professional and handle things well. I have used them many times and will again. They show up when they say they will and stay until it is finished. And they are not finished with the job until you are satisfied.

Kathy Cuppy was wonderful to work with in the planning phase and she had excellent ideas for both bathroom projects! She incorporated all our wishes and was able to help us visualize the finished projects. We were very pleased that David Cuppy was on site every day to oversee the projects and he and Kathy kept us informed daily of the scheduling of workers. The various workmen who did the actual work could not have been nicer. Very professional and extremely careful about cleanup before leaving each day. As with any remodeling project there were a couple "glitches" after the work was done but a phone call to the Cuppy's was all that was needed and workmen were back out to make the adjustments. The follow-up with Kathy and David is exceptional! They truly make this a personalized remodeling service and the homeowner's satisfaction is a top priority with them. It's been a very good experience and we would highly recommend them. !.

We spoke with several contractors about this project. The first thing that made All Phase stand out was that they were comfortable working within our time tables. Others were quoting 60 - 90 days but Kathy explained that she and her husband Dave focused primarily on one job at a time which meant that we could expect our job to be completed in about a month. From the beginning it was obvious that the All Phase team was very organized and customer focused. Kathy was very thorough in explaining everything that was going to happen. She was quick to react to issues as they came up and always called back to confirm that things were back on track. Initial estimates lead to a site visit and drawings. Follow up review, questions and changes went smoothly. Contractors showed up on time, did their jobs and always cleaned up after themselves. Unexpected issues were dealt with quickly. An existing concrete slab that had to be removed turned out to be a bigger job than expected. We lost a day but it was quickly made up. Dave and his guys worked quickly but were meticulous. The addition blends in perfectly with the rest of our house. The finished product was everything we expected and more. We are happy to provide our recommendation to Kathy, Dave and their team.

We loved Kathy Cuppy's creative energy. We had a preliminary meeting with her to discuss the work and she gave us many helpful and creative ideas about how to achieve the effect we wanted. She explained all the things they could do and had lots of good suggestions. Converting the music room to an exercise room was fairly straightforward. There was a stage built into the room that would be removed. The garish drywall had soundproofing baffles stuck to it which required new drywall and new paint and carpet. All the work was done in a timely manner and all the subcontractors were thorough and professional. Converting the basement office into a studio space was a challenge. Built-in bookcases and a work surface were removed, drywall was mostly taken out and the floor ripped up. Kathy and her subcontractors worked with us to give us many ideas for how to re-purpose the room. In the end, I made a scale drawing of exactly what I wanted in terms of built-in cabinets and counter tops. Kathy's subs came in so we could choose floor covering (a sheet good with an uncanny resemblance to concrete), laminate counter tops and the cabinetry to support them. A glitch arose when the delivery of the cabinets revealed we had a fundamental misunderstanding between "counter top height" and "standard height". The cabinets were higher than I expected (my error). Dave and his crew took extra time and effort to cut down the bases of the cabinets to make them be (my) expected height. They were completely dedicated to achieving my satisfaction and I was amazed at the lengths they went to. Thanks, you guys, for all of your extra effort. In the end, the studio was exactly what I wanted and what I had envisioned. I am pleased and proud of that room. They also swapped out a garage service door and Dave took extra time to explain to me the mounting process because of a house alarm system. Again, they were totally professional and thorough in the work that they performed. All Phase was completely professional and masterful in the work they performed and very pleasant and creative in helping us achieve the results we were hoping for.

From the first appointment to the completed project, All Phase Group was always professional and on-time. The attention to detail and working with us to stay on budget was appreciated and necessary. They were quick to reply to phone calls or emails when needed in regards to any questions. Their experience allowed them to guide us in the right direction. They knew what had worked in the past and what would not be worth spending extra money on. I would use them again and have already referred them to friends and family.

Everything went really well and the work was completed in a timely fashion even with the additional things we thought of during the project. In addition All Phase suggested some little upgrades that really made a zing in the final remodeled room. Of course, things like the add-ons we asked for did add to the original estimated price but we did expect that. The bonus is that we have a newly remodeled room with new walls, ceilings, carpeting, lighting, insulation (where additional was needed), etc., and it looks really wonderful. We couldn't be more pleased and are already talking about the next area in our 50's ranch home that we want to remodel. All Phase will definitely be our first call when we are ready for the next project. All Phase does a lot of the work in-house but does use sub-contractors for things like electrical, painting, stone and tile work, insulating, dry wall installation, carpeting, and some other items. However, they keep track of all the subs and each sub they used was extremely professional and did a great job. Excellent response time from All Phase and they walked us through the entire process. End result is that we could not be happier with our new family room as we move into the winter months. Also, all of our added on little projects were done quickly and professionally and just enhanced the experience.

David and Kathy Cuppy met with us to discuss the expansion of our wine cellar which they had constructed several years ago. David drew plans based on what we wanted. David and the two people who have worked with him for years did all of the carpentry work to double the size of our cellar and build storage units from scratch in his workshop. They also did some of the insulation, drywall and other work. They hired quality subcontractors to install tile, electrical outlets/lighting, painting, etc. David did all the work on the job. Kathy did all the "behind the scenes" work to coordinate the subcontractors, order materials, do the billing, keep us informed about everyone's schedule, etc. Then Kathy brought us a wonderful homemade dinner!

I have written alot of reviews, but this is the hardest of all, because the Cuppy's far exceeded my already high expectations! If you want a firm who will walk you through design ideas, shopping, and finish ideas- then execute flawlessly, THIS is the firm for you. Kathy is a dynamo, she is your go-between who charmingly keeps your subs on track. Problems will surface, but it is how they are handled that will set the front of the pack apart from the rest. All Phase WILL complete your job precisely to your liking. We cannot say enough about the dave and his guys too. Professional to the max, always left our home better than they found it. We would not hesitate to hire All Phase again!

This was the third major project we've had done by All Phase, and just like the previous two projects, this one went beautifully. As always, the work done by Dave and his crew was exceptional. We especially appreciated and admired the care and attention Dave gave to the design of the front sidewalk, which has a sweeping, beautiful curve. Also, we appreciated Dave and Kathy's time, patience, and advice as we thought through this project and considered three different plans before making our final decision. The project took about 7 weeks and was very close to budget. We are very pleased with the results and would strongly recommend All Phase.
