AdvantaClean showed up on time and began work immediately. Mold remediation and duct cleaning took approximately 2-3 days for two workers. The project became a little larger than originally estimated (mold was worse than anticipated) but Steve held to his quote. Steve was at the job site at all times working. Very courteous and professional. During the remediation process, it was discovered that the moisture in the crawlspace had caused some of the HVAC ducts to rust, creating holes as well as some of the duct work was not up to code. (Had been that way since the house was built in 1984.) Steve helped coordinate with a HVAC vendor to get the duct work repaired. I brought this vendor back to do some additional work. Steve also identified areas of rot in the floor joists, sill plates, etc. that would need to be replaced and help coordinate that process with another vendor as well. Steve then cleaned our air ducts throughout the house and was as efficient and professional with this process as he was with the remediation process. Would not hesitate to use AdvantaClean again and would confidently recommend them to anyone.

I asked my home inspector for the name of a good mold remediation guy. He suggested Steve Cook at Advantaclean of Indianapolis. Steve came out for an estimate and discovered that some of the joists in the crawlspace needed to be replaced instead of just the mold remediation. He put me in contact with Matt from Crawlspace Doctor. Steve and Matt worked together to make sure they didn't duplicate each other's work and they helped me stay within my budget. After coming up with a reasonable cost, work started. Jordan was our project manager for the mold remediation. He was very professional and a hard worker. All of the work was completed on time and Jordan really went the extra mile to make sure all of the work was completed right. Upon learning that the mold was aggravating my asthma, Steve and Jordan left the air scrubber with a carbon filter an extra few days to make sure that I would have no further problems. Steve gave me a great guarantee and has made it clear he will be available if we need additional help. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

He was hired to remove the standing water, removal of mold, duct cleaning, and removal of insulation. He is really good and has been back quite often to look and explain what is going on. During the explanation he will draw a diagram so I am able to understand what is going on. I don't feel like I am being misled. He is very trustworthy.
