Steve Cook is a very honest guy. He actually recommended 2 other companies that would be better fits for our projects. Additionally, he advised us on the best way to remediate the mold ourselves, which will save us $1500+. Although we won't be using this company currently, if there is a need, we will definitely use them in the future.

They were wonderful! They arrived on time, explained everything completely, they were very professional and thorough. We will definately hire again when needed!

Their work is excellent. There is no mold left in my house. I'm very allergic to mold, and he was very understanding on getting the work done ASAP. They got the work done within a few days because they knew I was having health issues. The are very caring business.

Steve Cook is very knowledgable, professional and most importantly honest. He also stands behind his work. While he came to the house to give me an estimate on the attic, he also checked the crawlspace his crew had cleaned nine months earlier. There was a very small area of mold that his crew had missed. He had his crew come back to resolve this issue at no cost to me. His crew also did an excellent job in remediating the mold from our attic. Steve was very patient in answering any questions I might have and in explaining the entire process. I would highly recommend him and will continue to use him in the future if the need should arise.

Very good! Steve, the technician, was personable, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Steve identified early in the inspection that we didn?t had a significant mold problem. Steve could have just said thank you at that point and left. However, he went out of his way to go outside into the snow to our crawl space access, crawled in and definitively confirmed there wasn?t mold growing under our sub floor. Steve then took time to share his knowledge and answer all our questions. If we do have a mold issue in the future, we will be calling AdvantaClean. Thanks!

Walls were stripped (huge bed had to be moved, which they did carefully, and rotted boards removed. Then area was treated and machines were turned on to be sure all spores were removed. Area was left very clean. I don't think I have encountered nicer workers. We have been undergoing remodeling and have been disgusted by most. This was a pleasant experience. Too bad you don't have an A+ category. They would be there.

This company is amazing! So professional and Steve the owner is the best guy ever. He truly knows about his company and what he is doing. We would trust this company to do work for us in the future! They took pride in their work, and made sure that the job was done correctly.

The owner did the inspection, he was very thorough and professional. While we decided not to purchase the home, because of other issues, we would have hired AdvantaCare to do the work, and will call the company again if we every house issues.

Steve and his team do great work and I would not hesitate to hire them! This is a dirty job, cleaning crawls, but these guys were fast, professional and enthusiastic about their work. Seems as though there was a problem with roof run-off water getting into the heating/cooling ducts (built into a slab). That was not discovered until four months after we bought our house and only then during a heavy pre-Christmas rain storm on top of a lot of snow already on the ground. After finally getting past the problem via installing several 20' downspout extension pipes, we began to notice a mildew smell coming from one of the ducts as the summer's warm weather began. AdvantaClean handled everything, from the initial inspection and quote through the actual work very well. They were prompt, professional and seemed to actually care.

We called Advantaclean because my wife and I were experiencing severe allergic reactions in one room of our home. My wife noticed a dank smell so we naturally assumed we had a mold problem. We called Advantaclean and made an appointment for them to come out and take some test samples. Bryan came and he was extremely pleasant to work with. He was professional and did not try to scare us into any costly services we didn't need. To the contrary, he always presented several options. When we received the lab results I had a friend who is a microbiologist give me her opinion. Everything she told me lined up with what Bryan was saying so I felt confident that what he said was accurate. Bryan returned to do some additional sampling with the FLIR camera to try to determine if there was any mold in the walls. He could not find any evidence of it, which spared us the expense of ripping open the walls. I would definitely put Advantaclean of North Central Indiana at the top of my list for mold remediation. They are honest, fair, professional and don't charge for unnecessary services. Bryan is wonderful to work with.

Steve Cook was excellent to deal with. Prompt, courteous, professional and did exactly as promised. Even came back several months later to perform another air quality test even though it was clearly outside of the original scope of work. Would highly recommend.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I purchase my house about a year ago and the came out to clean the dryer vent. I had a new dryer, but it was not working so I had them clean the vent. There was pretty significant build-up, actually the owner of this company came out and cleaned it out. He said everything looked great and that we probably would not need another clean out for another five years. Then we had to have it cleaned out again about a month ago and had to have large portions of the whole venting systems replaced. The cap that was on it was completely the wrong kind of dryer vent cap. We had birds in there that was apparently a major fire hazard. They seemed really nice when they came out initially, but when we contacted them about getting a refund they would not return our calls. Their price was pretty normal.

Much better price than our other estimate of $2000 for the same job. Still seems overpriced for the time spent. It was a very small area in the bathroom, mainly around the shower area. He came on a weekend so the bathroom remodeling could get going again on the following Monday... we really appreciated that extra effort.

Steve Cook was excellent to deal with during the entire process. He was very helpful, accommodating, professional and followed through with his commitments. A few weeks before hiring AdvantaClean, I hired a credible mold remediation company with raving reviews on Angie's List (to deal with different mold remediation issue), but had a horrible experience with them. I am so happy to find AdvantaClean. I hope I won't need their services in the future, but if I do, I will call them first!

Steve and his assistant were punctual, professional and worked efficiently. I had recently moved into the home; the vents and returns were so dirty that I didn't want to run the HVAC. I noticed the improvement within the first day. The A/C ran more efficiently and the odor I had been trying to eliminate was gone. AdvantaClean of Indianapolis is locally owned and it's evident that Steve really cares about his customers and cares about doing a superb job. I am a very satisfied customer and I will use this company again.

They were able to fit me in promptly. Steve and his team were fantastic. Steve walked through my house to inspect the ducts and told me all about the process. His crew, two women, was top notch. They were not only proficient and efficient, they were also friendly and happy to answer my questions as they worked. In addition to clearing the ducts they carefully cleaned each vent. Time was an issue as we were selling this home and the mold like substance was found during the inspection process and we only had a short period of time before closing. After a recent rainstorm, we were dismayed to find 3 inches of water throughout our finished basement. After calling several water removal companies, we scheduled AdvantaClean and Steve Cook to assist us. Steve and his crew arrived on time the next morning and worked for 10 hours to get all the water out, remove carpet, floor molding, some drywall, and even helped carry lots (and lots) of heavy furniture and storage bins upstairs. They brought numerous fans and dehumidifiers and continued to check the humidity and placement of the equipment every day for 10 days. Steve came by once or twice a day, hauled all of the debris, sanitized everything, and made sure the job was complete. The price was acceptable by our insurance company and our basement is dry and ready to be refinished. We are very pleased with the professionalism, price, and quality of AdvantaClean Environmental Services.

Our realtor recommended AdvantaClean and we were very pleased with the quick response and service. Steve was very thorough and professional about what needed to be done. He did the work himself in one day. Steve even offered to answer any other questions we had about remodeling of our home. He said he has worked in the contraction/building industry for several years and would be happy to offer any advice we needed. I did not get other bids for the service so I assume the price is comparable for this type of service. I would happily recommend AdvantaClean to anyone!

Steve was an excellent communicator from the initial estimate over the phone through the completion of the duct cleaning. After arriving and describing the scope of the work to be performed, Steve took a roll of aluminum tape into my crawlspace to ensure that there were no holes or loose connections in the duct work. He and an employee were incredibly thorough in cleaning out the return line, running the air several times to ensure that all of the dust and debris was removed. When the air quality of my home is concerned, I want someone who is a bit of a perfectionist and Advantaclean worked overtime on a Friday afternoon to make certain that the inside of my duct work was spotless. My girlfriend is asthmatic and her respiratory discomfort has noticeably subsided since the cleaning. Advantaclean provided a quality cleaning at a fair price and at no time was I pressured to purchase additional services.
