Last weekend had someone pry our side door open to our exterior garage and the ADT door sensor picked it up immediately. The alarm siren was loud and scared the person off. Someone from the response center called within 30 seconds. We’re fortunate that the security system did what it is supposed to. Feels like we made the right call going with an ADT security system.

Don’t usually write reviews but wanted to share a really nice experience I had with Seth working out of the ADT main sales office in Florida. He could tell I was full of questions and let me ask away without being impatient. He even sent me additional information and a full recap in email. Thanks Seth for all of your help! They sent out a guy that did not know the difference between wifi and cellular or the difference between a smoke detector and a heat detector. He took pictures of everything and said someone would get back to me. No one ever did!

My family loves ADT. My mom worked for them when she was younger and we have had their products ever since. We added a couple of new cameras recently and they connected to the iphone app perfectly.

We purchased an investment property to use as VRBO and AirBnb rental for passive income. Getting a layer of protection and security was paramount for us because our main property is two hours away from the investment property. So far, very good. We can monitor all aspects – inside and outside – of the rental as needed. Looking to add the same home alarm system for our primary residence also.

Have had a variety of different adt system models over the years – but always reliable and keep us feeling safe. We will stay with adt forever and recommend them to anyone with a house, condo, or business.

I had a competing service for about a year and all of the compelling advertising made me eventually switch service over to the ADT Group. Worked with Jeff T. on the phone and he was a huge help. I really enjoy their customer support and the added carbon monoxide detection device they put into my package.

John Jiang, ADTs put in my security system, specifically cameras. I decided to purchase my security system instead of paying a monthly fee. John's quote was slightly lower than the other quotes, was accurate and complete. The crew was punctual and did a really tight job. I highly recommend ADTs for your security needs because John takes pride in his work and is easy to work with.

Had always assumed adt protected houses only but a guy in my business networking club mentioned he has a commercial grade adt system at his office complex. This led me to inquire about getting an install scheduled so the entrances and exits can be monitored at my building. I am going forward with getting adt service and am happy they cover both homes and businesses.

The cameras are amazing! So clear and so accurate! I can now see my entire back yard and the entire front yard from the porch all the way out to the street. I can view the video feeds from my phone or from my laptop computer. Very helpful A+ product.

Our dogs kept barking at night so to feel more safe we purchased a new home security system. Shopped around for awhile to look for the best company and the best deals and ended up signing up with ADT. They have been around forever and we trust them.

Break ins have been happening at nearby neighborhoods in our area of the city. Started feeling insecure in our own home so ordered an expansive burglary system. It came with all the bells and whistles. Had to call customer support a few times with questions but they made it very easy. Feel much safer now.

Accidentally tripped our security system the other night and the customer care team from ADT monitoring called within 10sec of the alarm sounding. They confirmed everything was ok and gave me quick instructions on how to turn the siren off. Very comforting to know that if something happens the response is very quick.

Always been hesitant to add to my monthly expenses with home alarms. After some incidents in the surrounding area I decided to make a few calls to alarm companies. Went with ADT because felt they were the best. The technician showed me how to adjust cameras and different settings. This will be worth the nominal expense to be protected.

I spent about a half hour on the phone with a very professional and informative salesperson from the ADT office for residential systems. Decided to go with the latest promotion that included a great price, a visa gift card, and some extra equipment. Was blown away by the package. Looking forward to see how everything works once its setup but the initial experience has been outstanding.

Not always the best with things on my phone, but the ADT app makes controlling the system very easy when I am away traveling. I appreciate this functionality so I can monitor if the dogs have been let out and if my kids stop by. I really like this product.

My spouse and I wanted to write in a positive recommendation for using ADT. They provide nationwide coverage and superior service and support. Would use again for sure.

Have worked with ADT on and off for years as we’ve bought and sold many different homes and moved our business office multiple times. We feel like the security they offer is consistently top notch. Most recently had our summer home on the lake setup with the latest ADT system with carbon monoxide sensors, cameras, extra control panels.

The control panel on our old home security system was acting up and the former provider could not fix it. We had to place multiple service calls to have it looked at. I finally started shopping around for other options and ADT’s offer stood out against the competition. We purchased an entirely new package with a new panel, door sensors, window sensors, motion detectors, and one camera. Everything works appropriately and we no longer have faulty equipment that we have to deal with.

So far so good in getting connected to ADTs home security network. Im trying their newer DIY equipment and have been impressed. As long as it keeps working, I’m happy!

Double thumbs up to the technician who helped setup our perimeter alarm system at our new office. I assumed this would be a long process but it truly wasn’t at all. Anyone with a small biz, I recommend reaching out to ADT to see what they can do for you. It’s not worth risking a break in or stolen inventory.
