We do not sell, service, or install the following: third-party home security equipment, third-party camera systems, commercial security systems, commercial fire systems, CCTV systems, self-monitored security systems or window bars.

Description of Work: I have a new credit card with a new number, affecting the automatic pay system. TWICE I've sent messages asking for help with my forgotten password so I can update my info -- no response. Online is apparently the only way you can contact them and, in the meantime, they're not getting paid and my unit isn't working. What kind of business practice is that??

This system is terrible.
Description of Work: NOTHING! I was told that I would be contacted within 2 business days for someone to contact me to schedule installation and i have not been contacted. I sent a message and was also told that that I would be contacted by Installation that day - still NOTHING.
