The service is fine. However, cannot recommend this company because they trap you into three-year commitments without telling you. While selling you the policy, they do not tell you you are signing up for a three-year term. Nowhere on the contract documents is a term length specified; the only indication thereof is a tiny box citing 36 installments. You can carry the service with you, but every time you do so, the contract resets for another three years. The only way out of the contract is to pay the installment balance, which entails a lump payment of hundreds of dollars. This appears to be designed to ensnare customers into a constant renewal cycle from which they cannot escape. As such, not only do I not recommend the company, I specifically recommend against even considering them.

It all went really well. Nicole was very helpful in making sure I got just what I needed for my home instead of just one on the pre set packages. We did all this in about a half an hour. I highly recommend this company!

Setup was easy. The cameras are a big disappointment. Even though I bought a wireless system, the cameras need to be plugged into an electrical outlet. Which means if I want to mount them in the counter on my house or outside to monitor the driveway I need to hire an electrician. Big time fail.
