 + -1 moreThere was no recognition from ADT that I was moving from a house to a rental property. I was told my only options were to pay a $800 cancellation fee or sign up for a NEW 3 year contract with a system I install myself but that can move from rental property to rental property. I wanted a refund but it the request was refused. I had 3 alarm systems with ADT but never again. Their corporate policies favor them and in now way are customer focused. I encourage anyone reading this to avoid ADT and go with Cox Home Life or SimpliSafe.
