Just purchased my new alarm system from Protect Your Home and had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Branden Tomas is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, polite and enthusiastic about his job and the company he works for. I like the fact that he doesn't try to over sale what you need for your house. He called to remind me about my installation appointment, he showed up at the time of the appointment to see how the install was going and also followed up a few days later to see if there were any questions or concerns. Hector, the installer was also great. He walked me thru the whole process and did a great job on the install. After completion he spent plenty of time going over the system and even left me his cell number. If you need a security system I highly recommend these two gentlemen. First rate and professional start to finish.

I want to thank Jarrett McAllister, and Kimberly Landmark (the sales associate) and Ron Loetz (the installation technician) for taking care of our household security needs every step of the way. These three are well-qualified, highly responsive and they display a great deal of professionalism. I am very satisfied in selecting this authorized dealer over others.

After a couple of unexpected incidents of vandalism in my neighborhood, I decided it is finally time to get serious about security. Angie's List led me to ADT; Fisher (last name) came over to my house the same day I called and walked through my entire place to give suggestions on the security system that best fit my needs. He is helpful and knowledgeable without a hint of pushy sales person. Fisher also secured a next day installation for me. The next day, Hector came to install, it was complex with a wifi camera and a bunch of sensors. Hector was polite, knowledgeable, super helpful and very neat in his installation. He provided a great demonstration and training on how to use the equipment and gave some great suggestions. I had some trouble with the camera the 1st night and I called Hector at 8:30pm, he trouble shoot my problem and resolved it in less than 30 minutes. Overall, a flawless experience. Fast, caring and professional - I would recommend them to anyone looking for a security system. To top it off, the pricing was very reasonable and there are always specials for installation. Two big thumbs up for Fisher and Hector!

We had some intense stuff happen before we moved to our new home and wanted a security system before getting everything moved in. Brandon was able to get everything scheduled and ready so we didn't have to stress out about anything further. Jeremy (the install tech) was helpful and efficient and well informed. He was careful to set things up in the least obtrusive places around the house which is super appreciated. We had an issue with a sensor and another tech was sent out to fix it the next day. Brandon has been super responsive and available for everything from the start. I'll recommend him and his team to anyone who is looking for a security system for their home.

I had a wonderful experience with the Protect Your Home - ADT Authorized Dealer. Sam installed the system at my home and was very helpful and did a great job with both the wiring and wireless installations. I would highly recommend ADT and Sam for security alarm installation.

The installer Sam Asunción did a wonderful job, he was very professional and did an exceptional job installing everything the same day. I'm very pleased with the service and work that they both provided and I'll definitely recommend them to family and friends.

First off, Fish always picks up the phone and he meets me within 24 hours to review new systems and put in the order. For simple installations, he can do it over the phone which is extremely helpful. Installations are convenient and on my schedule, and always within a few days of placing the order. And the techs this specific ADT provider has are fantastic. I am always totally surprised by how good they are at pulling the wires through walls or running them in the most inconspicuous ways. Even that is completely worth the install costs. Also, the technology is very good in these systems. The keypads are bright and very easy to use, but the best feature is how few wires are required. Sensors are almost always wireless (magnetic contact and motion) and for all but one locations we didn't even need an alarm phone line - ADT provides a cellular connection in our services. Actually, we have been saving $100's of dollars each month by eliminating the land lines. I highly recommend choosing Protect Your Home - ADT Authorized Premier Provider.

Larry is definitely not like other pushy, high strung sales reps that looks like all they care about is their time and how much money they are going to get out of me. To my surprise, he was genuine, honest and professional. He took the time to explain the benefits of having an alarm system, gave me safety tips to make my home more secure against current criminal activities and sold me only what i needed. I chose on my own what I wanted and he gave me free equipment to help me out. I liked his no fluff, no hidden fees, basic and affordable presentation. He followed up by visiting the same day of installation to make sure everything is installed and is placed where they should be. I had to call him for more window stickers and he showed up the same day! If anyone is looking, I highly recommend you give this guy a call. You will not be disappointed!

We have had great experiences with Protect Your Home - ADT Authorized Premier Provider and specifically with our account manager. We are a retail chain with 5 stores and 4 warehouses and an office. Of those, we have built in or converted 6 locations with them and will likely take all 10 over in the future.

I have researched alarm companies and alarm equipment for quite awhile and honestly, I don't have tine to install it myself so I put it off until a friend referred their alarm guy, Orkan Arat at Protect Your Home. I called Orkan at +18777062120 and just the very reasons why he was highly recommended, he was responsive, prompt for the appointment and very easy to deal with.

Alarm System was intentionally cut-off by ADT because my equipment was from Lifeshield Alarm system which ADT purchased. There was NO WARNING and the only "solution" was to replace the equipment, and sign up for a multi-year plan. But, I do not want a long term plan because I may be selling the house soon. There was no other solution offered by ADT, and now I have NO alarm protection at all. After 7 years, this is not the way they should treat their customers.

They said I can switch to a new contract and the previous contract will end without cancellation fees. They lied and Im locked in another contract and I still want me to pay the previous termination fee for the previous contract.

The service was professional and the price was right on target. Will definitely hire them again.

Terrible! Depending which representative you get on the line at any particular time, you get different answers. We are not happy!

This is my first time ordering an alarm system I was to the canvas would be wireless and that I would not have to worry about drilling holes everything I was sent in the mail is requesting me to drill holes through the walls of my home for the indoor to the outdoor I am not OK with that I called to ask why did they send me these things and they don’t even have a way to find my record but took money out of my account for the products in the first month service when this thing is not even set up I will be calling again tomorrow to find out where I can drop this stuff off and request a full refund I am not happy

The use of deceptive sales tactics by ADT Rep. left us with Lifeshield products that we did not ask for and that are subpar. At the beginning of November 2019, I contacted ADT to inquire about a USAA discount for the home I'd close on Nov. 15th. I spoke with Tamesha Snider for a lengthy period of time about what our family needs were and our budget. I asked her if I could email her later with the decision once I'd checked another companies' rates and spoken to my husband. On Nov. 5th I sent this email: Good-morning Tamesha,Thank you for taking the time to walk me through all of the best possible options for securing a system that is affordable and reliable. We both appreciate your professionalism and guidance! We would like to move forward with the Smart Home Automation/Command Wireless system:The 7 inch. Command Center display with ability to control the thermostat and other features in the home, 2 outdoor cameras and 5 sensors, Fire safety, component, keychain Remote w/ panic button. Is the the Smart Thermostat included? What about the Smart locks? We decided to select the self-install option for $129 with the $40/month fees and were wondering what the next steps were.** Tamesha called us the following day to setup the contract. What she failed to mention was that the self-install option transferred us out of ADT and into Lifeshield territory. The problem with this was made apparent shortly thereafter. When we finally hooked up the system and settled into our new home-I noticed that the "tablet" that was sent was not the 7 inch command center that I requested. It was at best a cheap knockoff with an inferior battery life. If the tablet is not actively charging it dies within two hours. I contacted ADT about the issue only for them to tell me repeatedly that I was not an ADT client and that they had no record of my order. I called Lifeshield and told them the problem I was having with the equipment and that I wanted what I originally requested. To which the representative told me that they could not give me the ADT 7 inch command center tablet because that was an ADT product and they don't sell those. I was completely flabbergasted as I thought that the 2 companies were one in the same or at least that I could obtain the product that I asked for. The tablet that was sent to us, is also a tablet that has been phased out of Lifeshield because of what the representative referred to as an "inferior product". We have been unable to get either ADT or Lifeshield to take responsibility for the company bait and switch as well as providing the right equipment. We tried to give ADT/Blue/Lifeshield/whatever they're calling themselves a chance to remedy the situation without provocation and the "best" they could do is send 3 additional window sensors (after attempting to lure me into another 3 year contract for 3 sensors).
