I had a great experience with every step of the process with these guys. From my first call to them, through sign-up/scheduling, and installation with a tech named Micah. They've made me feel safe and taken care of.

Not well. Still have not received my keypad. Setting up the device was not easy at all. I needed to call customer support due to multiple faults with the system.

I contacted ADT Premier Provider about a system for our new home. Had worked with ADT in the past and were satisfied, but the dealer you work with is the key. Our install rep was Bill and he was very thorough and offered excellent suggestions when we walked the property. The contract review was simple and smooth, and the installation process easy and so far so good- I hope to never find out how receptive they'll be in an emergency, but I know it won't be a problem.

These guys are great. Kyle came by on time, explained all the options clearly, got me the best deal, gave us a demo, and processed all the paperwork smoothly. No hitches, no surprises. I highly recommend them.

I did a lot of homework in the search for a home security system and finally called ADT Authorized Premier Provider to come do a survey of our property and what solution they would recommend that would cover fire, intrusion and video monitoring. Larry came out shortly after my call and reviewed the property in detail. He explained the particular vulnerable points and the design concept for the system that Protect Your Home would install and the advanced protection that it would provide. Larry was great to work with and made clear that he will be around long after the system is up and running to make sure they continue to meet all of our protection needs. It was a long search, but I'm glad that I found Larry and the team.

A home security specialist visited the house I manage and gave me options on what it would cost to replace an old outdated alarm system. He was great. I was quoted a reasonable price and soon after the new system was up and running. He was on time & did an amazing job. I could not ask for a better in home tech.

Greg gave us a quote over the phone. Set up installation 2 days later and we were up and running with a new security system. Installer Jesse was great! He really wanted to make sure everything was set up before he left. Despite being here till 10:30 PM on Wednesday, It felt good knowing that he wanted to finish the job as much as I did. We feel much more secure thanks to Protect Your Home-ADT. Glad I made the phone call. They made the process seamless and easy. Highly recommended!
