This ADT Authorized Premier Provider is the Real Deal! They were extremely knowledgeable and were great about customizing a system based on my family's needs. Overall extremely satisfied with the whole process, and will definitely be referring my friends.

I was never contacted by anyone. I have reached out to others in the meantime and I believe the project will be completed by them.

The strict nature of the 36 month contract was not made crystal clear to me upon signing. I had to move houses 12 months into the 36 month contract. We will be in-between homes for about 6 months with no need for a security system during those 6 months. I was told that I had to pay out the remainder of the contract to the tune of $750. I'm frustrated that there is no other option for people in this situation.

Badly. After almost a month system is still not functioning. Impossible to get help through Adt online or phone.

Of course you want to work with a business who does the best work, but it is such an added bonus to work with good people as well, and Allen is definitely good people! We highly recommend Larry Maerina at ADT. We live in Marin County and Larry did a great job selling us our ADT home security system. He is very professional and honest. He gave us a great monthly deal and even came by during the installation to insure everything was installed properly by the installation tech. He's also been very responsive regarding any and all follow up questions. We are very satisfied with the level of customer service we have received!

We had the security system installed for our house and were very pleased with the level of service and support from the front end sales representative to the installation tech. The system is easy to use. It can be controlled from the indoor panel, our iPhone, or the handheld remote for quick access. We endorse this company highly!

Last week I was lucky enough to have Tim install an ADT monitored system in our home. He could not have been more responsive, congenial, professional and efficient. System was up and running within an hour and he even walked us through how to use the system. Could not be happier. Tim with the ADT install team definitely deserves employee of the month!

I was very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail from the ADT provider in our area of Birmingham. They really took the time to explain everything in depth, and went above and beyond. All of this helped them standout vs. the competitors.
