Boy were we impressed. I didn’t have a lot of time on my hands, and told the representative I was leaving town shortly for a family trip. She went over the package details quickly but efficiently, and I was able to complete the purchase of our security system within 10 minutes. There were no mistakes and all of the door sensors and cameras are working correctly. In the end, I am a very happy customer.

These guys were friendly, fast, and thoughtful. The best experience I've ever had with any home services company. We love our new alarm and home automation features.

Our dealings with Protect Your Home/ADT were delightful. We received a call back very fast after requesting a quote through Angie's List. We were able to complete everything on the phone; there was no paperwork or downtime. I had to call Customer Service with a question about the keypad, and they ended up telling me other helpful details on top of my original question.

Many kudos to ADT Authorized Premier Provider. From the initial phone call with Lisa to setting our alarm for the first time, everything was wonderful. They have the home security business figured out for the best.

We have ADT in our main home and in our vacation home. Their price is great for the service you are receiving. The best part is the ability to monitor your home from your cell phone.

It is rare that you come across amazing customer service these days. Tim was our sales rep and he was a pleasure to work with. No pushing, patient, and answered all of my questions. We just moved and I've had to deal with tons of companies setting up items for our new home, and this by far was the easiest experience. Protect Your Home-ADT Provider is awesome. I stayed with my family last week because my place was getting renovated. Due to a recent break in to a neighbor’s house, my uncle decided it was time to invest in a security system. I was able to witness his business interactions with this company from beginning to end.... they were very reliable and knowledgeable. Often times when you purchase a service, you end up just feeling like a number. In this case, my family was treated how a customer should be treated. I will now be using this ADT company for a security system at my home once renovation is complete.

I worked through PYH for getting signed up with ADT. They have been helpful answering questions and guiding us through the process. It was quick and painless. Besides, the systems are so user-friendly, you can install them yourself. Overall, stellar service from this home security provider.

These guys are awesome !! I contacted them via Angie's List and got a quote immediately. I had lot of questions and their sales representative Taniqua answered all of them politely and patiently. Whenever I need their customer service they are super helpful. So far so good !

I was really impressed by the quality and speed of service provided. We needed an alarm system before we went on vacation, but weren’t sure if there was enough time to make it happen. Within a few days we had our system setup and working fantastic! The entire experience was great!

My husband and I were impressed by the prompt response and sales consultation. Mr Fisher was our rep and he had a very easy-going approach, which I appreciate. He advised us of our best option for what we had said we wanted and answered all our questions. Once everything was up and running in our home, they explained how to use the new ADT system. We appreciate the great customer service and the promise that if we had any questions, to not hesitate to call. I recommend this company.

I HIGHLY recommend PYH/ADT. Their team was very knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell products. I now know that my house has excellent protection at a great price. Everyone that I dealt with at the company was very helpful and great to work with. The system is very user friendly. If you are interested in home security- go with PYH/ADT. You'll end up with exactly the type of protection you need.

It went no where. Angies list still looking for professional service.

The reason I am reaching out to you, is because I have exhausted all efforts with customer service for Blue by ADT. I purchased $1,000 worth of equipment. There was difficulty setting up, and I contacted Technical Support. There were five phone calls made on Sunday, August 16. The service ranged from really helpful to being told Technical Support was not available on the weekends. Every time time I spoke to someone I was disconnected. After dealing with the General Public for so many decades, I was being very nice and calm. So, I could not believe they were hanging up on me. I tried emailing customer support and received a generic response, just telling me the phone number and times available to call. I tried Facebook messenger and was promised a call 24-48 hours, which never occured. I called Technical Support again on Wednesday, August 19th and spoke to a really nice person Sarah who actually was able to determine what the issue was, I needed to unblock my ports with my cable prorovided. She promised to call me directly the next day at 4:15pm. However, the call never came. During that time, we actually decided to upgrade our router and cable equipment. Today, Sunday, September 14, we set up our new router and attempted to set up ADT Blue. I was able to connect the Livingroom Indoor camera, but was not able to connect it to the WiFi. I spoke to a woman named Jody, who tried to walk me through the process, she too was confused. She wanted me to plug my camera in to the ethernet, but the camera does not have an ethernet connection. When she said my camera was white and I said no it is gray without any ethernet connection...she disconnected our phone call. Again, I promise I was being calm and polite. I now see a pattern, if the representative cannot solve a problem they disconnect. Can you please send this email to someone who can help me? The only reason why I want to stay with ADT is because of the name recognition and because ADT is Federally Regulated. Blue ADT also received high grading with Consumer Reports.

Not well. I wouldn’t consider it to be a do it yourself for a senior citizen. The electrician had some difficulty.

Horrible experience so far, hopefully they will redeem themselves. For goodness sake they've been around since the 1800's.
