We had a great experience working with ADT to get our new home secured. Their call-center is open 24/7 and they are very helpful. Our system was installed and activated a day after we purchased over the phone.

Tried many different security cameras in the past and none worked very well. Tried the security package by ADT with cameras and have been highly pleased with the picture quality, clarity, and extra functions offered. All can be controlled and monitored by an app, too. Should have gone with ADT’s cameras from the get go but are glad to finally have a reliable and reputable product.

I needed an alarm system because there's so many break ins happening in our neighborhood so I decided to do my research. We found Mike and mart here in Yelp and called them because they have raving reviews. Mart answered my call and said she will give me the best product possible at the lowest cost. Mart arrived at my house the next day and educated me on everything. She gave us a good deal we couldn't no to. We got install the very next day and now we are more than satisfied with everything we got. ADT pulse works great The cameras are clear My mom feels safe because of her panic button. All for an affordable cost. Call this amazing team. You won't regret it.

We are so happy with the service and products we received from ADT. Our company has multifamily and commercial buildings all over Mishawaka and in other areas of the USA. Our tenants & residents are grateful we invested in the buildings and have more piece of mind for safety. We just recently had SFPD come to review footage and commented on how clear, and easy to playback very necessary videos from the week prior were. If I call Mike and he doesn't pick up I always get a call back within the hour. We literally fired the old company after numerous attempts trying to troubleshoot glitches and poor customer service. Mike is very direct and we appreciate all his insight and expertise. Great company to deal with very flexible. He usually gives us a few options with different quality products, but did not hassle us for all the upsells. He focused on what was important for our business needs. He was not a pushy sales person and just explained the benefits and how each option would help us. Throughout the portfolio we have been able to add value by replacing the old existing systems. If you're in the market for a new security system, I highly encourage you to at least reach out to Mike as he is always willing to price match.

My husband contacted them Saturday night and they were able to reply right away then they came to our house(Hammond) the next day Sunday to meet. Mind you, They're from Griffith and I'm from Hammond wow! And installation is today tuesday (06.17.23) So fast! While other reviews here the very next day they can install it but not mine which is okay bec. Monday is lazy day for me. Ate mart and kuya mike is very nice people plus the fact that they are my kababayan. My husband is actually the one who recommend them to me. They used their service long time ago for their company and now I am using their service for our own house. Great tandem. A husband and wife. They are both knowledgeable. They know what they are doing. I can't ask question for the reason that looks like they can read my mind. Haha. Ate mart just ask me if I can tour her around my house just to see the doors. So she'll be able to tell me and recommend me where to put, how many, and what will I really NEED to use for my house. And I'm so happy that they don't take advantage of you. Now it's up to you if you wanted to add more cameras. They are Very honest. They will not sell you nor force you to get something that you won't even need. I dunno but they gave me almost everything free except ofcourse camera and monthly pay. Great deal! And there's more, they assure me that if there's any problem they will help me and not run away. Cool! Oh I almost forgot the guy who install everything Erik/Erick from sj. Very good. Also knowledgeable. And trustworthy too. Over all they had a great service, great deal, and very good team. Tech arrived on time, was very helpful with Install. However, I was told he would install 2 Smoke Alarms and only one was installed. But overall Tech did a professional job.

John was very communicative and helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me understand my options. My intercom was fixed very quickly while I wait for a new system that is on back order. Very happy with the service.

John was great he was very responsive and helped answer many of my questions between different door intercom systems. I have a mutli-unit building that has three different systems and wanted one intercom system. We went with the Aiphone GT system, which I had in one unit and was happy as it is simple to use for the tenants and fairly priced. I have used Metro lock prior and they were not as responsive as John was. They even wanted charge me $250.00 to come out to get me an estimate even though they had done work in there before and they already knew what systems I had in place. They were not as helpful, so I went with John and I am glad I did. He seemed more understanding with my concerns and needs. He was very quick to get me an estimate and we had the system ordered and installed within a week. His prices were also within line and slightly lower than the others that I got estimates from. The intercom is great, simple to use for the tenants and reasonably prices. Thanks for the quick service and great install. He was on time, professional with my tenants needs in entering their units, very clean and efficient.

I have been a customer with ADT since Feb 2015, as of today I am no longer a customer. For the past 8 months none of my equipment has worked. Techs would be scheduled and not show, or when they did show, like yesterday, the half assed their job. Nothing still is working. So, when I found out the tech, Daniel, from yesterday did not do what he was supposed to, I called ADT. I was going to cancel yesterday, but spoke with Sheila from the Account Management Dept. She told me I had all of these wonderful upgrades for free and she was shocked no one has brought that to my attention. Fast forward, I am getting a whole system upgrade, installation, and activation free. New tech, Jonathan, comes out today, and wouldn't you know, everything Sheila told me was complete BS. I owe $1,000.00 for the equipment and whatever else charges they were trying to get out of me. I, of course, had to call ADT again, this time I get Netauri, from Account Management, and she is wonderful. She is doing everything she can to help, and she did get me a pretty good offer, but I would have to sign another 36 month contract. Okay, whatever you are offering me a good deal, but then here it comes, I have to pay for an activation. I have been a customer with ADT for 8 years, and they lost my business today because they wanted me to pay for another activation fee of $99.00, so that another tech could come out and replace all of the equipment that has not worked in months. I would not recommend ADT to anyone if they were last security system on this planet.

I have had home monitoring for more than five years. The yard sign has a minor dent. I called them to ship me new ones, and they all arrived in very poor condition. I called them again and explained the situation. I requested new ones, but they were never sent. No local office is open to pick up a new yard sign unfortunately.

It went well. I ended up with a new system at a reasonable price.

We have ADT and in the past 10 days have accidently tripped the alarm twice. The first time ADT called 1 hour after the alarm sounded and the second time at 8:30 pm - they called us at 11:30 at night to see if we were ok. Service is very poor.

I had Verizon security at my previous home. Unfortunately Verizon is not offered in my new neighborhood. I chose ADT since they have been around a while. Been a nightmare since. The customer service is non existent. The wait times are usually 2 or more hours. If you request a callback, forget it, they never call back. The system itself is terrible. When the motion cameras indicate it takes at least an hour to see the video, which may only be 2 seconds long. If someone rings the front door bell, there is a good chance you won’t be able to get into the camera to use it. Plus it won’t be recorded if you do. I tried canceling this useless service but they won’t let me due to the required 3 year contract. I was actually told “ does not matter if the system does not work, you signed a contract”. My advice is stay away from ADT

It’s been positive after signing a security monitoring contract with ADT. They explain everything fairly and have scheduling slots available within a day or two. I will likely add on to my system after we finish our remodel expansion.

I have used other home security services in the past, but in the end ADT is the winner. Their sales team customized a system for me over the phone and 3 days later we had it installed. Everything went excellent!

On time, replaced outdated keypads monitors, motions, glass breaks, fire and carbon monoxide monitors. Pleased with work.

Worst system l have ever seen and the worst customer service ever. call prior to buying and see 1(800)716-3640, tell them you have a problem. See what ADT does for you. ADT is not a security company. They stamp their name on a metal plate and put it in your yard. The product they let a local company come out and install for you and service for you. Good luck with that. l have had my system for 4-5 months. 3 times they have come out to repair the system to leave and something else goes wrong with the system. The camera has not worked 60% of the time. The ring doorbell doesn't tell me when someone has pressed the button. The camera in the front of the house is funny. You can come on my property and get to my front door and ring the doorbell and walk away. By the time you get to the car and leave that's when l will know. When you call them all they will do is tell you how to try and get your system to start working. 1st issue is the only one l am going to write about. Cause all in all it's a novel of bad service. 1 month installed. all systems went down. ALL called for 2 months straight every night. no manager no person to help, just a how-to help person on the phone. 2 months never worked. Hung up on me 5-6 times cause the person didn't know how to help me. Easier to hang up l guess. Given wrong phone numbers to call to help come out and help me fix on site. The problem was the number " 800 992-5757 " please call it. l was told that the company should be the last person to call if needed to come out and help repair on site. Please call it. Finally, someone from ADT corporate called me. Someone came out and fixed the car. Then it stopped again. Not everything just 1 thing, a camera. took a month to get that fixed. Then 1 week later another problem another camera. This system has always had a problem since day 1. And every month it has not worked. Meaning every time they left something failed and broke. There is no service with ADT whatsoever. In Las Vegas NV when you call the 1-800 number for ADT and tell them you have an issue they will give you a number to call for the company that comes out and installs the system. Kinda pass the bug thing, but the best part here is the number l was given 3 times " 800 992-5757 ". " PLEASE I DARE YOU TO CALL THEM PLEASE " Call them l promise they will help you. And hang up. Be smart. buy 6 iPhones so you can face time all 6 of them. Get a really big dog for the backyard. And triple deadbolt the front door lock. l am a real customer that's been screwed with them for months now. Spent countless hours on the phone every night for 2 months. l almost lost my family being the security company would never do what they said they would do so when l got home l would spend hours again on the phone trying repairs. l cannot tell you enough to NOT BUY THIS SYSTEM. DO EVEN TALK WITH THEM. IT'S BATE AND SWITCH. ADT WILL TELL YOU AND SELL YOU. AND THEN SOMEONE ELSE COMES AND DOES IT ALL FOR THEM. BUT ADT AFTER THAT WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL. I am paying another local company who is local to come out and reinstall a new system. So l paid 2 times to have this done. At least local l know l have an office l can go to and have someone come out if an issue happens, BUT ADT YOU SUCK. YOU ARE A CON ARTIST COMPANY THAT EMPLOYS PEOPLE WHO LIE AND APPLY TACTICS TO SELL ITEMS YOU DO NOT EVEN SERVICE. THE METAL SIGN OUT FRONT IS AS FAR AS YOUR SECURITY GOES. DO NOT BUY FROM ADT. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. ADT DO YOU CARE. I WAS TOLD YOU WOULD CALL ME YESTERDAY AND NOBODY CALLED ME. 4-5 MONTHS. 3 VISITS. 2 MONTHS STRAIGHT OF ME CALLING EVERY NIGHT EVERY VISIT IS A STORY. BUT THE PERSON IS PRETTY HONEST ABOUT THE STORY, MEANING WHAT FAILED. THE CAMERA SYSTEM IS NOT THAT BAD. BUT THE SERVICE SUCKS YOU CAN CALL IF YOU FEEL YOU WANT TO GIVE ME REASONS WHY THIS IS NOT TRUE. LOOK ME UP IN YOUR ADT SYSTEM PAUL WILLINGER SORRY, NO ADDRESS BEING MY SECURITY SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK, AND YOUR SYSTEM TELLS PEOPLE WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS LOOK AT THE RING DOORBELL AND THE CAMERA.

We have been using ADT alarm company for many years, but only recently considered adding security cameras. A friendly Representative from ADT came to our house and helped to select the right cameras and angles. The install job took awhile, but we did order 9 different cameras in total. Feel way more aware of our surroundings and protected now that we expanded our ADT system.

My experience using ADT for a new alarm system was exceptional. Shout out to the service technician who got me all setup and even added an extra door sensor to my package for no additional charge. This kind gesture went a long way.
