Description of Work: I called Address Art regarding a mailbox replacement. They were extremely professional, prompt and well priced. I called three companies, Address Art had the work completed before the other two even returned my phone message. Sample lettering was emailed for approval, quality service was provided sooner than promised at a reasonable price. Very impressive would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: We had a new mailbox installed by Address Art several years ago. Since then a number of neighbors have noticed the quality and looks of the box and had their own replaced by the firm. Recently a relative in town broke the latch on her mailbox and was unable to secure the door. She didn't want to go to the expense of a new box plus the neighborhood has a rule about maintaining a certain style of mailbox, etc. We tried to find a replacement latch at various hardware stores with no luck. I emailed Address Art explaining our dilemma. They responded the same day with an offer to help. They located a latch and delivered it to my home the next day - I was willing to pick it up but Jeanne said she was going to be in the area an dropped it off. Great customer service and I wasn't even buying a new mailbox!
