She found my old mailbox on google. I ordered the same color and font for my address. I did everything on the phone. I had to order a large mailbox as they do not make the XL boxes in the quality mailboxes. It is plenty big for packages I want to mail. More money than the cheaper mailboxes they have, however, my first box lasted 30 years!! They came and installed as soon as it was ready, 2 weeks.Great service.

It took nearly 24 hours for my initial voicemail to be returned, and while the $50 expedite fee seems reasonable, the total cost was higher than a competitor (that competitor took 3 days to call back otherwise I would have hired them). Also, the mailbox was no longer standing up straight after only a week of being installed and will probably have to be reset in the spring. Overall, good but not great.

I would not recommend to anyone to do business with this company. About 5-7 years ago, we contracted withAddress Art to provide us with a custom mailbox. They did so and I will admit that they have a nice-looking product, though quite expensive. However, early this summer the door to the mailbox rusted off. I called the company and was told, rather rudely, that they do not provide repair services; they only sell new mailboxes. I told her that I expected a $175 mailbox to last more than 5-7 years and that for the 20 years prior to purchasing their product, we had used an inexpensive hardware-store mailbox without any problems. She told me that the "only thing" she could do would be to try to give me a special price on a replacement mailbox; I gave her my e-mail and she agreed to send me a price. When that did not come, I again called her, received no answer, and left her a voice-mail. She never returned my call. --- This company's mailbox, though attractive, is of inferior quality for the price. And I find it remarkable that they neither stand behind their product nor provide any repair service. Their unresponsiveness to my later requests is the icing on the cake that leads me to send this review.

I contacted Address Art via email. She responded quickly, told her where we lived, and she had on file all the information, such as color, design and lettering. The mailbox that we had delivered, we installed b/c it saved us $20.00. The mailbox is what we should have had installed when we built. It is MUCH higher quality, stainless steel screws, and the paint seems much higher quality. Very happy with the company.

They did a good job at installing the mailbox. They were very good at communicating with me about what they offered. They sent some pictures about what they offered. They were very punctual about getting back to us.

Easy and painless! This job was done by phone and e-mail; only took a week or so from first call to installation.

The item was difficult for me to find locally, and I was glad they had the color I needed. They installed the mailbox promptly and professionally. They were also able to add a copper guard to my existing post, which had the wood waked down by my son.

Everything went fine. When I called I was quoted a price and promised delivery within a week. I stepped outside the other afternoon to find the mailbox being installed and the old one taken away. They even brought me the mail that was sitting in the old box! I expect to receive an invoice soon - I did not need to pay ahead - very convenient.

When Jeannie brought the mailbox to install it the lettering clashed with my mailbox post. I had picked out the lettering. She took it back, found lettering that matched and re-did it at no extra charge. It looks great!

Went well. Called and placed order. They knew what was needed for our neighborhood. Added metal plate to prevent damage from weed wacker. Better quality wood than original. Installers were very thorough. Looks great!

I needed a replacement mailbox to the specific specs for my neighborhood. Jeanie at Address Art was extremely prompt and professional and delivered the finished mailbox the next day. The new mailbox looks great and is an exact match to the others in my neighborhood. Great experience.

They did an excellent job. The job was done quickly. The finish price was the same as the quote. They do the job without you having to be there. They are very responsive and have good work quality.

In our neighborhood we have to have a certain type of mailbox, and Address Art is the company that provides them, so we didn't really have a choice, when we needed a new one. They were really easy to work with. I just called and they came out and installed a new one in a couple of days. They sent me the bill afterwards.

One phone call and the job was arranged and performed within a few days. As usual, the mailbox looks great and the post was installed perfectly

SERVICE, TIMELINESS AND QUALITY WERE EXCELLENT! SEEMED A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT THE ONLY WAY OBTAIN A MATCHING MAILBOX.
