They did an excellent job. They are very professional. They keep coming out and trying. The weather's slowing it down right now, but they did a good job.

I worried we had bed bugs after I woke with several bites on my stomach. The first company I called didn't treat bed bugs, but Action Pest Control said they did. The woman who scheduled my appointment with Greg, for the following day, was very polite and helpful. Greg was the same. He was prompt and professional and conducted a very thorough assessment of the areas in question. He knew a great deal about bed bugs (and since I had done my homework, I did, too). No bed bugs, or signs of bed bugs, were spotted. He suspected fleas (we had gotten a dog a week prior and she was always on my lap). While we haven't had many bite issues since, we will absolutely call Action Pest Control and Greg if we need to treat for fleas - or bed bugs for that matter. From my short interaction with them, they seemed top-notch.

Action made an initial visit on 6/18/10 for ants in the kitchen and also discovered wasp and hornet nests. They returned on 6/23 for the first spray of ants and also took care of the wasp and hornet nests he found during inspection. They had to return before the initial visit to spray again for the ants in the kitchen. They did their first quarterly spray on July 29. There will be ongoing charges for the quarterly sprays.

Sales rep came either same day or next day after my initial call to provide estimate. I signed contract same day and initial service was scheduled for following week. The service rep, Devon, is very professional and able to answer all questions. Mosquito control was being done in advance of a wedding reception in our back yard which is almost an acre and has a very large pond and lots of trees. Devon performed the regular services and returned on other occasions promptly to help with a carpenter bee and ant problem. Devon and Jamie (in the office) were both very responsive to all requests. Devon went out of his way to ensure that he got me on his schedule immediately whenever I called.

Ian is the technician who usually treats our house - he's very thorough and polite and always responds promptly if we have a problem in between his usual monthly visits.

I am very pleased. Jason, the guy that did the work, was nice, polite and on time.

We've had these pests in our home for a few years and signed up for a year's worth of service. The technician showed up on time, ready to help us. He sprayed the exterior of the house and set out traps. He answered all my questions and even knew he'd be out again. It's been a week since they were out the 2nd time and I haven't seen a single ant or spider. I'm very pleased with their service!

Great. I called and spoke with Jaye and explained the problem. She was very polite, friendly and proffesional. She scheduled to have a technician come out to my home the same afternoon that I called. It turns out the ants are carpenter ants and since the home is a condiminium my Home Owner's Association is responsible for treating the problem. Unfortunately, my HOA has a contract with another pest control company and therefore I could not use Action's service. I will definitely be calling them should I need any pest control or exterminating done in the future.

We are happy with them. Everything has gone well, and we have no bugs.

Our bugs are pretty limited, so whatever they do they must do well. They spray outside, and then if we do see any bugs inside they come in. I have not compared prices, but I have been happy with them. I will continue to use them as long as the bugs stay away.

It has turned out just fine. They are punctual and the price is right. They do quality work and they do exactly what they say they are doing to do. It is an excellent company and they always take care of any problems I have.

Not much to add from previous entry. Their service people are very polite and prompt. Their billing leaves a little to be desired however. It takes forever for them to send you one, then once they started calling me about paying only a day or two after the bill arrived. The service person leaves an invoice, but it's hard to read. And they do not include a payment envelope -- minor, yes, but also an easy thing for them to do to make a customer's experience a little less inconvenient.

We were disappointed that they did not return our call.

They are professional and friendly and they do a good job. From calling them in the office to the guy that came out to do the work, it was a very good experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
