Did a good job in according to their charge. They came out twice to make sure traps were not sprung. I would probably hire again.

Went to Angi to look up some local bee exterminators because I'm allergic to bees. Sure enough Action Pest Control had a great deal for $50 off. I claimed the deal and within the hour someone contacted me to discuss the matter and see how they can help. They were able to schedule an expert to come out the next day to service the area. The pro identified the problem, extracted the queen bee, terminated the remaining bees, and was very polite and helpful. I would certainly use Action Pest Control again.

Estimate was quick and easy. Pricing was really great compared to Terminex and Orkin for the Termite contract. Also, most other local companies do not cover termite damage even while under contract, but Action Pest Control does. First-time Termite Sentricon system and inspection - $1000 After first year termite contract renewal - $250 Quarterly General Pest Control - $79/quarter Saved me a ton considering Terminix & Orkin were $120+/month for the first year and then $80+/month from the second year on.

My wife was bitten by a brown recluse spider. Even with the COVID-19 restrictions they were able to get us serviced very quickly and did a great job. They practiced social distancing and were mindful of the unique situation that we are in. I signed up to have a recurring treatment. Thank you so much.

They came out and baited for moles and sprayed the lawn to keep moles away. Sadly it didn't work. They were easy to get ahold of and did what they could, but they do not use traps so the job was overall not very effective.

I tried several do it yourself treatments that failed before I started looking for a professional. I called 2 people who never called me back then i called Action. They answered right away and were amazing from start to finish! On the phone all my questions were answered and they were able to schedule on a day that was convenient for me. The tech Brandon called before he came and let me know that due to the rain they would not be able to do the mosquito treatment but would still come take care of the fleas. Brandon came and was amazing! Very knowledgeable and respectful. We had to leave the house for a few hours so the spray could do its thing so Brandon called and let me know when to start the timer. A few days later when the yard was dry Brandon came back out to take care of the mosquitoes. The first thing he asked was how the original treatment went. I was excited to tell him I had not seen a single flea! Action was so amazing I decided to sign up for a bi monthly plan to make sure the pesky things don't come back! Action's price and service can't be beat. I will be a customer for life!

Caught one within 2 days. Internal/External Traps and poison remain for follow up.

Went very well. The service pro was efficient, courteous and friendly. Action Pest Control was actually second vendor after the first vendor did not follow through with scheduling conflict.

I signed up for the quarterly packages to treat the mice and action pest control was awesome!! Very friendly and helpful. I hope to see results soon!

She called them after 5 pm on that Friday and they were still open-thank goodness! They were able to get a gentleman out to her house the next day. They e-mailed her an appointment confirmation and a picture of the technician-which is much appreciated! The technician arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He set traps and looked for possible points of entry. When it gets warmer they will come back out and crawl under the house to examine the crawl space to see if that might be the point of entry. They have "caught" 4 mice so far and that has put my mother's mind at ease. They have come out once more to set more traps and look for points of entry. She is thrilled with their service. They are going to come every 3 months to spray for other pests.

Everybody was very professional and friendly. I was given clear instructions as to what I needed to do to prepare the house for treatment. Since the infestation had gotten out of hand, we found a few bugs after treatment and someone came out immediately to follow-up on that. We haven't had any problem since that time.

The company sent a young man named Brandon. He did a great job. 10 days later the problem was better, but still had fleas. They sent Brandon back (free of charge). Again, he sprayed everywhere with a different chemical. 10 days later I still have a problem with the basement tile and cement floor. This time they sent a supervisor with Brandon, again free of charge. Again, the used different chemicals. This spray was on 8/17 have my fingers crossed and prayed. Thank you so much for your lists. Terrible! I paid $250 for treatment of ants. First the tech sprayed my arm while treating! I was sitting on porch swing. (He just chuckled and said the sprayer got away from him!!! ). Then ants reappeared after 5 weeks!! They would not do a follow up unless I paid another $250 because it was outside if 30 days!!!! My sister used gold seal/presto-x and they follow up as many times as necessary FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!!!! Should have talked with my sister first!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!

I have used other Pest control services and Action Pest Control stands above the rest in terms of price and quality. We moved back to Indiana and our home is in a wooded area so we were getting all sorts of interesting looking bugs as well as spiders and wasps. We shopped around and we found that Action Pest Control was a good value. What impressed us through was the quality and thoroughness of their services. They spray inside and outside like other companies do, but they also go the extra step in knocking down wasp nests and sweeping around the windows and eves for spider webs. They also set ant, termite and rodent traps. All of this is no extra charge and included in the monthly service fee. Every one of the technicians have been very friendly and knowledgably about different type of insects we encounter while living in the woods. I know they also have a mosquito program that we might look into. We are very impressed with them and would highly recommend them.

We had ants in our home this spring and we wanted to get a treatment. They came out gave us some options and made a treatment. We've had no problems since.

We were happy to have the issue resolved. If we ever have a pest problem again, we will definitely call Action.

Action Pest Control has helped with some ants in my home. They've done a decent job and have helped significantly.

It's concurrent. I'm like on a program. They don't talk to me everytime they come out. They set mouse traps and things like that. It's done on an ongoing basis.
