Action Pest Control

The only concern I have is the aunts are not totally eliminated; however, they are trying their best.

Did not particularly care for the vehicle or van of the service professional showed up for visit. I know they have to advertise but the vinyl all over the van was a little overwhelming for me.

Excellent! I've been using them for many years, Annual services to spray around the house, and around any trees around my home. Carpenter ant problems, excellent in handling their materials, and careful, prompt. If i ever have a problem they are quick to respond. Have not had a problem since they went after the carpenter ants the first time.

They do good work; I have used them for a couple years at different properties.

The techs were helpful, punctual, and professional, and they were also responsive to any calls of problems, which were infrequent. I was happy with the service I received.

This company was phenomenal!. Ed was my immediate contact person and I felt like he went above and beyond. He was easy to talk to , very informative, the price was reasonable, and assured me that if I had any more questions to feel free to call him. On the day of service the guys were on time and professional. I could not have asked for a better company to help me.

The service manager is no longer with them and he is very good and knowledgeable.

Outside spraying barely adequate for one day. Inside ants gone but this is seasonal. Cardboard box traps for mice set inside, one harder box outside. Tech was to return in 5 days to check and react ... never called, never came. A "specialist" was to call me regarding advice on preventing mice from entering house at all which was my primary request for service. No calls on this despite my follow up calls 3 times. A treatment tech was supposed to arrive Oct 31 but never showed. He call at end of business day and asked to reschedule - I refused. He also said he would have "specialist" contact me .... hasn't happened.

Action never bothered to call me or contact me in any way. I would not bother to consider them for anything in the future. I don't normally answer the phone unless I know them but if they want business they have to leave a message, which was never done. Action is a waste of someone's time so don't call them.

They did well. I would use them again.

They sprayed once indoors, then spent next few months treating outdoors plus rodents, etc. Indoors needed more attention

Great. Brad was very nice and then came back 2 times to put more bait in the outdoor bait stations.

It was good. I would give them all A's. It was easy to set up an appointment due to there responsiveness.

I've used them for two months now. The treatments are taking care of my problem. The mice are behind the siding of the house and Action will not take the siding off or treat inside the siding. The traps aren't working.

This company was very prompt in returning my email to setup an appointment to have a termite inspection and I got scheduled right away. The man showed up on time on the day of the appointment and inspected the exterior of our home. He let us know we did not have a termite issue, but did point out some damage from carpenter ants and possible rodents. He let us know about a service plan that we could sign up for to help prevent further issues with those creatures. We will use them again in the spring.

Wonderful. It was fantastic. They came out the same day I called and completed the job. I use them all of the time.

I am so disappointed. I used Circle City Pest Control for years and they always did a wonderful job. However they have recently sold their company to Action Pest Control, and they did a terrible job! I called on July 8 and told them I needed to have my house sprayed for small ants and my deck sprayed for carpenter bees. They said they would send someone out on the11th and gave me a three hour appointment window. Five minutes after the end of the appointment window, the guy called to tell me he was running late. When he finally showed up, I took him around the house to show where I needed sprayed, and then he told me how they were going to spray and put down termite spikes and rodent traps for a whole house pest control. I told him I just wanted the one time application, but he kept trying to sell what a deal it was for the whole house. I asked how much in total it would be, and it was over $670! I said no, and finally got him to give me a quote of $250 for the one time application, which is not too bad. Then he said he would have a technician contact me to schedule the spraying! I was shocked - I thought that is what he was there for! Today is July 21st and I have never heard back from them. I called and told them I would not be using their services. This is possibly the worst service I have ever had.

It depends on the service you choose. They offer different prices. They're very responsive to our needs.

We were given an estimate for 1st treatment. I've left several messages trying to get the 1st treatment time set up, and I'm not able to get ahold of anyone. The guy that came to do the estimate was very nice, thorough, and prompt. We would like to do the treatment, however, no one will call us back!

Great experience. We had an incident at a hotel in Nashville, TN that led us to believe we may have brought bed bugs into our home. The peace of mind provided by the service was well worth the cost.

We called action 18 months ago due to a horrible small ants problem. We signed a contact with them. I can not recommend them enough. If you are are like us having people in and out of you home with small kids is hard. I have always felt comfortable with Jason and never second guessed his professionalism. They also come out when ever there is an issue and do a next day phone call follow up.

We have had Action Pest control come into our home for several years-we had an issue where we noticed some ant activity. They responded quickly (within a day or two). As always their professionalism in handling the problem is always appreciated. We have not noticed any ant activity since their visit.
