ACME Plumbing, Drains, and Septic Service

Got a run around about my current water heater that was still in warranty? If returned (prorated of course) the new one would not have a warranty. If I bought their model it would have a warranty. Plus they would not install a water heater without an expansion tank. Found another plumber that turned my water heater in/warranty which was replaced for $150. Said expansion tank was not required since I had a regulator on my incoming water and even called to get the Indiana code information. Had to put new connections on since the water heater sizes have changed? Charged me $600 where as acme was charging me $1500. Acme plumber was nice but not too knowledgeable as he had to keep calling office with questions and could not give me an itemized breakdown of what all the charges ($1500) were for.

The gentleman they sent out was fantastic. He had no problems answering my questions and explaining things to me. Plus, the company called ahead to schedule a time that fit into my schedule which was a huge plus in my book!

Whatever the issue isn we've had several companies look it and no one has been able to solve the problem We still don't know how to fix the issue.

The technician was quick and not through which resulted in management having to send a supervisor over to redo what the technician had done.

Crew has great,they were very knowledgeable and finished project on time. Cleaned up after themselves and answered any question we had. I would use them again.

They showed up on the same day I really needed them which I greatly appreciate.

On time and did great job of clean up after pumping. I would not hesitate recommending them.

They ran much later than scheduled - good customer service informed me about reason for delay.

Set up appointment via text on a Saturday for service on Wednesday. Shane called ahead and arrived on time. Explained costs up front. He was friendly and personable. Will use again when time for next septic tank pump!

Though he had to dump his tank, and was 2 hours late, we did receive a slight discount. The serviceman was very helpful, personable and knew his job. He advised that there were further treatment if needed

Guys did a great job! I would hire them again for future work. Jason was very customer focused and worked with me on the estimate and design of the system. Dave and Solomon did a great job with the install, and Jason was there as well to insure it went as planned. Guys were friendly, courteous, respectful, professional. Tankless systems are expensive, no two ways around it and that was the only reason I gave 4.5 on value, but Acme was fair with their price and I expect it will be well worth it. Thank you, Acme.
