The service was excellent, they were out here doing the work before other companies could even get out here for a quote. Very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. The price seemed a bit high for the actual work that was done, but very happy to have the septic system working properly again. Would highly recommend ACME to anyone who needs this type of work to be done.

Chris from Acme was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly determined that there was no problem with my septic system’s drainage field, which I was concerned about. I will call them in the future when I need any maintenance for the system.

We are selling our home and need a leaky valve fixed on our main water valve fixed. I was contacted by ACME, had an appointment scheduled, and had a technician out to my home all in the same day, which was very appreciated since we are on a strict timeline with selling our home. The technician was helpful and honest. He gave us the estimate for repairs, as well as the worst case scenario estimate in case anything more serious happened during the repair. The pricing was reasonable, and the speed in having a technician out can't be beat.

We called, told them what we needed, three days later we have total piece of mind. Great communication and service!

We had an extremely strong sewer odor in the house bathroom. I had checked all the traps and done some DIY maintenance. When James got here I explained what I had done. He checked everything and was puzzled as to what the problem might be. I mentioned checking in the attic as a possible source of the odor. James went up and through the trusses to the area over the house bathroom. He came back and asked me for a trash bag and showed me a picture he had taken of a dead squirrel. He went back and collected the remains and gave them to me in the bag. The dead critter stunk to high heaven through the bag. He said it would take some time for the stink to dissipate. Thank you Jim.
