We've had no additional problems after service was complete.

Although the serviceman arrived 30 minutes outside the service window, he was courteous and quick. The service took less than an hour and was very unobtrusive.

I have nothing but top grades to give Al Huff! I have never seen anyone work so hard! I was totally pleased with the work and the price.

They had someone at the door within an hour. Within 45 minutes the toilets were flushing.

The experience was fine. We were satisfied with the price and they were professional.

Called for service and they could have come out the same day, but I preferred the next day. Showed the problem and where cleanout was and they snaked it.

They did set an appointment for 2 and didn't get back to me until about 6. They didn't show up, but they called to let me know. While setting up the appointment they were ok, but because of the lateness I passed up them doing the work for me.

We were very pleased with them. They were in and out within an hour. The price was right at the quote that they had given us over the phone. I have no complaints about them. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Great response, simple fix, and very fair price. They are on our list as the only plumber to use from now on!

My sister and I were Powers-of-Attorney for our Dad's estate. We sold his house and the buyers requested a complete evaluation of his 55 year old septic system. The company was professional and did a great job of cleaning the system, marking the tank head and fingers as well as completing all maintenance work listed above. They arrived on time as scheduled. A hole was dug in the ground, but the area was filled in and left as clean as possible. Service person was congenial and polite. Acme sent a report to our realtor in a timely manner so we were able to complete the house sale.

They are very courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. They usually can do the work for me on the same day that I call. They are very pleasant to work with.

Called today and they came out (same day). Quick and painless!!

I got an estimate when I called to arrange it. He came on time and helped open it, which was not part of the deal. They got the job done in forty five minutes. Everything was just right.

They did what they promised when they promised it. However, they left our yard in a terrible mess, with dirt all over the place and grass torn up. They killed several trees, some of them necessary, I guess.

It had been about three years since our previous clean out and we had been using copper sulfate. Even so, we noticed the house drains running a little slow and called for a clean out to be safe. Acme showed up within the two hour window they gave us and got right to work. The line was a lot worse than we expected and therefore took longer to clean thoroughly. The technician showed us some of the size roots he was cutting through and explained that it was taking longer than expected and discussed the additional work and costs. He also recommended having our old clay tile system replaced with a new PVC version in the near future and gave us general estimates on cost. We decided to go ahead with the additional costs of continuing the clean out work past the usual time/charge. He finished up a little over an hour over the original standard clean out price. He also advised us, when asked for tips on maintaining the system until we could afford replacing it, to have it cleaned out once a year whether it needed it or not in order to keep roots from getting too big and causing similar difficulties in future clean outs.

Terrible. We thought it would be a pretty basic repair, but an Acme representative told us the problem actually was in our downstairs pipe. It's an older home, and he told us the old pipes were clogged. He wanted to charge us more than $3,000 and replace all the pipes, but we simply couldn't afford it. We finally agreed to let him fix the area that supposedly fed into the sink. As part of the work, he replaced the drain pipe beneath the kitchen sink. Sixteen months later, that drain beneath the sink became loose and caused a major mess. I called Acme and asked them to come out and fix it at no charge, thinking they would stand by their work and it might lead to more work in the future. Well, I barely had it out of my mouth and the guy on the phone said, "No, sir." He wasn't flexible at all. He said if they had to come out, we had to pay for it. I guess that's they're right, but I can promise you I will never use this business again. They couldn't handle a simple repair and their response when I called was very arrogant. I also will tell my friends about this experience. Very, very disappointing. We will hire a new plumber.

They were very prompt. They really do care that your having a problem, they are right on time for when they said they would be here. I would recommend them to others.

I had a drain problem. After snaking it and using a camera, the drain expert determined that there did not seem to be any blockage except for soap bubbles, a lot of soap bubbles. He suggested a different type of detergent maybe. In the meantime, my contractor, helping the drain expert, inadvertently cut the water line. The drain expert said he did not have the "copper" on his truck to fix the leak so 2 hours later, a plumber from the same company comes. He fixes the line and watches the washing machine drain and sees it fill up again (we went out and got liquid detergent while waiting). He has no suggestions and says that the drain expert will have to come back out. I said what's the point, he said he didn't know and thought you might have some ideas because the camera showed no blockage just some soap bubbles. He said he would talk to the drain expert and get back to me. I called the company and talked to Rick and was told someone would get back to me. A week later, I called and told him that no one had ever called me. The drain expert did call me back but had no new insights. So $300 later, no idea of how to fix the problem. I also had to call the office to get a credit because the drain expert had added up the bill wrong and charged me an extra $100 plus I got hit with a $8 fuel surcharge for the 2nd plumber.

They were very thorough with the actual completion of the drain cleaning and making sure the drain was working properly, but they left a mess that I had to clean up! They chipped the paint on the basement floor and left this icky black dust and footprints all around our washing machine and tracked some more clumps of dirt/etc into our basement rec room. The gentlemen who came out were very pleasant, but I expect better clean up on a project like that. Also, they no longer provide an Angie's List discount which is why we had used them in the past. We have used them for 5 plumbing projects, but after today I am ready to find someone new from the list!

My only gripe is that I still don't have the promised estimate on the special project I proposed, but I told the plumber I didn't need the estimate urgently & the plumber was last here under a week ago.

They were prompt and on time. The guy was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Their pricing was very fair and competitive. They were very respectful about cleaning up.

The gentleman who came out he was good at the work he performed. He did what needed to be done. He cleaned up after himself. He also got everything done in the time they said they would.

Acme came out to investigate the bathrooms in our home. They came out the next week to fix some problems that we were having with the bathrooms. It was a wonderful experience and I refer them to all of my friends.

They are professional. They are clean. When it comes to customer service they are nice and personable. I have dealt with a few I don't particularly care for. But in general they are good. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I called the company early Friday morning. I was impressed with their responsiveness. I was calling before 8 AM yet my call was answered right away. The gentleman on the phone was polite and helpful. I explained the situation and told them it was no rush. He told me they would be can be over the next morning as they don't charge any extra for work performed on Saturday. They were to give me a call between 10 AM and 12 PM the next morning. The phone rang Saturday morning almost exactly at 10 AM to let me know service was on the way. The service man was polite and friendly. He inspected the sinks and gave me a quote. The work was done fast and bathrooms were left clean. I believe the price was reasonable and service was great.
