Description of Work: They fixed the leak in my shower and in the bathtub. They were here less than an hour. I just had a gut feeling that I was overcharged. Since then I have talked to other consumers and they confirmed my gut feeling. Less than a month after this experience I had a gas leak. I called a different plumber. They were here for over 3 hours in the below freezing temperatures working outside, digging up frozen ground. They charged about the same as my service from Acme.

Description of Work: ACME responded to our phone message promptly, arrived at the agreed upon time and cleaned out the sewer line from a basement clean-out to the manhole in the street. With a little assistance from us sending water thru the pipes, he was done within the one and 1/2 hour minimum time, leaving the are clean. There is a 30 day warranty which I have confidence they will honor, if needed.
