+ -1 moreI was very pleased. They even let me know there was some warranty left on the motor so I did not have to pay the total cost of it. The service man they sent was very thoughtful and thorough. He was sensitive to my needs and made sure I was informed at all times about what he was doing.
Description of Work: The motor on my electric bed had broken and a couple of the wheels were defective. I purchased this bed from them about four years ago so when I called for service, they came out and gave me an estimate to replace the motor and wheels. I approved the estimate and they ordered the parts and then came back and installed them.

+ -1 moreThe sales representative, Tony, was very knowledgeable and professional. [I had had a very bad experience with another company's lift. Tony performed some research on my behalf (using the old lift's serial number) and discovered that the other company had installed the wrong type of lift for my van.] I have been using the new (and correct) lift installed by Access Mobility for five months and am VERY HAPPY with both the lift and the service I received. The new lift has not failed even once. I would recommend Access Mobility to anyone who needs handicap equipment.
Description of Work: On March 26, 2007 Access Mobility installed a wheelchair lift in my minivan.
