AAA Sealcoating & Paving

Overall it went well -- the company was on time and the work was neatly accomplished when they agreed to do it -- My only complaint was that some of the normal seal coating is already starting to wear thin, probably due to the summer-like weather that occured shortly after the job was finished (but well after the 48 hr window of non-use of our driveway that is typical following the coating) Crack seals were very well done.

Scheduling was a breeze and the guys showed up on time, if not a little early. They measured my drive, cleared long grass from the driveway edges, got rid of dust with a leaf blower, patched some long cracks with some sort of emulsion that was much better than my own attempt at filling, and then sealed the drive with a brush. They were very polite and friendly and were done in no time.

Everthing was good. Arrived on time. Good prep work and good job with sealant and cleanup. I would use them again.

Very Well. Cleaned and prepped the surface, filled cracks and did a though job of coating and were also very nice folks to talk to.

We called AAA, they gave us a quote by email for our review. We accepted the proposal and then they sent an email a couple of days later to let us know when the job would start. The first day they filled the cracks and let that dry overnight. The next morning, the same team of two was here to apply the sealcoat product. The completed job looks good and we are waiting for it to dry for 48 hours so we can have use of the driveway.

They did a nice job - it was supposed to rain later in the day so we rescheduled for another day.

Had a couple bumps in the road with getting the part of driveway under my garage door done, but the company was very responsive and came back the next day and took care of it. I will probably use them again next time I need it done.

Your crew that was led by Jacob was very efficient. They did a terrific job? I misunderstood as to how long it took to do the job. I thought it took all day and it only took a few hours. I was also very impressed with the products used along with the efficiency that it was applied. AAA Sealcoating will be sealing my large driveway from now on.

This is probably the best job we have had of sealcoating the driveway and at a very reasonable cost.

I called the owner's office assistant on a Tuesday morning. She said she'd pass the information to Joe and he'd call me. No call Tuesday so I called back Wednesday morning. She again said she'd pass the information along. Joe called me mid-day Wednesday and said someone would come by that afternoon or the next day to develop an estimate. No show on Thursday or Friday. Monday was a holiday. I called again Tuesday morning and spoke to the same assistant. Once again she said she'd give the information to Joe. That was two days ago. No show, no call Tuesday, Wedneday or today. (Note: my address is only 3 miles from their office). This is the poorest response I've received from asphalt contractors. Several return the calls the same day and promptly visit the property to inspect the driveway then provide me with a proposal.

This started as an Angie's List deal. Our driveway was bigger than the deal price covered so added money was requested, as expected. We had a little trouble getting together on a time to do the job mostly because of my schedule and a little because of slow response by them on email. I thought the job turned out great we are very pleased. The people on the job were prompt, polite and all business.

The driveway looks great now. Cracks were filled in. Edging was done nicely, leaving walk clean and nice.

I was ready to purchase the offer but before committing to a service I needed a question answered about whether they removed grass and debris from cracks as part of the surface prep. When I called the lady who answered was very kind but did not have the expertise to answer my question. But, she said she would forward it on to the person who could and that they would call me. As the offer was close to expiring I told her I needed an answer that day. Never received a call or an answer. I understand businesses get busy, but all I needed was a 30 second call to answer one question. The only reason I didn't give Fs to all the overall and professionalism categories is because of the professionalism of the lady who answered the phone.

Good, but they left a small crack and have not returned my calls.

They were very prompt and did a great job.

AAA was prompt to return my email, offered me a great price, and did an amazing job. They filled all of the cracks and sealed with a matte asphalt sealant. It looks great. I plan on using them for some asphalt curb work soon.

This company lacks professionalism and responsiveness since they can't even return a phone call for a quote.

They did a fantastic job!! I have had my driveway sealed several times and this was by far the best job!!

I would use them in the future. They did a good job.
