Very good job! They cleaned/edged driveway of debris and applied patch material to all the cracks. Then they applied the sealer coat and smoothed it out. The workers were efficient, careful, and neat. I am very pleased with the quality of the work. I have used AAA in the past and will use them again in the future.

Requested an estimate to sealcoat my driveway and never heard back from them.

The job was scheduled in an acceptable window. On the scheduled date, the workers showed up on time and finished in an acceptable amount of time. The sealcoat looks great. I would not hesitate hiring for this job again.

AAA Sealcoating removed our old driveway and put down a new asphalt driveway. They were very professional and responsive. The work was excellent including carefully maintaining brick edging along the driveway. I recommend them highly.

Our driveway was a mess - potholes, exposed gravel, eroded asphalt showing concrete, too narrow. We weren’t sure how deep the concrete base was and didn’t learn until later that there were also buried drain lines below. Joe Sullivan provided an estimate and stuck with it despite the extra work required to remove the asphalt and 6-inches of hidden concrete below. Team foreman Bill and crew worked tirelessly to remove debris through heat and torrential rains that caused pools of standing water…sometimes by hand! I know they had to bring in extra truckloads of stone to get the new drive built back up in order to drain properly. He/they would just not quit until it was right! I think our driveway earned “the most challenging job of the year award”! Through it all AAA Sealcoating and Paving was responsive, attentive to detail, and exceptionally hard working. And we LOVE the result! The new driveway looks great and is such a big difference in size and feel. We’ve had SO many compliments from family, friends, and neighbors. Count us as VERY satisfied customers!

very well. They were very careful not to get any topping on the house or garage door. They went over each area of the driveway several times to be sure it was well sealed.

I hired AAA Sealcoating & Paving to seal my driveway that had not been sealed in years. There were a lot of cracks as well. I had concerns about edging the driveway because there are several areas where there is decorative rock, brick chimney, and 2 stone walls. I certainly didn't want sealcoat spray all over the edges. I was so taken back when I returned home to not see one drop of asphalt on ANYTHING. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked to say the least. The work was just awesome. This company was the only company that called me back, had an estimate in 1 day, and actually showed up the day they were scheduled. Now this never happens to us. We have the worst luck hiring anything done. I will certainly use them again.

Perfect. This is an efficiently ran business which provides high quality service at reasonable prices. The crews were hard-working and their skill levels impressive. They paid attention to detail and obviously take great pride in their work. Workers in both the field and office were personable and friendly. Doing business with AAA was a pleasure.

Great....came early morning. We have a wide driveway and they got it done in a reasonable amount of time. Put up stakes at the end of the driveway so that no one would pull on to the driveway until it had time to completely set up. We have used them several times to reseal and they were the company that originally asphalted the driveway.

Outstanding job! AAA Sealcoating did the BEST job I have received in 43 years in my home (done every 2-3 years). And the price was right. It was so nice working with Joe Sullivan, the professional owner of this highly rated Indianapolis company. He answered all my questions, was responsive in his communications, quickly sent me a quote, and promptly scheduled me to meet my needs. Two workers spent a long time preparing the driveway, including some heavy edging of weeds necessary. They politely met a special request I had. The entire job was completed in the afternoon. I will look forward to having AAA Sealcoating and Paving help me out again! Thank you.

There was not much communication after the initial scheduling. I finally contacted them on the scheduled day after they didn't show up in the morning. I was told they'd be there in the afternoon. The men that showed up were polite and seemed to handle the prep work well. The end result, however, was dismal. There was no coverage in several areas, along with many, many cracks. Edges were not finished and left jagged. We had to inform them about several "goopy" areas before they fixed them. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company, including sending pictures immediately after they were "done". There has been no response except for billing me. At this point, I have no faith in them to correct this situation.

AAA did a beautiful job with repair and sealcoating of our driveway. We will use him again.

Joe and his workers were very professional and did an excellent job. They worked us into their schedule in a timely manner and were great to work with.

Did a good job and were quick with everything

After I called, they immediately understood the urgency of the situation. They came out to look at the problem and quickly developed a solution/plan for filling the space and fixing the hole. It took them only a day or two to come out and repair the problem and they finished the work in one day. They did an excellent job filling in the space, compacting the fill and patching the asphalt. I am grateful that I called them for help. I feel like their quick response and attention to quality work may have saved someone's life.

Joe does a terrific job--very thorough and very professional. He also was able to schedule me without much of a wait.

UPDATE: They filled the hole neatly and removed the sealcoating from my garage door. The cost was $965.00, which I believe was lower than average for the size of the driveway. I am now quite satisfied. My thanks to the company. Results are distressingly poor. The men arrived on the day scheduled and worked hard for about three hours. However, they did not fill the chuck hole they were supposed to repair. They also splashed sealcoating onto my new garage door and sidewalk, and left it there, where it dried into a paint. They dumped debris from cleaning the driveway onto my grass rather than onto the bare dirt of a nearby planting bed. They caught clumps of debris into the sealcoating. Furthermore, after waiting over sixty hours for the sealcoating to dry - more than the 48 hours we were told to allow - the sealcoatiing has become imbedded with tire tracks now that it has been driven on. They also failed to return to fill the chuckhole yesterday, after saying that they would. The work was done three days ago. Today is our first day to drive on it. I did not contract with this company directly. My driveway is shared, and another owner arranged for the work.

Following is the written summary I provided to the owner on 9/13. He stated that he did not like being threatened with a negative review here. We agreed that he would repeat the sealcoating though he did not really want to do that. Within 24 hours of the second coating, multiple small cracks have again appeared. “-Your workmen arrived on 6/21/19, a full week earlier than we had agreed, without notice -On 7/8/19 I notified you that I was not satisfied with the quality of the work done and sent you photos of some examples of open cracks and cracks that had been coated but not cleaned of moss and debris prior to coating. - Your workmen came and resealed some of the noted areas, leaving stripes of sealant/filler -On 7/12/19 I again sent you photos of cracks and stated that the work was not satisfactory. -Your workmen returned on 7/19 to reseal some additional cracks, leaving stripes and blobs of material - I mailed you a check for the full amount of (full amount) -On 9/4/19 I again notified you in writing that I am not satisfied with the quality of the work done and that there are again many small, open cracks. I again sent photos. -You stated that you would assess the driveway on 9/6/19. - I have not seen you or heard from you since then Therefore, these are the options that I see as available to you: 1. Tear up my check and send me an invoice showing Paid in Full 2. Completely reseal my driveway with good quality materials on an agreed upon date 3. Cash my check and do nothing further With any of these options above, a factual review of this series of events will be posted to Angie’s List no later than 9/27/19. ”
